Lovely short visit, attended a cousin's wedding north of Seattle and then my plus one and I headed down to Seattle for a couple of days, 11th ave is gorgeous, the furniture all compliments the well restored interior. Had the room at the end of the hall with the bathroom across the way. Breakfast was both delicious and varied so... More

This place is nestled in the heart of the action. We were one block away from streets filled with great restaurants, interesting shops and lots of local activities. We caught a food truck event and my husband played drop-in basketball at a neighborhood park. We walked everywhere we went and felt we got a really good feel for many of... More

B&Bs sort into "high touch" and "low touch". In the high touch places, the owners are ever present and offer advice and may sit around and talk with you. 11th Avenue Inn is "low touch" - everything is nice, but it there's not as much personality as some B&Bs. We had a nice room (Emerald), with a very comfortable bed... More

Lovely B&B in a great neighbourhood. It's a 30 minute walk to the downtown attractions but a much better option than staying in a downtown hotel. More peaceful, and an "away from the bustle" feel, while still being steps from great restaurants. Take a stroll around Capitol Hill and Volunteer Park and check out the restaurants on 15th Ave. The... More

We recently stayed in the Opal room for five days at the 11th Avenue Bed & Breakfast. The inn is in a wonderful location withing walking distance of downtown and with many excellent restaurants nearby. Our room had air conditioning and a ceiling fan and was very comfortable, the breakfasts every morning were fantastic, and the common areas were lovely.... More

We stayed here for 2 nights, June 25/26, prior to a cruise originating in Seattle and were delighted by the period furnishings, the hospitality of the host David, the facility amenities, and the great breakfast. Check-in was as easy as it gets and David provided us with concise information on the local attractions and the public transportation options (there's a... More

We stayed in the studio apartment, as opposed to the inn itself, and it was perfect for us. There was no breakfast included with our stay, but that suited us as there’s loads of great places around for brunch, or just a coffee. There was also free parking and WIFI too, along with a massive open plan kitchen/dining/lounging area. Everything... More

My girlfriend seems to have a knack for finding great bed & breakfasts, and the 11th Avenue Inn is no exception. She arranged for us to stay here during our visit to Seattle, from Saturday through Wednesday in early June, and we had a great time. The 11th Avenue Inn is a three-story building. There's a narrow driveway on the... More

Stayed on the third floor. Very comfortable. Plenty of light and a nice breeze. The entire place was spotless. Everything looked freshly redone. Breakfast was excellent. There was always coffee and snacks available. Internet signal was very strong. Two guest computers and printer worked flawlessly. David was great. The staff was great. We stayed for three nights before our cruise.... More

This is only my 2nd time staying in a B&B and I was impressed! David was very responsive in answering our questions prior to our trip to Seattle to assist us in planning. He provided us with lots of information and recommendations upon arrival - much appreciated! When we had to leave early one morning, they provided us a nice... More
