There seemed to be a lot of business travelers but the Pan Pacific is great for leisure travelers as well. My room was beautiful and perfect for relaxing when it's drizzling outside. I loved that Whole Foods was right downstairs! I was able to pick up a nice bottle of Washington bubbly and bring it back to my room. I... more

My husband and I stayed here for a treat whilst our kids had a house party (we trusted them!). The hotel was just spiffy! We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone who wants a little bit of luxury! more

Gorgeous room, Gorgeous bathtub - the room was big and immaculate!!! Good location too.. just a few blocks walk to the centre and shops. The view wasn't anything to shout about but who needs a view when you're in a luxury bedroom??? We found the staff very helpful and friendly - nothing was too much fro them! more

We loved the Pan Pacific. Our room was new, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was extremely helpful. When we checked in, we got a 10-minute introduction to Seattle (it was our first time) and an annotated tour map. The hotel has a car service on staff, so we also got free rides downtown. It's walking distance to the Needle... more

Given the hype this hotel gives about itself I was expecting service like the Ritz Carlton. They haven't quite made that leap. My door key card did not work easily and took a special kind of hand movement, similar to that of a croupier at Monte Carlo, to open the door. When I asked for the Wall Street Journal, I... more

The Pan Pacific is most luxurious, from the large scale of the rooms to the quality of the furnishings. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the bathroom is larger than some NYC apartments. The staff is also exceptional, and the property is located near great restaurants and convenient shops, including a large Whole Foods below the hotel. I'd definitely stay... more

We came to Seattle to see a concert at the Paramount so we selected this hotel because of its proximity to the venue. The hotel was great. The rooms had cool and contemporary decor and it was within walking distance of downtown shopping, lots of restaurants, Pike Place market, etc. We ordered room service and it was good, but did... more

I travel quite a lot for business and pleasure, and this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. No matter where my meeting is in Seattle, I stay here because I love it so much. It's not right downtown, but close enough that a short stroll into town is not a problem. The rooms are amazing, usually with great... more

Exceptionally warm welcome, help from reception staff & doorman. Lovely room, but view only served to remind that we were not exactly city centre! Fast good burger in 'Sea Star' bar. Valet parking expensive, but luckily stayed at weekend and parked on street. Phone didn't work well in room. Free Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast in wholefoods store round corner very... more
