There's no need for a rental car at this upscale hotel right on the waterfront. It has everything you could ask for...stunning views, modern decor, lively bars and good dining. You are within walking distance to Pike's Place Market, ferries, pier attractions, the Underground Tour and lots of great restaurants. The Yellow Cab airport fare to SEA TAC is $40... More

Had problems with the bill and had to call after 3 weeks to get my points added to account.. Concierge staff were not knowledgable, otherwise a good stay. Close to the ports and shopping, walking distance to Pike Place market. Fitness center small but adequate.

After booking online and requesting a double bed room with bay view, we arrived and were told our room was not yet ready. After waiting 2 hours, we were notified that a single bed, king room was assigned to us (for myself, husband and teenage daughter). Upon addressing this, the front desk clerk simply said that she thought she had... More

If you want to be up-close-and-personal with the Seattle waterfront this is the place. A little pricey when you add all the taxes and parking - but it is very convenient for a 1 or 2 night visit. Walking distance to the cruise terminal, Pikes Market and the original Starbucks. The staff was very friendly - offered directions and let... More

My wife and I stayed here prior to our Alaska Cruise. Excellent location across from the harbor and walking distance to many restaurants including Pike Place. We had dinner at Anthony's Pier 66 which is across the street from the hotel on the patio facing the harbor. I highly recommend this restaurant for casual dinning as well. It has two... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in summer. It was our first time to Seattle, and walking to the hotel from the light rail was a bit of a hike, but once we found it, we were greeted and promptly given our room keys. We had a partial water view with a little balcony, which when open provided a great... More

We stayed here in July and were disappointed by several things at this hotel. The first room we stayed in was extremely noisy. A train runs behind this hotel and the Airconditioning noise in this room kept us awake. When I got into bed, noticed a STAIN!! on the mattress pad. We later changed rooms, but at 3.. something a... My husband and I stayed here with our 3 kids for 3 nights. It is a very nice hotel in a great location. We had a small balcony that looked out over the water, which was really nice. It's a short walking distance to the Market and we were able to walk over every morning and get breakfast. The rooms... More

Felt like a guest here.Staff was friendly and very helpful....no concierge which would have been helpful for this tourist. Lobby bar prices are over the top...but just go to their restaurant where one can spend a very happy hour.Good food here also.I would definitely return here!

I come here every year for my birthday. You cannot beat the location. Lots of seating area to sit downstairs and relax. Pike place right up the stairs. This year warm enough to use the pool ( In door outdoor) , the pool is small but relaxing. the front desk is always very helpful. Wish I did the Duck Tour... More
