This is a hotel very well located, clean, employees helpful and friendly. Rooms are well equipped. If there are noisy guests you will get a bit of noise coming from the corridors (i.e. not from adjacent rooms) I found the buffet breakfast as a very good value for money. I did not try lunch or dinner so I cannot comment.

Pro: The hotel is located in the middle of downtown. Comfortable bed. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Con: The rooms and furnishings have a very old appearance. This place is due for a remodel. Very poor value for the price I paid.

Booked this hotel for two nights in June after a nice cruise. Originally had a rete around $240 per night on the club room floor. I didn't notice until the morning after we checked in that they were charging a rate of $374 per night. I went to the front desk and the girl said she could not do anything... More

Worst Hilton ever. The one king guest room was small. the room has a stinky smell. There is no laundry facility. The front desk was not willing to make any accommodation for customers. The shower curtain smell bad, might not be changed or cleaned for a while. The wall paper has all kind of strange stains.

We recently spent a night at the Hilton Hotel in Anchorage, Alaska, before departing for a cruise. The hotel is old, but it was clean and close to attractions. It is very close to the airport and to all the tourist attractions. Request a room high up to avoid the street noise.

This Hotel is OK. The lobby is great but the rooms are very small. Also the service is not that good. Had a problem with AC and was not fixed in the 3 days I stayed with my family. The front desk was not very responsive when I reported the problem.

We stayed here as part of an 8 day tour in Alaskal. The location is great as you can walk to restaurants, shops, etc. It's a nice high rise hotel in a good area. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding. The server was one of the best we've met anywhere. My only criticism is the... More

Stayed three nights as part of a national conference. $300/night. Hotel is dated, rooms worn. Upon arrival, I discovered the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned. Can not open bathroom door fully because it hits the commode. The second evening I returned at six pm to discover my room had not been cleaned. Front desk staff were very apologetic, but housekeeping staff... More

Great location to downtown and the train station. My complaint is I booked a year in advanced and booked specific type of rooms. As a diamond with Hilton they took liberty and changed my rooms. The hotel did not call to discuss this with me, very frustrating after arriving via train at 11p only to find out 1 of your... More

Stayed there for one night after our AK cruise. The hotel is a bit dated but very, very clean and huge rooms. We used Hilton Points and got a room on the Club Level which included snacks in the Club Room and Breakfast. We arrived early and our room was ready. It was a very convenient location, we were able... More
