First...easy on and off the I-5. Second...secure, covered parking (expensive - worth it). Have you noticed that the more "exclusive" i.e. expensive a hotel / motel is the fewer amenities it provides. We have stayed there while visiting our youngest son a number of times and it is the only hotel in that part of Seattle that we care to stay at. They have underground parking. It's a little pricy but there are not really any other options for parking. I have never seen a Residence Inn that looks like this one.... More

I have stayed here a couple weeks and am very impressed with place. The reception area is nice and they have on-site, underground parking ($$), but given the crummy Seattle weather, that works real nice.
