I have stayed here twice and will probably stay again this year. Good location and comfortable rooms. The kids liked the pool. We all enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the evening social........

Nice location and accommodating staff. The room was extremely worn and the furniture stained and our chair appeared to have been clawed by a cat. The latch dead bolt lock was falling off the hinge and did not work. On the second day of our stay we changed rooms due to the problems stated above. Our second room was roughly... More

For the price of this hotel, you would think that they would replace the furniture. It was old and frayed. The lounge chair was broken. There is a charge for parking so be prepared for this as well. Breakfast and wifi are included, which was part of our decision. We had a little balcony and could see Lake Union if... More

Dear Ram1983, Thank you for staying with us. I am glad to hear that you liked the new lobby. We are currently working renovation plans for the rooms, and I am sure they will be just as beautiful as lobby renovation. Hopefully you will be willing to join us again once they are completed, since our location is so convenient... More

We stayed at the Residence Inn/Lake Union for three nights as our final destination on our summer trip. The hotel is reasonably close to downtown, and yet feels a bit outside the busy city. The area feels like it's being redone, and was relatively quiet. The hotel itself sits directly across the street from Lake Union, some good restaurants, and... More

Superb location but ruined by cheap, nasty rooms at full price. Furnished by the Salvation Army and almost never cleaned. Sheets changed once a week. No services apart from a breakfast which is a feeding frenzy. Front desk hostile and confrontational during checkin. Stay here only if desperate. An indication of where Marriott is heading

Dear Heraclius, I would like to apologize for not meeting your expectations. We are aware of the condition of some of the in-room furniture and are in the planning process of renovating the guest rooms. It sounds like you experienced some service issues during check-in, and perhaps our staff did not properly go over the services that our hotel has... More

We booked a two bedroom suite as it would be more economical to share with our friends. This wasn't such a great idea in hindsight. We were in room 432 on May 20-23, 3 nights. I knew the hotel location and had stayed here before with better results. It was very disappointing to find the room so shabby with a... More

The hotel is the usual Residence Inn with roomy living room, bedroom, kitchen, daily breakfast and mid-week evening meal/snack included. The breakfast was good with make-your-own waffles, fruits, yogurts, breads, egg dishes, meats, juices, etc. The location is convenient, next to Lake Union. We were there for Fourth of July and could see the fireworks over the lake from our... More

Can't fault it really. Streetcar and bus stop outside straight to downtown. Decent rooms and breakfast included. Staff friendly and helpful. Gym equipment in decent nick. And the guy behind the bar can hold a conversation.

Stayed here for two days in late June. Had a view of Union Lake that I enjoyed from the patio. Accommodations were clean with everything we needed. Sofa bed was comfortable. plenty of hot water and towels. Free wifi worked great. Self serve breakfast was included and had a good variety of hot and cold options - we had it... More
