This old place was **restored** beautifully, very charming old hotel in old downtown. Rooms are nice and facilities are excellent. Also the breakfast was great every morning. Would definitely stay there again. Check in and out was easy, and parking in the garage within a couple blocks. Convenient near activities on the sea wall and boardwalk, and one block from... More

Excellent hotel near activities on the sea wall and one block from light rail. Easy transfer to and from Sea-Tac airport. Transit tunnel one block. Near Pioneer Square activities, underground tour, ferries and sea wall shops. Eight blocks to Pike Street Market. Staff extremely helpful. Clean rooms.

Check in and out was easy, parking within a couple blocks, nice clean room, very quiet, 10 minutes walk to the ball field, numerous restaurants close by, there five adults in our party, and we would all return

Old, run down, smelly like an old persons house, stuffy room, amenities are lacking. Not like a typical best western. Very expensive for what you get which is an old, run down room with a hard bed. New ac/heater unit in room that runs non-stop because the upstairs area was so hot and stuffy with no AC in hotel.

$314.11 was awfully expensive for 1 night of sleep. Other good hotels w/air conditioning were all booked, since March, because of Taylor Swift (my purpose of the trip). The main room was way too big for 1 & dark as a dungeon. Bathroom was lit so brightly you could perform brain surgery there. TV was at least 20 ft from... More

First and foremost I Felt SAFE!!!!!! The hotel has a Victorian look and feel I really enjoyed that. I was able to catch the Lite Rail into the city for $3 and that's each way how AWESOME was that the hotel was only blocks from the hotel. The location of the hotel was PERFECT!!!! No car rental needed almost EVERYTHING... More

This was a very pleasant Stay. It was quite clean and hotel personnel were very accomodating. Their breakfast room (cafe) was very nice and they had plentiful choices from yogurt, boiled eggs, waffles, fruits, biscuit sausage & you know the usual. Loved breakfast. Walking distance to Safeco field and Century Link , about 4 blocks. Hotel is on national registry... More

Hotel in a very convenient location to waterfront area. Very walkable to stadium areas, Chinatown and Public Market area. Did walk to and from the Seattle Center which was a hike but definitely doable. The Emerald City Trolley was a good way to get around town also.

We had a good experience in Best Western. Clean room, quiet, good bed and pillow. We asked for a refrigerator and were given one. Breakfast was decent. The only problem for us was a big amount of homeless people. It's a lot of homeless in Seattle, but it looks like a Pioneer Square has the largest amount.

Location: Pioneer Square area. Walkable to football and baseball stadium, about half mile to Pike's Place and 10-20 minute taxi/uber ride to cruise ports. One more thing to add....this area is trending but no trendy. Numerous homeless people are walking around, panhandling, on meth, or acting weird. If I was solo or with my guy friends, no big deal. But... More
