This place was so bad I cancelled my reservation after seeing the room. Website said free parking, shuttle service, and wi-fi. There was a charge for parking and a charge for wi-fi. Forget the shuttle service I was planning on using. It's only weekdays. No mention of that when I booked a weekend. Very misleading.

Pros for us: First, this place was 2 blocks away from our daughter's dorm apartment at Seattle University. And as we were staying there to move her in it was very convenient. The staff was pleasant, the price was more than reasonable (we had a two bedroom apartment), parking in the garage was very cheap, the beds were comfortable and... More

We stay here when we go down from BC to see the Blue Jays play the Mariners. It's a good place for us as we are 2 couples so we get a 2-bedroom apartment, with a kitchen and living space. The location is decent... downtown is walkable if absolutely necessary.

The apartments were in a residential area which was a bit out of the way for easy access into the city. Although they were clean, spacious and comfortable it was disappointing that there was no welcome pack; washing up liquid, coffee, milk or tea. For the price I think they could very easily provide the basics for guests.

I was in Seattle for 10 days for business. At that period most of the hotels were full and I had to stay here. The staff are nice and the neighborhood is quiet. There is a small market nearby. The furniture are very old and the carpet stinks. The heating system cannot be adjusted properly. The bathtub is old and... More

This is only the second time I've ever stayed in a serviced apartment, and this place was a bit odd. The actual room was outstanding - four twin beds, two in a lofted bedroom at the top of a spiral staircase, and what you could call a partial view of the city. However, the room itself smelled a bit musty,... More

Stayed here with family for several days over Christmas. The room had every amenity we needed to cook, and sleep 4 people comfortably. It is within walking distance to Pike's market, Chinatown, the CenturyLink Stadium, and to bus stops to take you to the Space Needle if you choose not to take a little longer walk. Everything was clean. The... More

My boyfriend and I came over to seattle for a Sounders game and stayed at First Hill. The location is ideal if you are in town for a game, or just some downtown fun at Pikes, Space Needle, etc. We took a cab over to the game, which didn't hardly cost anything, and actually ended up walking back after the... So dirty that I took Clorox Wipes immediately and wiped the dried food and old old sludge from the table and chairs and the whole kitchen area. Doors and door knobs were gross. Carpet stained and the kitchen chairs had cloth seat and back that were stained so badly is made us cringe. The man I made reservations with was... More

Won't deny that for the price, location, amenities thatit's great location for being near major medical. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful but the room is another story. It was great that there is a one bedroom apartment for our family but I found myself washing down the fronts of all the kitchen cupboards because they were dirty... More
