I like this hotel, I get good rates and good service every time I stay there. The staff is always nice and always there for us. This time I was not satisfied though with the internet service. This is the first time they had internet problems, normally the wi-fi is excellent. I will stay there again. more

one plane taking off on Lake Hood, i actually covered my ears while i was trying to sleep, it was that loud. rooms with connecting doors to the next room is very thin also. the room carpets need to be shampooed or something, they was changed sometime last year, but your socks will turn black from walking on the floor.... more
