The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive and we were impressed with the beautiful style of the rooms. We stayed because of a wedding and we are so impressed we are very likely to stay at their properties throughout our travels. However parking overnight is $39 valet, which is a little steep.

The check-in experience was great, but I fell in love when I first saw my fantastic view of the Space Needle through wall-to-wall windows. The room was big and nicely designed, and clearly meant to highlight the view. In this case, the higher your floor, the better. The food and customer service were spot on. No complaints at all.

The location of this hotel is not downtown, but I chose this hotel specifically because I wanted to be along the streetcar route to Fred Hutch. When it rains so frequently this time of the year, having the streetcar right at the hotel's doorstep is a bonus. There's also a Whole Foods downstairs. This is in a upper class area... More

We recently stayed here for our anniversary, and we booked a Space Needle Suite. Let me tell you, the room did not disappoint. It was lined entirely in windows, with a gorgeous view of the space needle and the city. At night, it was absolutely breathtaking. Felt like something out of a James Bond movie. The interior decor of the... More

The staff are always very pleasant, smiling and happy to see you as a guest of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel as it is also in a great location that is walking distance to downtown Seattle and that having Whole Foods right below the hotel makes it easy to get snacks, food etc!

Me and my girlfriend arrived on Friday for a birthday weekend getaway, the first thing that the front desk agent Dmitri did after getting my name, was to wish her a happy birthday and the little amenity with a card signed by the associates is a very nice touch. The location is perfect, very close to great restaurant, close to... More

I booked an on-line reservation at this hotel and was looking forward to staying there over the 2014 XMAS holidays. The on-line services were so disappointing I canceled my reservation. The hotel honors program is on a separate web site instead of integrating it into the Pan Pacific web site. This created doubts that my stay would actually be credited... More

I had the pleasure of the "Pan Pacific" experience while traveling to Seattle to business. From the moment I stepped out of the cab I was greeted by a warm and welcoming smile. The doormen were kind and courteous and appeared to have a clear understanding of their role in delivering the culture of Pan Pacific. Check in was efficient... More

The #40 bus takes you from the train station to the foot of the escalator to the Pan Pacific Hotel. Whole Foods, a seafood restaurant and a pizza place are almost in the same building. Know that you will be taken care of at this hotel. Convenient to Mirabella.
