I had four great days in one of the Grand Hyatt's Bay View rooms on the 22nd floor. Check-in was really fast, but friendly. It was an unexpected bonus to find that the hotel had just changed their internet policy and now delivers free internet in both the guest rooms and common areas free of charge. I could have wished... My third stay in as many months, and I continue to be impressed. Competent/efficient reception team, spacious rooms and large bathrooms. I couldn't ask for more. (Gym could be a bit bigger but the equipment is new and in great condition.) I live here in the city so the fact that I stay in a local hotel frequently just because... More

My fiancé and I were spending our 8th anniversary in Seattle and decided to stay at the Grand Hyatt for five days. Upon check in we were assisted by Kristin who congratulated us on our anniversary and let us know if there was anything at all to make sure to let them know. Check-in itself was a breeze and Kristin... More

The hotel is in a great location. Customer service and cleanliness a++. The only bad things is this hotel has horrible beds. If you like extra firm beds you will be ok. I was surprised by this because everything else screams luxury in this hotel, expect the bed.

Great location next to several stores and shopping center. Nice and cozy atmosphere. Large rooms with excellent cleaning. Ask about the shuttle to the airport. There is a fee but worth it if you are alone, costs less than the taxi. You can also take the metro to the airport that is near if you are carrying small luggage. Very... More

We were just passing through for one-night after a ski trip but were able to get a pretty good feel for the rooms and the staff. During check-in we asked for a high-floor room and they were very accommodating and put us up high on the side that faced Pike Place Market and puget sound, and the view was really... More

We love that our amenities such as the marble bathrooms, soaking tubs, and water views made you feel comfortable and relaxed. The Seattle Grand Hyatt gets high points for location and room quality. You can ignore the complaints about the price of parking, because there is no need to bring your car here. All of the downtown attractions are within easy walking distance, as are the train to the airport, light rail to Lake Union, the monorail to the Seattle Center,... More

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are spotless, beds are incredibly comfortable, staff is nice. The gym is incredible, with personal TVs on every machine and ice cold towels to cool off with. The location is great, with shopping every way you turn. While my husband was in business meetings, I kept myself busy roaming the stores in the area.... More

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Seattle for 3 nights on a business trip. It is about 30 minutes from the airport and centrally located to many of the shops and restaurants. It was a 10 minute walk to Pikes Place. The check-in process was fast but not informative, such as pointing out where the gym is located, meals or... More

My mother and I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Seattle for a few days when we returned from a cruise. Loved every single inch of this hotel. We were a short walk from Pike's Market, and were able to get a great small bus tour of the Seattle area that picked us up at the hotel. I've been to Seattle... More
