We stayed in this B&B in august when we spend a few days in Seattle before heading to Yellowstone NP. It was a really lovely B&B: superb breakfast, nice, clean, comfortable room with clean spatious private bathroom. Julianne and Oliver were very warm and friendly and made our stay really pleasant. The B&B is conveniently located in capitol hill: 30... More

My wife and I recently stayed at the Corner House for two nights while in Seattle to attend our daughter's wedding. We found Oliver and Julianne to be extremely gracious hosts and enjoyed our conversations with them over breakfast. The room was very comfortable. Our private bathroom was located across the hall. The Corner House is an excellent value at... More

Staying here made us feel we were somehow part of Seattle, even though it was only 5 days. Cozy and comfortable for the down-to-earth traveler. I definitely hope to stay there again. Slept very soundly. Didn't want to go. Just a few blocks from Trader Joe's and a Co-op, too.

Although I was out and about most of the 2 days I stayed, I enjoyed my time at the Corner House. My room with bath was so comfortable. I wished I'd had time to relax in the pretty little back yard or the covered porch on the second floor. But, the dining room and sitting room were graciously appointed, the... More

We stayed at the Corner House for three nights in August. Julianne and Oliver could not have been more welcoming or helpful. We stayed in the West room which was nice and plenty of space for the two of us. The only downside was that the bathroom was a couple of steps down the hall but we were aware of... More

My husband and I stayed at the Corner House for three nights in August 2009. After what I had read on tripadvisor beforehand, I expected to have a nice stay at an affordable price. But I can say: the stay exceeded all my expectations! Our room was the "West Room" which has a spacious and immaculately clean private bathroom across... More

Used the airport shuttle van to get from SeaTac airport to the Corner House. Very convenient. Lovely quiet and welcoming home. Bedroom was immaculately clean and cosy. Spacious ensuite bathroom well appointed and spotless. Breakfast was amazing. Muesli, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, bagels, muffins and great Seattle coffee. Our hosts, Julienne, Oliver and Spot (the cat), were welcoming, friendly, gracious,... More

Nicely situated being 25 minutes walk from downtown in a quiet residential and safe area. Run by the very friendly Julianne who makes you feel welcome and as though you had known the family years. Very pleasant and tasty breakfast all home cooked food. We will certainly use this B & B again if ever in Seattle. Paul & Ann... More

We spent here two nights, elderly couple from Finland with our doughter and her husband. The house was so nice and those breakfasts -- so pritty and tasty. Lovely furniture, beautiful and shy cat. Our hostess was friendly and had discussions with us at the breakfast table. Bus stops near. If I ever come to Seattle again I would like... More
