Francis and Tonnis extremely helpful with recommendations of D-Day beach information and restaurant reservations . Rooms are lovely and well appointed and the gourmet breakfast was wonderful. Take advantage of the manor's gardens and nearby St. Mere Eglise.

Quatre-Etoiles is about as perfect a place to see Normandy as one could imagine. Just minutes from Utah Beach and 20 minutes from Omaha it is centrally located and in the heart of the country that was the site of the 82nd Airborne and 101st Airborne zones. Tonnis and Frances are wonderful hosts and the meals Francis prepares are among... More

Where to begin? This was a trip of a lifetime for my mom, sister and myself. From the moment we began planning our trip - Tonnis and Frances were very helpful in booking our stay online. The rooms we stayed in were so cutely decorated. The home is a work of art - beautifully (yet warmly) decorated! It was a... More

Although the owners weren't home at the time of our visit, their lovely housekeeper met us warmly. Terrific breakfast, lovely grounds, and amazing location for exploring World War II's Normandy Landing Beaches. We would return tomorrow if given the opportunity.

While we could only stay one night due to our tight schedule, it was the most relaxing time we had our entire trip. Our hosts were gracious and helpful in maximize our short stay. Our room was inviting and cozy. We had our own bathroom that was quite large (soaking tub and walk-in shower) and updated. Breakfast was great with... More

This is a charming manor in the countryside. Tonnis was very welcoming, showing us around and chatting WW2 history with my husband... and Francis is a wonderful cook. We had dinner there that night and breakfast the next morning. All delicious and all at a fair price. Our room was comfortable. My only complaint is that the shower curtain kept... More

Perfect B&B and location for a tour of Normandy and a real taste of the French countryside. Historic Inn is very comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast was delicious. Ask the owners to make you dinner reservations at the local restaurants; top 3 meal of my life.

Like many others, we wanted to start our French holiday in Normandy, particularly near St Mere Eglise, as I was captivated as a youngster by the story The Longest Day. We researched Trip Advisor and found Manoir Les Quatre Etoiles to come highly recommended. We weren't disappointed over our two day stay. Unfortunately Francis was away and Tonnis had to... More

Our trip to the Normandy Beaches was the perfect way to start our tour of Europe. Staying with Francis and Tonnis at Les Quatres Etoiles was the crowning touch. The estate grounds are lovely, and relaxing. The room accommodations couldn't be better -- comfortable beds, beautiful bath room, good food, and friendly hosts. We even enjoyed the rooster wake-up call.... More

My father, daughter and I spent a delightful 2 days with Tonnis and Francis while touring the landing beaches. I couldn't recommend Manoir Les Quatre Etoile highly enough. The grounds were superbly kept and aesthetically beautiful. We enjoyed a cocktail in the garden as the sun was setting. Our breakfast was delicious and oh what a lovely selection of goodies... More
