This is only the second time I've ever stayed in a serviced apartment, and this place was a bit odd. The actual room was outstanding - four twin beds, two in a lofted bedroom at the top of a spiral staircase, and what you could call a partial view of the city. However, the room itself smelled a bit musty,... More

Stayed here with family for several days over Christmas. The room had every amenity we needed to cook, and sleep 4 people comfortably. It is within walking distance to Pike's market, Chinatown, the CenturyLink Stadium, and to bus stops to take you to the Space Needle if you choose not to take a little longer walk. Everything was clean. The... More

My boyfriend and I came over to seattle for a Sounders game and stayed at First Hill. The location is ideal if you are in town for a game, or just some downtown fun at Pikes, Space Needle, etc. We took a cab over to the game, which didn't hardly cost anything, and actually ended up walking back after the... So dirty that I took Clorox Wipes immediately and wiped the dried food and old old sludge from the table and chairs and the whole kitchen area. Doors and door knobs were gross. Carpet stained and the kitchen chairs had cloth seat and back that were stained so badly is made us cringe. The man I made reservations with was... More

Won't deny that for the price, location, amenities thatit's great location for being near major medical. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful but the room is another story. It was great that there is a one bedroom apartment for our family but I found myself washing down the fronts of all the kitchen cupboards because they were dirty... More

Extremely OVERPRICED for rock-hard beds and shabby 80s furnishings. Too expensive ($250) to listen to children screaming and crying through the thin-walls through-out the night. Or for the electricity to be out and to have to listen to a crew fix it for hours outside and then after little-to-no sleep realize there were only ice-cold showers available. When we spoke... More

When we arrived at the hotel it took a while for someone to greet us at the desk, even though we buzzed them saying we were at the front. Right away we got into our room which was probably the only positive part of the experience. After being out for the day, we arrived back at the hotel to a... More

We spent 2 nights in June in a 2 bedroom apartment, and it was very comfortable. It had a full kitchen and was stocked with anything you'd need, although we didn't use it. We were concerned about the lack of AC, but the nights are cool in Seattle so there was no problem. Fans are provided in any case. The... More

I stayed at the First Hill Apartments with my family as a stopover to Vancouver. I agree with previous reviews that when you arrive at the apartments the first view is not favourable. However although we arrived quite late on a rainy night the apartment was easy to find and we were helped quickly and efficently by the afterhours manager.... More

Needed extra space to stay for two nights due to having teenagers along with us. This place seemed perfect, close to the university and to downtown Seattle. Still had to drive to most places so location not really worth the cost and lack of amenities. Pros: Located in a university and hospital area if business or necessity brings you to... More
