This is my second visit to the Grand Hyatt in the past 18 months and nothing has changed. Checking in is still a mess. There was no one to Valet the vehicle until after I hauled out my own luggage - and no one offered to take the luggage for me - they didn’t even direct me to where to... More

Excellent hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Location was awesome. Was able to walk to all downtown shops including Pike Place Market. The only draw back was parking which was very expensive. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the best hotels in downtown Seattle! We had a corner suite with a king bed. It was so comfortable and my husband actually slept past 6. The shower and bath were dreamy. :) highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is always above average in many ways. The location in downtown is excellent. You can walk to numerous attractions, shoping, and eating establishments. The staff is very pleasant at all points. This hotel has an excellent fitness center. Not a retrofitted room, but a very large center with plenty of equipment for a large crowd. The rooms are... Perfect hotel for service, location and conveinance. I was visiting Seattle for only 4 nights so I chose Grand Hyatt primarly due to its location. In walking distance to Pikes Market, Belltown & Capitol Hill. Short walking distance to tram & if your like me and enjoy to walk - short walk to SpaceNeedle.

I returned to this hotel recently after a hiatus of a few years- I had previously stayed there a lot for business. It is just as great as before, maybe better. Staff is very friendly across the board. Hotel is spotless and modern. Location is a short walk to anything downtown. Try to get a high floor with a western... More

I was originally given a room in the 10th floor. At the time it sounded not too bad, but the rooms on this floor are very close to another building across the street and have zero view. I felt like I was in a fish bowl and needless to say very uncomfortable. It was a nice sunny day and I... More

My husband & I stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Seattle on a recent 4 day stay. The hotel staff was very accommodating. Our room was a king bed on a high floor. The bathroom was really nice,, I enjoyed it. The actual room itself felt like an after thought. It was really small / cramped.I was told this room... More

Stayed for 4 nights. Everyone in the hotel was very nice. Clean rooms & Large bathroom. If you need anything you left at home or need to borrow they have a large list to check off what you need and the maid leaves it that day. They cleaned the room at late morning time so when I came back in... More

Stayed here for one night on a quick weekend trip. Great location, walking distance from Space Needle area, Pike Place, the stadiums, and more (Capitol Hill, Convention Center, Pioneer Square, etc.). Also very close to Link train to airport and Monorail to Space Needle area. We were able to check in early, which we loved. Had a great view of... More
