Staff wasn't friendly, was not priced right for service or comfort overall really bad experience. The shuttle service was a joke! The only positive thing was the pool on the roof however it was very small area.

Over the last 20 years I have stayed in almost every major hotel in downtown Seattle following my Seahawks and Mariners and SC Stadium is by far my favorite. They are always consistently above average in all levels of service and accomodation and the location can't be beat.

Stayed here for three nights while doing work at the Washington State Convention Center. The hotel itself is really nice. Rooms are good, bed was comfortable. Large TV and free wifi. Also includes a small refrigerator. The shower was good - plenty of water pressure. interestingly, my first night there was a bathtub mat. When I came back to my... More

We were attending a Mariners game on a Friday night and Taylor Swift Concert the following night so we decided to stay here considering it is literally steps away from both venues. So for an event that is held in one of those two locations this hotel cannot be beat. Would I stay here if it were some distance from... More

Thank you for your comments about your stay with us. I am glad it was a good stay, however I apologize for the denial of your request to have a late checkout. The hotel was extremely full with a large group checking in on that day. My desk team should have inquired for more information and assisted you better with... More

I'll put this up front - we did not want to stay in the Silver Cloud Hotel. We had used the Expedia mystery hotel roulette feature, and thought we were getting a "four-star" hotel in the city center. When we realized we had been assigned a hotel out near the stadium - and definitely not four stars - we were... More

Everything with this hotel was great!! The location of it was phenomenal, right across the street from SafeCo Field and CenturyLink Field. All that we needed was walking distance and if you're not a fan of walking they do provide complimentary shuttle service to and from many locations all throughout downtown Seattle. The shuttle driver was even nice enough to... More

My son and I spent two nights at Silver Cloud Stadium at the end of an 8 hotel, 14 night vacation. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Mariners game we attended and King Street Station where we arrived on Amtrak. We were on the late night train from Vancouver BC that arrived around 10 p.m. When... More

Stayed 2 nights - hotel is immaclulate. Check in/out was a breeze - super friendly staff. Perfect spot if you are going to a Mariners' or Seahawks' game! The rooftop pool and hot tub are a nice touch - the view from there is beautiful.

We booked the Silver Cloud Stadium because we had Mariner tickets and thought it would be a convenient location...and it certainly was!! What a pleasure to walk across the street into Safeco and back across the street after the games. And, it's just as convenient for the Seahawk games, a block the other direction. The hotel staff was phenomenal, each... More

I was delighted to win my bid for a 4* on Priceline- and got such a great hotel. First off, the desk clerk was so helpful and charming- she checked me in two hours early. I had asked for high floor away from elevators- go the 9th floor, looking out at Safeco. And this is the floor with the pool... More
