Bird poo on windows. Given room on floor with repairs going on, smelled like paint, etc. Had to complain to get different room. Needs serious updating!

Across from the street cars and a bunch of restaurants. Only a 5 min street car ride to the heart o downtown. Free breakfast was ok. Some hot food.

I stayed here for business trip. Very nice hotel in all areas accept for a limited food menu. Otherwise everything was very good. I got a great rate through hotels.ca too.

This Courtyard by Marriott is right across the street from Lake Union with great views of the lake and beyond. Watch the seaplanes land and take off from the lake constantly. Lots of great restaurants nearby and it's a short walk to Space Needle. Had a great stay here.

Small, clean room which served its purpose, but the service and the amenities of the hotel are dire. Staff allowed numerous people to push in front of us at the desk and offered little enthusiasium for the job. Restaurant attached was tired and the menu, standard.

When I checked in to this hotel, the smell of smoke was so overwhelming, I should have turned around and gone home. I had pre paid, unfortuneately.
