The blinds close at night for great sleep, thick walls for no disturbance, great staff, very helpful with all of our questions. I would advise against the Shuttle service b/c it takes a long time 40-50 min. You can spend $2.75, and get there in the same amount of time by riding the train/subway. Close to Pike Market and great... More

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hyatt Seattle. It is a gorgeous hotel in downtown Seattle and is walkable to most places. We had a large king room on a high floor with a huge bathroom which I understand had recently been remodeled. Bed was super comfortable, room was quiet, and the entire hotel just smelled so nice! We... More

A number of us stayed at the Grand Hyatt for a Summer wedding. While the standard rooms seem small, our corner suite was delightful. The extra room was well-worth the expenditure, although it is puzzling that one has to choose between having an Elliott Bay view and a corner suite. We chose the extra room and were glad of it.... We stayed here for two nights in May, towards the end of a road trip down the Washington/Oregon Coast. A pleasant surprise when we arrived. Welcoming parking area and lobby off the street. The rooms were beautiful and luxurious. The bathrooms were spa-like, roomy and well appointed with all creature comforts. Very little street noise at night. if any. Super... More

This is a great hotel in a great locate in Downtown Seattle. The market is just a few minutes walk and you are right in the action as far as shopping. The rooms are beautifully appointed. The bathrooms are so luxurious! The beds are very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in Seattle.

Endured a few nights in a more expensive hotel prior to booking here. Surprisingly this was both cheaper and just around the corner in Seattle. Service, room quality and amenities were excellent. I'll be staying here for the week next time I'm in Seattle, a very good discount is also available to Govt employees or members of AAA motoring organizations,... More

We came here to have a romantic getaway and celebrate my birthday. We even splurged on a suite with a view of the water. When we got to our room it was nice, but we were disappointed to see that there wasn't the view we expected. We called down to the front desk and talked to Ryan, who had checked... More

Stayed at a club level room for 5 nights. There was no check in in the lounge. There was very little information about the lounge. Normally I find food and drinks there free of charge. a beer or a glass of wine were 4USD, less than in the restaurant, but not free. My minibar was empty, and I bought Coke... More

This is not the most comfortable hotel in Seattle....the room furnishings are tired, the TV's are small and the linens are average, but wow was it great to be steps always from work at the Convention Center, shopping, entertainment and food. I brought my teenage son for school clothes shopping and he loved having his own room to relax in... More

We loved our one night stay here. The bed was comfortable, the electronic blackout shades were impressive, and the bathroom was gorgeous and well appointed (steam shower & separate soaking tub). My only complaint was that the wifi was not complimentary. Instead of the complimentary qtips and toothpaste, I'd rather not have to spend $10/day for internet access! We stayed... More
