There is nothing to recommend this hotel. It is pretty far out of town, in an industrial park. It is dirty, smelly, with stained carpets and overworked staff. The bedding is cheap and thin. the towels are scratchy. The carpets are stained. The elevators smell bad. We saw dirty towels left in the hallways. The cleaning is practically non existent.

Stayed with my family for about a week. Place is near to grocery stores and has some good eat-out options nearby. Considering what one pays here, the stay was satisfactory, though the equipment in room shows it's age. Like a loose cover on the heater, or slightly loose mesh on windows. Helpful staff. Though wifi speed is a bit disappointing

Find somewhere else. The staff is very unhelpful. The rooms suck. I don't care how cheap this place is it is not worth the money. The bed sucks. Just sleep in your car if you really want to save the money that bad. Oh did I mention the staff is rude and unhelpful.

I do not regret our choice of this hotel. The rooms are large and convenient, with two desks, lots of outlets to charge electronics, a nice little kitchenette, plenty of room to lay things out in the bathroom, good shower, okay mattress. Our complaint? In the week we were there, we consistently had trouble getting clean towels and other supplies.... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your stay. Your comments in regards to our room layout and cleanliness are much appreciated; yet, I was disheartened to read that you had a difficult time exchanging towels and receiving toiletries. In response to your feedback, I am working with our staff to ensure that all of these... More

This place was right on target for the money we paid to stay over a weekend in the city of Seattle. But it was basically a no frills extended stay! I would not recommend it for families. We had a room on the third floor. The room itself wasn't bad. The bed was comfortable and there was room to walk... More

not for families....especially if you like to be in the same room...my husband had to stay in one room with our son while I stayed in another with our daughter...we were scared because of the questionable characters everywhere it was secluded away from all attractions or shopping...we will never stay here again

Stayed for 5 nights and no room service at all, just found out that i have to pay extra usd5 / day to had my room cleaned. I even throw the trash by myself. Staff were not so friendly, and sometimes no one in the reception desk.

Upon arrival at the hotel located on a road behind a shopping center and by several commercial offices, my husband and I had the dubious experience of finding that the hotel had no notification of our reservation. For the longest twenty minutes the employee at the counter decided to process our request making copies of our passports and the hotwire... More

My husband and I spent two nights at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. We arrived at the hotel at 3am in the morning and the young lady at the check-in counter placed us in an available room which was clean and wlecoming especially after spending an entire day at three different airports. The hotel is in a so so... More

Some hotels greet you with a warm chocolate chip cookie when you check in. This hotel greeted me with a living, breathing, insect that's been around for 300 million years. A Blattaria, a.k.a. Cockroach, greeted me the second I walked through the door and into to my room. A house warming gift on behalf of Extended Stay. I cannot thank... More
