This is the second time I have had the pleasure of spending a week at Greenlake Guest House. Julie and Blayne are veteran innkeepers who have it down. They have thought of everything and make it look easy. The house is very welcoming and the guest rooms are beautifully appointed. Everything is impeccably clean. I have stayed in three different... This B&B was perfect for our trip to Seattle. Its proximity to the airport and to downtown Seattle made it a great choice. Greenlake Guest House was a nice escape from the downtown area after a long day of sightseeing. Greenlake, which is across the street, is beautiful and perfect for an early morning or evening stroll. Our room was... More

We went with the many positive recommendations for this B&B on Trip Advisor and were certainly not disappointed. The location is perfect - right on Greenlake and an easy 15 minute drive downtown. There are a number of nice restaurants in either direction along the lake (we especially liked Nells) and the location allows for pleasant evening or morning lakeside... More

My wife and I stayed at GGH for 4 nights. It's location, across the street from Green Lake, couldn't be better for relaxing, jogging or walking. Within easy walking distance along Green Lake Drive, both to the left and right of the B&B are coffee shops and restaurants. The basic house, which is now the B & B was built... More

This Guesthouse (B & B) was perfect in every way. I am a very discriminating guest, and could not find anything to question in staying at this place. I come to Seattle to visit family and this time I had to book somewhere close to family. From the beginning inquires by phone, they were most accommodating. Unfortunately, the Hosts were... More

Julie and Blaine are fabulous innkeepers. We have seldom experienced the level of attentiveness to which they went to make our stay nice. The breakfasts are very well done, with more than adequate alternatives available if you don't want the daily offering. The food is tasty and interesting without being ostentatious. Room was super clean and quite comfortable. When a... More

We stayed at the B&B for a week while visiting Seattle and the surrounding areas. Gary and Liz were taking care of the guest house while Julie and Blayne were on vacation. These two folks were absolutely WONDERFUL! Breakfast each morning was delicious and Gary and Liz were so attentive to our needs. Since this was our first time in... More

Visited Seattle for the first time and stayed here. Julie was lovely and very helpful with directions, bus routes etc as we are from Massachusetts. Our room was great and was overlooking Green Lake. Bathroom had large walk- in shower and jacuzzi. Hallway outside of room had books, movies and a stocked refrigerator for guests. Chocolates in room daily. Exceptionally... More

We have stayed at Greenlake Guest House many times and it is always an enjoyable visit. The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfasts are delicious and imaginative, and Julie is very helpful in telling us how to get around the city and what things to see and do.

What a beautiful job Julie and Blayne have done with this restored home. It is comfortable, beautiful and well thought out. They also so easily worked with us on our very late arrival which was greatly appreciated. Breakfasts were delicious. The home is located right across from the lake which provided a wonderful walking experience. As previously said, the location... More
