I purchased the room through one of the discount travel websites. Two weeks ago I stayed in a Ritz-Carlton and didn't receive anywhere near the level of service we received here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Staff made great dinner suggestions throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of downtown Seattle, or a short (cheap) cab ride to further destinations. I will stay here again if I ever come back to Seattle. more

We stayed at the Pan Pacific Seattle from May 14th through May 19th 2009. The hotel is clean and well located in the edge of the downtown business district. The Pan Pacific is also handily placed with food options on its doorstep and a very short walk to all the places you'll want to be. Perfect hotel in my book. Front desk staff was attentive, courteous and professional. Room was outstanding - clean, nicely furnished and spacious.
