A great business hotel with all luxuries. Great place for business stay as well as for families on vacation. Close to the bay, walking distance from Space Needle. Whole Foods within 2 mins with plenty of eating options. Plus many more restaurants, cafes nearby. Don't look for other options if you want to stay in Downtown Seattle.

I want to start off by saying that I never write reviews. My experience with the hotel and the staff was so fantastic that I was compelled to do so. The staff had such a positive attitude and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel itself was quiet and very clean. I stayed... More

I've been to Seattle a few times over the past 2 years and have stayed in several nice hotels (Marriott Waterfront, Hyatt at Olive 8, Sheraton). Up until now, the Hyatt at Olive 8 was my favorite hotel. The Pan Pacific just took that title! We booked a balcony suite because the price difference was not that much more than... More

Only stayed one night and excellent service as usual. We have been there before a few times and love it there. We have 2 kids so we want a clean hotel and this is it. Pricing is reasonable for a hotel like this. Definitely our favorite hotel in Seattle. Another benefit is having Whole Foods downstairs so makes it easy... More

Awaken to loud and very college type activity continuing in our hallway for over 4 hours when all should be sleeping - called front desk and also asked the guest to be quiet but nothing ended as it should. When you book a hotel stay, you anticipate you will be able to sleep and not be awaken and then kept... More

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The outside area is very nice. The bar area is a wonderful atmosphere too. My friends and I stayed here for two nights and we had a wonderful time staying here. The rooms are nice and spacious and has everything you need plus more. I would recommend anyone staying in the area to stay at... More

My boyfriend and I wanted to hit the town for my birthday and stay at Pan Pacific so we didn't have to drive home. He paid nearly $900 for the Denny Suite, and wasn't worth the money! The in room dinning menu could probably use more seafood entrees, and vegetarian dishes. When I checked in the hotel my reservation was... More

The staff definitely takes every request happily and caters to all. The hotel is stylish, clean, quiet, and perfectly located for meetings at Amazon and anything on Lake Union. The location is good for walking to downtown, and up to Capitol Hill, but it's a long walk. They do have a courtesy car that can take you anywhere within a... More

This overnight trip was for my husbands birthday. Loved everything about our stay. The hotel was a great experience and I will definitely go back. Very accommodating and considerate of the birthday celebration, complete with a plate of homemade birthday chocolates in our room upon arrival. Thank you PAN PACIFIC!

The room was good size, with a large bathroom/shower area, floor to ceiling windows which let in a great deal of light, free Wi-Fi, an attentive/helpful staff, courtesy car and a nice bar. Also the hotel is well located downtown within walking distances of restaurants, and shops. We have already booked rooms for our next trip to Seattle.
