Had a perfect one night stay. Earlier in our trip we had stayed at the Fairmont in Seattle, however we had a car en route upstate hence decided to try out this place. Glad we did, very welcoming hosts, extremely well run Inn and the room was perfect - felt like a home away from home (stayed in the owners'... More

My wife and I spent a couple of nights at the Seattle B&B Inn last October during a four day stay in Seattle. We arrived late in the night but instructions were left explaining how to get in- no problem at all. The house was very clean as was the room, bathrooms and kitchen. While we were the first to... We rolled in to Seattle by train, so could not get to B&B Inn till after 11 pm. The instructions left were very clear; everything was where it was supposed to be and the bed was so inviting! Meeting other guests over a delicious breakfast is always a highlight of this type of travel lodging--thank you!

We were late in making accommodation arrangements and selected this place, rather than chose...we had very few options. But.....it was fine. The welcome isn't up to average level of B&B establishments. We arrived, startled the young attendant as "our" room already had luggage in it. Whoops...were hastily moved without any further ado but then we knew little else. A bit... More

We booked this place for a few days and arrived a couple of hours before our arrangement. When we arrived at the door a pleasant enough young girl allowed us in but told us that our room wouldnt be ready for at least half an hour which was fair enough then she just wandered off and left us in the... Spent four nights visiting in Seattle and a big part of the pleasure was staying at Bed and Breakfast Inn. I arrived late, which was no issue, since Shannon and I communicated via text. I got a quiet downstairs room, bath down the hall. All spotless, nice waffle-weave robe in the closet. Breakfasts were superior (sitting in the sunny kitchen... More

Stayed for two nights in July. We had a large room with a queen and twin bed and still had enough room for my preschooler to have a sleep mat on the floor. Room had a balcony and we could see Mount Rainier. Breakfasts had great variety, and were tasty. Brownies/Cookies in the evening were a treat. Could easily walk... More

This was the second stop for my husband and me during our honeymoon. As my sister had booked a place for us for two nights, we went in as awkward newlyweds not quite knowing what to expect. We stayed in a lower level bedroom with a full bed. These small rooms do not come with breakfast nor a private bathroom.... More

The bed & breakfast is located close to public transit to downtown and capital hill. The inn keeper cooks an amazing breakfast and has baked goods for an afternoon snack. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. The multiple bathrooms are a plus especially if the inn is filled. The rooms with the terrace has spectacular views of the... More

First of all, this place isn’t really a bed & breakfast in the usual sense; it is, as other reviewers have noted, a BOARDING HOUSE. Formerly and more accurately known as Capitol Hill Guesthouse (the name was likely changed for SEO reasons—to rise in search results), this flimsily built (no sound-proofing, holes in the bathroom walls) structure has been retrofitted...
