I was a guest at the Anchorage Hilton for 3 nights. I left a black leather coat with a nice outfit in the closet. I wore it the first day for a workshop and hung it up. The morning after we checked out I realized I had left my clothes and called the hotel. Jennifer took my information and said... more

Simply amazing that a Hilton would not have internet in the rooms working during one of the largest annual conventions in Anchorage (Alaska Federation of Natives). Luckily, I have a friend staying at the Captain Cook and he gave me their wireless code, as I am on the West Wing of the Hilton and can pick up their network. The... more

Not impressed at all! A very boring hotel, with rooms as basic as any holiday Inn type, with a large price tag. No brekkie for a $279 room. Bar lacked any character as did the entire building. more

When we arrived at the hotel our bellman (George) took us to our room. He showed us how to work the ac etc. and then he opened the curtains to explained our view to us. This we great, I would not have known what I was looking at each day without his help. For the rest of our stay he... more

This is an excellent hotel with wonderful amenities. The staff is courteous and efficient. The breakfast buffet was a bit pricy, but plentiful and tasty. The staff was especially helpful in assisting me with my transfer information for my Alaska cruise. I felt the room needed some updating, but it was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. more

We stayed at the Hilton one night on our Holland America Cruisetour. We had a corner room. We could look down at the weekend market across the street, see the train station a few blocks away and also have a nice view in the distance. The room was very nice with great bedding. Evidently it had been remodeled recently. I... more

Great location, very clean, spacious, coffee shop and restraunt/lounge, ATM Gift shop appeared pricy at first but was really about the same as shops downtown - everything is more expensive in AK. The only problem we encountered was room keys that didn't work. Every day for our 5-day stay either my roomie or I or both couldn't get into our... more

It never got dark. You can get 11:30 pm tee times. Jogging trails, Sleeping Lady Brewery. Lots of day trips or weekend trips. Elmendorf Air Base right there with a continuous air show. Hotel was great. They deal with tourists all the time, they will lioke you, you will like them. They have a 4 star fitness center too more

First of all I'm a travel agent. I did not stay free. I was booked with Princess Cruises on a land/cruise tour. The hotel is great. The room was large. It was very clean and comfortable. The bedding was great. The view was very good. Shopping and dining was very close. I cannot find fault with anything. Great stay. more

I thought this Hilton was completely acceptable and up to Hilton Standards. I only stayed for one night but the location is great. If you arrive by train you can walk from the train station (albeit it is up a hill, 2 blocks). If you arrive by plane the Hilton and all its subsidiaries offer a free shuttle to and... more
