We stayed at the hotel for two nights before a cruise. We booked a corner suite, and WOW, the view. City view, since this hotel is about five or six blocks from the waterfront. The room was very quiet, because of the bedroom being far from the door. Awesome bathroom too. The staff was very cordial, but some spoke broken English... more

I have never traveled to Seattle, but decided to take a cruise out of their beautiful port to Alaska. We arrived at the Grand Hyatt a day early to ensure that we arrived on time for the cruise and when we returned from the cruise we decided to stay over the July 4th weekend. The staff at the Hyatt were... more

My conference was at the hotel. I was thinking of saving a little cash (not so very much) by staying nearby, but decided to go for it. And I'm glad I did. This is the nicest Hyatt I've ever been in. All the fixtures are of the highest quality -- marble bathrooms hard wood furniture, Toto plumbing, etc. (even in... more

My husband and I stayed for five nights at the Grand Hyatt in Seattle. Upon arrival, we were met immediately by a bell captain and valet for parking. There didn't appear to be better choices for parking in the immediate vicinity, so we had to pay the parking fees. We arrived at check-in time so there was no problem getting... more

I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend with my boyfriend. We just went for sightseeing and to relax. The staff was very friendly and helpful in guiding us to different bars/restaurants in the area. The location of this hotel is perfect--within walking distance to the Space Needle, Pikes Place, and the ocean front. The hotel room itself was... more

Great location nice room if you don't mine running next door to star bucks to get Internet access. You'd think a 300 dollar a night hotel would include Internet access. Hell, Motel 6 does even that. more

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt after going on an Alaskan NCL cruise. The location of this hotel is the great thing about it, right in the heart of the shopping area (Macys, Nordstroms, Abercrombie, American Eagle, Tiffanys, Old Navy etc etc), also good restaurants are right on your doorstep, plus a couple of cinemas. Its quite a "businessy" hotel,... more

This hotel was wonderful. It was in a great location to where you could walk to any major attraction downtown. The hotel was very clean and the prices were extremly reasonable. I would for sure stay here again. more

My wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Grand Hyatt both Pre and Post cruise to Alaska. Upon check-in the first night we were delighted to find out we had been upgraded to a corner suite at no charge. The room was great. The real treat was on our return after the cruise we had booked... more
