Very friendly staff on check in. Really great. Organised my wake up call and town car efficiently. Room was a little tired but had everything you need. Good TV, coffee maker in the room (unlike the W), free wifi, nice little bar/restaurant. Very good location. Would definitely stay here again. Usually stay at Lake Union but I prefer this location.
