Julie and Blaine are fabulous innkeepers. We have seldom experienced the level of attentiveness to which they went to make our stay nice. The breakfasts are very well done, with more than adequate alternatives available if you don't want the daily offering. The food is tasty and interesting without being ostentatious. Room was super clean and quite comfortable. When a... More

We stayed at the B&B for a week while visiting Seattle and the surrounding areas. Gary and Liz were taking care of the guest house while Julie and Blayne were on vacation. These two folks were absolutely WONDERFUL! Breakfast each morning was delicious and Gary and Liz were so attentive to our needs. Since this was our first time in... More

Visited Seattle for the first time and stayed here. Julie was lovely and very helpful with directions, bus routes etc as we are from Massachusetts. Our room was great and was overlooking Green Lake. Bathroom had large walk- in shower and jacuzzi. Hallway outside of room had books, movies and a stocked refrigerator for guests. Chocolates in room daily. Exceptionally... More

We have stayed at Greenlake Guest House many times and it is always an enjoyable visit. The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfasts are delicious and imaginative, and Julie is very helpful in telling us how to get around the city and what things to see and do.

What a beautiful job Julie and Blayne have done with this restored home. It is comfortable, beautiful and well thought out. They also so easily worked with us on our very late arrival which was greatly appreciated. Breakfasts were delicious. The home is located right across from the lake which provided a wonderful walking experience. As previously said, the location... More

Having this guest house, right across from Green Lake, defines it as a peaceful and tranquil setting despite being in a fairly urban neighborhood. The house is cozy and inviting and it was lovely to have heated floors in the tile bathroom. Our bed was a little uncomfortable - not quite firm enough for our liking though. The fireplace can... My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Greenlake Guest House. The location can't be beat. Neither can the comfortable accommodations and the hosts, Julie and Blayne. We enjoyed meeting and getting to know them and other guests while enjoying scrumptious breakfasts. The house is located in close proximity to all that we planned to do while there ...... More

Over the years my wife and I have stayed in many B&B's, both in the US and in Europe. We both agree that the Greenlake Guest house rates high on the list, if not the highest, of all the places we've stayed. It's not just that the Inn is spotless and charming, or that the breakfasts achieve the level of... More

My Wife & I had a wonderful stay at this Inn off of Green Lake. The location could not be beat & Blayne and Julie were gracious hosts. They really go above & beyond for their guests, even packing an early morning to-go vegan breakfast for us. The Inn is beautiful and the rooms are clean and well appointed. My... More

We returned to Greenlake Guest House for a second time since the first time was so nice. The house itself is very homey craftsman style with a livingroom that exudes warmth. It's an intimate yet comfortable area to sit and meet other guests. The rooms are cozy and private with comfortable beds, chairs, and bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs. Julie and... More
