Stayed here for two nights at the end of December in an Emerald Suite. Friendly, professional check in by Kristin at the front desk. This was a very spacious room with great views over the downtown rooftops to the water and including a view of the Space Needle. The bathroom was huge. Although our stay included New Year's Eve, we... More

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel with our toddler. The hotel is in an excellent location and within walking distance to pretty much everything you want to see in Seattle. Pikes is a few blocks away and the rail is also a couple of blocks away and it will take you directly to the space needle. The staff... More

We stayed one night while on a college recruiting trip. Our room was beautiful and well maintained. The hotel was very busy but the halls stayed quiet and we enjoyed a restful night. The spa-like bathroom was a nice retreat as well. We'll definitely return.

The room was clean and what you would expect from a Hyatt. The location was nice to walk to the aquarium and the market, but the minute you leave the front door we were bombarded by pan handlers. We heard sirens each night and sometimes all night. The front doors are heavy to open with luggage and there was not... More

Two nights. Nice service. I was here to attend a nearby, Capitol Hill area workshop. The Hyatt is well located for this, and in reach of anything else in the city. After the workshop, the Hyatt is so close to the waterfront and restaurant to and shopping and of course, The Seattle Art Museum. The service was welcomed and appreciated... More

I have stayed at this hotel four times, for four nights each time and each stay has been perfect. This most recent stay there was an issue with the sauna, but within minutes the issue was resolved. There are always issues that can go wrong, but a really great hotel addresses the issue quickly. This hotel is a great example.... More

The hotel is great, the rooms have been updated. My TV came well appointed with a new LG LED TV that was probably 50 inches, a stand alone shower with a separate bath tube. The furniture and the room are well maintained, and the hotel itself has kept current with its decor. The hotel has a nice gym, pool, and... More

What great service! Stayed here with my husband for a quick weekend getaway. We picked the hotel because of location. It's near shopping, dinning and entertainment; hard to beat really. The hotel didn't disappoint. We had a great room and an awesome view of the city. The room was large and very inviting. The bathroom was spectacular. It was huge!... More

I've stayed in all of the major chain hotels clustered near the Convention Center over the years, and this is the best. Food is crazy expensive, but that's to be expected at this location, and there are dozens of alternatives within a few blocks walk. Staff is friendly, rooms very clean and modern. Lovely bathrooms. Bedroom reasonably well lit with... More

Stayed 2 nights as our company had our 2015 Kick-Off sales meeting here. Room was outstanding, even had electric window blinds. Very clean and fresh. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Excellent value for Seattle which tends to very expensive.
