We had two rooms at the Pan Pacific Seattle for a family getaway. The hotel is a little north of the main downtown area, but is definitely in walking distance to the Pike Place Market, Seattle Glassblowing Studio, NikeTown, Macy's, etc. The Lobby Bar has excellent breakfast and lunch food, and is a cool, contemporary place to relax. The rooms... More

We opted for the mini-suite for our pre-cruise stay. While the decor made me feel like I was in a Tokyo hotel it was comfortable. But the best part of the stay was the complimentary town car service. We probably saved by staying here because we had several places to go to meet family staying at other hotels. There was... More

I had to stay here for work in July 2014. I was there for three nights. When I arrived from the airport, I was immediately greeted by two men at the door. They grabbed my bag from the taxi and took me to the front desk. The girl at the front desk was very nice and told me all I... More

Everything was great. Whole Foods in the basement is incredible. Starbucks is convenient. Staff was very polite and helpful. They have a "city car" that will take you anywhere within two miles, and even come pick you up if you don't mind waiting. Great overall experience. Only drawback is the $40 valet parking per day.

For a four start hotel, we were very disappointed. The bellman showed us the room and where the mini bar was. Thanks to another reviewer I checked the information sheet over on the desk and did indeed say that if anything was moved in the mini bar, the guest would be charged by the computer. The bellman should have pointed... More

Everything from the room, to check-in, food, and the staff was top notch. Food provided for breakfast was very delicious. I might find an excuse to go back to Seattle just to stay in this hotel again!

Other than the nightmare of finding valet parking if one makes the mistake of thinking they can access the hotel from Denny Way, a major city arterial, this hotel has several characteristics that should figure prominently in one's decision to book a room. The rooms and furnishings are superb. But that's true of several downtown hotels. The location is excellent... More
