We only stayed a night here at this hotel in May 2015. It was a nice hotel, rooms were recently renovated it seems, and the hotel overall was clean. The wifi connection was stable, but the free wifi was a bit slow. Was averaging 2mbps download. Good enough for e-mail/social media, don't expect anything else. The parking wasn't an issue,... More

This is the hotel closest to the office every time I travel to Seattle on business which is one week a month. Renovations over the winter have finally finished and the lobby looks great. Unfortunately, the office is moving away from the Lake Union area next month so I will not get to stay here next trip. I will miss... More

Alina and Roque at the front desk are wonderful! Prior to arrival, Alina had sent out a per-arrival email with various details of the hotel and I emailed back inquiring about an upgrade. Due to my Marriott Rewards status, she was extremely accommodating with a waterfront room upgrade. Much appreciated!

This hotel was very nice and in a great location. At the end of my trip, I had left a couple of items in my room. I called the hotel when I got back to Portland and they had located my items. They shipped them to me free of charge.

We arrived late from Vancouver BC around 10:30 P.M. on May 8, 2015 to the hotel. The room was ok but the sofa bed looked like a whale had slept in it all sunken in. We called the front desk who sent the night manager and and another employee to our room to see what the problem was. We were... More

Lovely spacious and modern rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a good view of Lake Union and it is close to the major landmarks. It has good parking facilities and there are taxis constantly passing by.

Got an excellent AAA rate for this Seattle hotel. Location worked for us as it was near our daughter's condo but was a pretty good walk to the downtown attractions. At check-in the clerk asked if we wanted to pay $10 more per night for a lake view or stay with our "city view". We stayed with our original room... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your comments about your recent stay at our hotel! I'm happy to see that overall you enjoyed your stay with us. I do apologize for the miscommunication regarding the view from your room as well as for the sofa-cushions. I have passed your comments along to the proper departments so... More

I requested and got a lake view high floor room which was nice. It is spacious and clean. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop for #40 right in front of the hotel. It is also walking distance to Space Needle. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is gorgeous when you walk in. Huge lobby, bar, coffee shop, restaurant. The room we were in was quite large and pretty nice (standard). We didn't have a view of the lake, as we were on the back side of the hotel overlooking construction going on. Sort of a bummer when beautiful Lake Union is on the other... More

This is a nice hotel in a very nice area convenient to a lot of attractions. We were there 3 nights. If you get a room with a view of the lake be aware that you are also fronting a busy road and the traffic noise is pretty loud. If noise like this bothers you ask for a room elsewhere.... More
