For us, with a small child, it is very nice having a whole foods below the hotel for quick easy meals. The presence of whole foods is probably 80% of why we have stayed there twice. Staying at the Pan Pacific was very nice. The staff were friendly and always accommodating. The health club has real equipment, although no free weights. The PanPacific Hotel was excellent!! I cannot say enough about the friendly staff, the clean/well equipped rooms, AND the Whole Foods grocery store that was underneath the hotel. Traveling alone to a place FAR from my home was a bit scary but the staff was great with their recommendations for activities and with directions/assistance in getting to those fun places! more
