Have seen other reviews advising this location is horrendous and dangerous after dark. Will say that there are plenty of homeless in this area and yes you will get asked for money, but never felt threatened by anyone. Picked this hotel as it was only a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to King Street Station, where we were going... More

Hotel was OK other than pitiful continental breakfast. The location is horrendous. It is dangerous to walk outside the building. Poor lighting, no security, literally dozens if not hundreds of homeless street people outside within a block. View from hotel window looks like a war zone.

Very well appointed hotel in the center of the Downtown. Walking distance to Pike Place, Wharf, Safeco Field. Older, character facility but well updated and modernized. Room was quiet, showers and other facilities were great. I will return to this location again.

Good location to many sites. Be careful of the neighborhood as night falls. Front desk staff was hit and miss regarding friendliness and helpfulness. I'm still trying to understand if I was even billed properly. Complimentary breakfast is nice and the staff that works breakfast is very friendly. Parking is very expensive and so is the room rate. Small beds... More

My friends and I stayed here for a few days before our cruise out of Seattle. The location is not far from the waterfront area or Pike Place market, but it was not an ideal location. We realized this with the number of homeless and that our waitress (at an establishment around the corner) told us to be careful because... More

This is an old style heritage hotel and is located in a part of Seattle which is being restored/upgraded. There are lots of dining options nearby and we also walked into the centre of the city on a couple of occasions (about 20 mins). There are also buses and it's only a few minutes walk to a rail station. Our... More

Hotel was clean and neat. Friendly, helpful service. Free breakfast was a plus. Good area with a lot of things to see and do. Yes, there were a lot of homeless people around but they kept to themselves; not a problem.

We stayed here on the way to and from a trip to Canada. This hotel is right downtown in Seattle which is about 20 min from the airport and only a few blocks from the train station. Rooms are very roomy and comfortable with all the normal amenities, good free wifi (5 mbs+), great shower pressure. The hotel is also... More

Perfect location, the staff were wonderful, room very clean, town car service great! I left a brand new purse I had just purchased in the shopping bag in the lobby the day we left for our cruise. I realized as I prepared to board that I didn't have it and call the hotel..yes, they had my bag and contacted the same... More

Perfect for a weekend before a cruise. We arrived on a Friday for our cruise to Alaska leaving Seattle on Sunday. Took the light rail from Sea-Tac Airport to the hotel. It was an easy two block walk from Pioneer Square Station to the hotel, but let me tell you, when you get out at the station it's like "One... More
