the rooms were clean and comfortable and we were lucky to have view of the water. The rooms had everything we needed, wifi was the best anywhere we have stayed around the world and the staff were very helpful .i thought it was a European thing having dogs in hotels and resturants....really didn't like sharing my meal with everyone's pets.

Thank you for the great review. I love to hear that our internet is the best in the world! I am sorry that you were surprised by the pets in the lobby. Residence Inns are all "Pet Friendly" hotels and we do a special deep clean in those rooms that have hosted animals. More

I cannot say enough about how great this hotel is. It's a hidden gem, only a short walk away from the classic heart of Seattle sightseeing, but in the thick of what makes Seattle great. The staff went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed. Really amazing service on all levels, on par with... More

I like this hotel as the location in South Lake Union is great, their front desk staff is always super helpful, and they take my dog, but they lose a lot of points for the little things. Unlike some reviewers, I don't care for the breakfast. It's the usual selection of sugary pastries, waffles, etc, though if you are a ham... More

I've read most of the reviews on here about the Residence Inn Lake Union. I'm not sure why there would ever be a bad review of this hotel. I think I'm in a pretty unique situation to review this hotel because we lived here for four months while my wife underwent a transplant at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. Our family... More

We were hosting our son's wedding and had family flying in from all over. The central location was very convenient. While we were busy with rehearsals and preparations, the family members took the trolley to various locations to see the sights. We were traveling with two dogs that were welcomed and well accommodated by the hotel. The rooms were clean... More

My son's wedding was the weekend of March 27th. He and his new wife had picked this hotel for my family and I to stay at during their wedding weekend. Eight of my siblings and myself stayed at the Residence Inn. Not one of us had a complaint!!!! The lobby is expansive, comfortable and a great gathering place for family... More

Street parking in back. Got there at 4pm on Fri and only paid 2 hours then good until 8am. Managable. One of few downtowm hotels that u can find decent street parking. Rooms were big and shared with 2 other friends. Breakfast was more impressive than i was expecting. Looked for ice and had a hotel employee notice me walking... More

When we visit Seattle we rarely stay in Seattle proper because room rates are usually 25-50% more expensive in the city than if you stay in one of the outlying suburbs, such as Bellevue or Renton. On this visit, I didn't want to spend a bunch of time in the car going to and from a hotel room in another... More

This Residence Inn was older, but the room was clean and staff were friendly. The heating/cooling unit was a bit loud in our room and the over all hotel could use some updating. The rooms themselves are bit small (stayed on the Lake Union side), but you have all the amenities. Our room fridge looked like someone beat it up,... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with a small balcony. It was clean, well appointed with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was extensive and a very nice surprise. Friendly staff. Workout room had more machines than most hotels although we didn't have time to utilize it. The pool was more of a short lap pool but adequate and... More
