We stayed in this hotel the night we arrived in Anchorage. Pros: Clean rooms, convenient locaton to airport, downtown and rental car facility, LOTS of towels and double basket of ammenities in the room. They were able to produce a toothbrush at midnight when my boyfriend realized he had left his at home. Cons: Could hear planes tanding/taking off throughout... more

This is a good hotel, I always stay here when ever I go to Anchorage. The only thing I don't like is their rooms that have only "twin double beds". Those rooms seem older compared to rooms with queen or king size beds. No elevator, so its not a place to stay if you have a lot of luggage. They... more

We spent our first two nights in Anchorage at the Coast International Inn. We had booked it through Expedia. It was nothing like the photos on the website. The photos on the website made it appear like a nice place. We had booked 2 rooms at the same time to be close together, and we were on 2 different floors.... more

I will never stay there again!! We arrived from the airport at 1:00 am. We checked in with a lot of luggage. Two employees were standing around but didn't offer to help us to our room! We were awakened at 7:45 am by workers sawing and hammering and using loud voices in the room across the hall!! We checked out... more

We arrived at Coast International in Anchorage on Friday night after a concert. The desk clerk said that our reservation had been cancelled through priceline. I found out today that the hotel cancelled it and I am still being charged for the night through priceline. Guess they frown on using priceline to get a better price. Travelers beware. This hotel... more

I stayed at the coast for a week this month (October). True its not the fanciest hotel, but it was clean, the rooms were of good size and the staff was very friendly. Located just down the road from the airport and about 12 minutes from downtown Anchorage. Pipers restaurant located onsite had good food at a good price as... more

I stayed at the Coast International Hotel because I used Priceline to book my reservations. I put in for a 3 star hotel and felt liked I stayed in a 1 1/2 or 2 star. The hotel did not have an elevator so I had to carry two handicapped children and all our luggage up and down stairs for 3... more
