From the moment we entered the hotel we were welcomed by the staff including the bell and front desk staff! Hotel Rep Melony at the front desk is certainly an asset to your property-she was professional yet warm, knowledgeable of the City and made great dining recommendations! She was patient as she listened to our accommodation needs and and helpful... More

The hotel was nice, the view was amazing and the location was great but if you are a light sleeper you had better bring some earplugs as the train running right next to the hotel is loud and disruptive. Other than the noise at night we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a business trip and it was my first time in Seattle. I was excited with the location of the hotel. It was very easy to walk to the local attractions! The staff was very friendly and willing to help with any requests. I didn't try the restaurants but did order room service for breakfast which was delicious.... More

My room was directly above an underpass for trains, on the concierge level no less. Was awakened three times. Concierge club has no honor bar. Breakfast there was like a Hampton Inn's breakfast. Other than that ...

I stayed for a three day weekend with a cousin and her friend. It was my first visit to Seattle and i was debating whether to stay by the waterfront or further into downtown. In retrospect, this was a nice choice. The walk up to Pike's Place Market consists of a public elevator ride a block or two down from... More

Anyone who reads my reviews know I like hotels to be well furnished, comfortable, and clean. This hotel exceeds each category. I especially enjoyed the location right on the sound and within walking distance to all major attractions; the public market, space needle, and several coffee shops. I also took the train from the airport which was very inexpensive and... More

We have stayed at this property before and were happy we could get a room for our visit this past week. The location is ideal, on Alaskan Way with views of Puget Sound and easy walking distance to the Marketplace and along the waterfront to all of the wonderful shops and restaurants . We had an amazing waterfront junior suite... More

Booked a king and received 2 doubles. Room was clean. However all vending machines on all floors are broken and the gift shop closes at 6pm, so if you are looking for a drink or snack plan ahead or be forced to buy the $3.50 bottle of water in the room or eat at their bar.

Good Evening, Thank you for your time and reviewing us. I apologize that we weren't able to meet your expectations. Please know we are looking into extending the hours of the gift shop and are addressing the vending machine issue. We hope you give us another chance if your travels bring you back to Seattle. This hotel is amazing!!! My husband and I just stayed here for a week for our honeymoon and this was by far the best hotel stay we have ever experienced in our lives. They went above and beyond to celebrate our marriage with us and they made our memories so relaxed and happy!!! It really makes a difference to be... More

Loved the location of this hotel. It was a couple blocks away from Pikes Place market and right on the water. The hotel is nice and the rooms are spacious. The staff was very helpful and provided great walking directions when I asked. Will definitely stay here next time I return on business.
