It's hard to find great accomodations in a major metropolitan area at reasonable cost. The Greenlake Guesthouse delivered from a cost perspective, but more importantly from a amenity and location perspective. We were able to really good food right around the inn. We were warmly welcomed into a re-newed 1900's home and instantly loved this B&B. The owners/hosts were like once again seeing dear friends. They showed us our beautiful room overlooking Green Lake and the park. We came from Berlin to spend 6 nights at the Greenlake House and it was one the best stays we had in a b&b. Julie and Wayne (the owners) really know how to run their bussiness and keeping the guests satisfied during their stay in Seattle.
