We are Diamond members with Hyatt, so have stayed in their hotels all over the world. The hotel itself was very nice unfortunately, their view of the water has gotten obstructed by other buildings. We really enjoyed the concierge club, but were surprised that they charged us for our happy hour cocktails., the wait staff said it was a state... More

We love staying at the Grand Hyatt every time we travel to Seattle simply because the professional staff, luxurious comfort and convenient location fit perfectly for us. Many fine dining options are within easy walking distance.

I am in Seattle at least once a month for work. But this is the first time I stayed here. it is a great location downtown. The room and hotel were very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There is a Starbucks and a Ruth Chris Steak House. So I had great coffee in the morning and Ruth Chris... More

Very good hotel located in the pulse of Seattle. The "basic" room is, realtvely, spacious with a large, well appointed bathroom. Staff was nice and accomodating. Housekeeping varied depending on staff that day, not always providing refills for used items. The one issue was one side of the bathroom shower had mildew along the grout. Not a big deal but... Great hotel, great location. Walking distance to Pike's Market and waterfront. Across the street from Pacific Place Mall. We arrived well before check-in time but were able to check-in early. All employees we encountered were friendly, courteous and welcoming. Our king room was well appointed and very clean. We had no complaints whatsoever. We had looked at several hotels online... More

We arrived for a long weekend in Seattle and chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt. It was very clean and had a beautiful, big bathroom. The only reason for the 4* rating is that the price was really quite high, but in all honesty the Grand Hyatt had one of the lower rates compared to other five star hotels... More

This hotel has many great features but it lacks in customer service. I really wanted to love this hotel but there were too many disappoints during our stay. To give you background, in February I booked 4 rooms for 6 nights. Then in July I called the hotel to explain our family dynamics (6 adults, 2 kids) and figure out... More

Nice hotel. Right in the center of things and in close proximity to the convention center. The rooms were extremely clean and the bathroom was beautiful. The walk to Pike Place was short and direct. The only drawback was the lack of pool. I would recommend this hotel.

I love this place and will continue to stay there whenever we are in Seattle. Hotel is luxiourious, clean and quiet. The King size bed is a plus as well. The staff is courtious and attentive. The hotel location puts you in the middle of everything in downtown Seatlle and you can not hear the hustle and bustle of the... More

The hotel was very nice. Great rooms, great beds, great customer service, etc. The only real issue is that we are on the 12th floor but the noise from the street with passing vehicles, trucks beeping as they backed up, etc., was quite loud in our room.
