This hotel was clean and had updated interior. Looks like it was recently remodled. However the hallway and elevator looks older. The free breakfast is not worth to mention. Only granolar bars and coffee and tea. Kitchen utensils, dinning and cook ware had to be picked up from the front desk. It was equipped with a full size refrigerator. The... More

Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Indoor pool, laundry facility on site, and our room had kitchenette. Typical continental breakfast. Coffee is available all day in the lobby. :) The gym consisted of treadmill, bike, and stair stepper, which was fine because I didn't see anyone else use it. Pool was noisy at times but closes one hour... More

The receptionist ignored us when we arrived and then started chewing gum whilst on the phone to someone else .. Somewhat lacking customer care skills. Eventually found our room which was ground floor overlooking the front door .. No net curtains for privacy. The room was large and clean but hot.. The air con was not effective. TV, wifi etc... extremely terrible stay. Worst experience from front desk personnel I have ever had from over 40 years of travel. When trying to book additional nights we were threatened to be arrested, my children placed in the custody of family services, and all because we misunderstood our checkout time. Very traumatic experience for myself and my children.

One of worst hotel I ever stayed. Small depressing room. Very expensive to the type of room that I got. The room was in ground floor. So noisy. Wifi is Ok. Continental breakfast and coffee were not that splendid. The location is far from any thing. They did not give a parking space because first come first serve. And could... More

We needed to stay one night in Anchorage before catching our flight back home. The staff were friendly and helpful, but we were disappointed with the hotel. Our room had two queen sized beds and there was no table or chair. It did have a small refrigerator and microwave. The sound proofing was not good and we found it to... More

If you are looking for a reasonably inexpensive hotel, which is an oxymoron in Anchorage during the summer, then this will be fine. Close to downtown. Clean but worn rooms. Breakfast: make other plans unless you can survive on granola bars and coffee.

Convenient location and what you'd expect from this chain. Nice and clean. Some things are different from what I was used to. Call ahead to arrange the shuttle from the airport. Ask at the desk for plates and set ups for the kitchenette. Parking is very limited and requires a "permit" for $10/day. If you read up and know all... More

We stayed here one night, its in the middle of downtown, mostly quiet for a view of the city. The curtains didn't close so bring a clip or sleep mask. They did have air and wifi which was nice. The staff was friendly. They only have a grab and go breakfast which was coffee, granola bars and a few muffins.... More

I stayed for 1 night and the hotel and room was fine. Clean and neat with no complaints. It's very conveniently located to downtown Anchorage and less than 15 minutes from the airport. A bit expensive but that's Alaska in the summertime...
