Let me start with the fact that we are only stopping to stay here on a 2 night visit before heading further to a long international trip. We arrived very late and we all looked very tired and probably look a bit like street bums. The service we received at check in from Stacy at the front desk was so... More

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt for two nights in early April. This was our first trip to Seattle and could not have picked a better place. The location is a couple blocks from light rail, which we took into the city from the airport (very easy to use). The Hyatt is close to many shops, the market,... More

We stayed here for three nights whilst on a west coast road trip. The hotel is well located and the rooms have coffee making facilities. The corner suites are really nice with a corridor separating the bedroom and seating area. The beds are really comfy and the electric black out blinds are a nice touch. My only negative would be... Well this place really deserves the Grand part in the name. Room was clean and comfortable. Also the hot tub was amazing. Breakfast was also worth the costs, and parking was very easy. And service was fantastic, will be coming back!

Stayed here 2 nights at end of March, killer deal on Priceline bid your own price! I parked at Pacific Place mall across the street, $15 from 5PM to 10:30 AM the next day, there is 2 hour parking metered in front of hotel, I would suggest use that while checking in, then moving to Pacific Place. Ruth's Chris has... More

This hotel is beautiful. The corner suite has amazing views! The only negatives I would say is the valet - absolutely terrible service - come to find out they are not employed by Hyatt so that makes sense. Everyone that worked for Hyatt was amazing! It was our anniversary so they sent chocolate and wine up (Diamond Members) which was... More

This is a great location for business in the area. Stayed in an upgraded room, the $10. upgrade was $20 when the bill came. Not sure the view of the next door roof was worth $20. WIFI was spotty. Staff was great and professional, everything was done fast. If there is a big group in the hotel the eating area... More

This was definitely my best experience with a large urban chain hotel. I loved the decor, with its tasteful earth tones and generous use of stone and other natural materials. The room was comfortable. Appreciated having the minifridge. The bathrooms are outstanding: very large, marble lined, huge shower, lovely separate bath. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful.... More

Business trip which didn't allow much time for seeing the sights. Got up early in the morning and took a walk in the neighborhood down to the market. Very relaxing. Great Staff, comfortable accomodations and a decent restaurant in the lobby for breakfast (Ruth Christ Steak House). I would recommend.

We stayed in a corner suite with a living room, bedroom and bathroom. The room was clean and orderly. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the desk clerk, Matt, who help us get checked into the room we preferred and oriented to Seattle when we first arrived. We were impressed by the concierge, Louise, who helped us get the... More
