We spent four days there in August. I still remember that there was a Front Desk clerk named David was very nice and helpful. He was extremely friendly. My mom told us David tried his best to help her to check-in and tell her almost all the information about Seattle. Although we asked him millions questions, he was still very... More

Very clean, modern rooms. Close to everything. To the space needle it is about a 20 min. Walk. Free wifi, parking is an extra $25 Stayed on the 3rd floor with city view, didn't find it loud at all. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in late July and then one more night in early August. The hotel was chosen because of its proximity to Lake Union and the Kenmore Air south Lake Union terminal. We flew to British Columbia on Kenmore from this location after our 4 night stay and then returned to the hotel... More

This is located right across from Lake Union. Get a room facing the water, as high up as you can (it's a 7-story hotel). Watch the people jumping off the foot bridge and swimming in the lake and the sight seeing seaplanes taking off and landing. Walk south of the hotel and enjoy the many restaurants the area has to... We (my son and I) stayed here for the Seahawks 2014 Pre-Season game. At first we were worried about the location - being so far away from Centurylink field (4 miles), but these worries were unfounded. We arrived at the hotel at 12:30 pm and our room was available, the front desk clerk was very helpful in helping us find... More

The hotel is in a very nice location, and I felt that the value was good. Right across the street from Lake Union with all of it's activities and pretty scenery. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Close enough to attractions to walk too. Running/biking path nearby. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Only one minor complaint - when... More

Came up for a Football game. The construction in the area makes getting anywhere by car a miserable experience. Took 4 lights just to get more than 3 blocks away from the hotel. Although our room was paid in full for three nights, The hotel kept charging my credit card $100 a night for $300 for amenities. WTH? We used... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our hotel on Trip Advisor. I apologize it was less excellent than you had every right to expect! The road construction in the South Lake Union area can be very frustrating! Even without construction, traffic in Seattle can be quite slow during rush-hour and before game times. We often... More

Our family stayed there last Saturday, and we were provided a room in the second floor with lake view, but besides the busy traffic street, we could not fall asleep the whole night, it was so noisy that I felt that I slept on the sidewalk, that was terrible, we checked in quite late, that was the only double beds... Very nice hotel in a great setting close to the main attractions in town. Ask for a view of the water. It adds to the ambiance. It is just minutes from the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance.

We so wanted to enjoy our weekend stay in Seattle with a view of Lake Union but it is literally right under the flight path for Kenmore Air with 80 flights a day from dawn to dusk..OMG it is like a motorcycle gang.. That is one reason they have to discount the rooms. If you just need someplace to sleep... More

Thank you for sharing your review and rating of our hotel on Trip Advisor. I'm sorry to hear your stay was so affected by the Kenmore Air flights! In August while the Seafair festivities are ongoing there can be more flight noise in the entire downtown area. The Blue Angels, especially, can get very loud as they do their practice... More
