We really liked this hotel. The rooms had everything we needed (plugs, lighting, room to move) and for a reasonable up charge you can get smashing view of Puget Sound. What set Motif apart was super-friendly staff. They made us feel very at home especially at their surprisingly good fifth floor cafe and lounge. We could walk three blocks to... More

I stayed here two nights. We had a room on the 12th floor. Beautiful view of the water you can see the ferries drive by. Close to the monorail and pike place market and shops. The hotel is a little old but the rooms are clean and comfortable and a good size on the 12thfloor. I think in lower floors... More

This was a great option for a conference at the Washington State Convention Center, just a couple of blocks up Pike Street. Also, it's a short two block walk to Westlake Center on Pine (Nordstrom) where you can board both the monorail to Seattle Center-the Space Needle/EMP/Chihuly Gardens, and the light rail to/from the airport. The light rail from the... More

I think the main draw for this venue is the location. It was a very short walk to the convention center, where we were attending a weekend of events. The facilities were nice and the room was clean. Overall, this was a very unpleasent hotel to stay at. It is a pretty pricey establishment , which I get because it... More

I had 2 friends fly into SeaTac, we drove straight to the hotel, unloaded our things and spent the night chatting, sipping & "snacking" at the Frolik, located at the hotel. The staff was great, food was unique & deliscious & we enjoyed the atmosphere. Both the restaurant & hotel were casually classy in my opinion. The next morning we... More

If you are looking for a cool hotel in downtown Seattle, this is a winner. Situated just a few blocks from Pike Market and major stations such as Westlake and Convention Centre, it is in an ideal location to explore Seattle. Hotel rooms are spacious and have some great views of Lake Union/Puget Sound, and the beds are really comfy.... More

I can't say enough great things about this property. The modern and artistic qualities prove why this is the most popular new spot to stay in downtown Seattle. Since its conversion from the tired Red Lion, this hotel has taken on an identity that I absolutely love and look forward to each time I visit Seattle. From the guest services... More

We were only here for one night but the hotel had a nice style, underground parking was easy, near Pike Place Market and much more. loved the outdoor fire pit and lounge area. Would definitely consider staying there again!

Have you noticed that hotel "bidding" sites have adopted the hotel world equivalent of a clothing store's vanity sizing? On Hotwire and Priceline, a 4 star hotel is no more a AAA or Michelin 4 star hotel than the Small tees I buy at Victoria's secret would truly fit a small (I wear a 34DD bra, you do the math).... Three of us from our company stayed there for two nights for a convention in April 2015. Just like another review before mine, I did not know if more people where staying on our 16th floor. Never heard noise from other rooms or people walking on the hallways but of course I know more people where staying there. The room... More
