We (my son and I) stayed here for the Seahawks 2014 Pre-Season game. At first we were worried about the location - being so far away from Centurylink field (4 miles), but these worries were unfounded. We arrived at the hotel at 12:30 pm and our room was available, the front desk clerk was very helpful in helping us find... More

The hotel is in a very nice location, and I felt that the value was good. Right across the street from Lake Union with all of it's activities and pretty scenery. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Close enough to attractions to walk too. Running/biking path nearby. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Only one minor complaint - when... More

Came up for a Football game. The construction in the area makes getting anywhere by car a miserable experience. Took 4 lights just to get more than 3 blocks away from the hotel. Although our room was paid in full for three nights, The hotel kept charging my credit card $100 a night for $300 for amenities. WTH? We used... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our hotel on Trip Advisor. I apologize it was less excellent than you had every right to expect! The road construction in the South Lake Union area can be very frustrating! Even without construction, traffic in Seattle can be quite slow during rush-hour and before game times. We often... More

Our family stayed there last Saturday, and we were provided a room in the second floor with lake view, but besides the busy traffic street, we could not fall asleep the whole night, it was so noisy that I felt that I slept on the sidewalk, that was terrible, we checked in quite late, that was the only double beds... Very nice hotel in a great setting close to the main attractions in town. Ask for a view of the water. It adds to the ambiance. It is just minutes from the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance.

Thank you for sharing your experience at our hotel on Trip Advisor! We do love all of the great attractions and restaurants surrounding us in the South Lake Union area! With the #40 bus line just outside our front doors and the South Lake Union Streetcar an easy 5 minute walk, many of the best places to see and things... More

We so wanted to enjoy our weekend stay in Seattle with a view of Lake Union but it is literally right under the flight path for Kenmore Air with 80 flights a day from dawn to dusk..OMG it is like a motorcycle gang.. That is one reason they have to discount the rooms. If you just need someplace to sleep... More

Thank you for sharing your review and rating of our hotel on Trip Advisor. I'm sorry to hear your stay was so affected by the Kenmore Air flights! In August while the Seafair festivities are ongoing there can be more flight noise in the entire downtown area. The Blue Angels, especially, can get very loud as they do their practice... More

Almost waterfront, this 7 story Courtyard is right across from Lake Union Park and all that it has to offer - from the harbor, the seaplanes, museum, dining and walking. The hotel is just what a Courtyard has to offer but with a larger lobby and bar area than is typical. Parking underneath for $25 a day plus $5.50 tax,... More

This was our second year staying for 4 nights at the Courtyard Lake Union. We came back this year because our experience last year was great - this is a great location (get a lake view room). It is close to downtown and to the ball park! There are also some great restaurants within walking distance. This year, we had... More

EVERYTIME I go to Seattle from now on this will be where I stay! I ended up booking my 3 nights here as opposed to one of my preferred properties in the heart of downtown because they were all booked up, thanks to Microsoft. This property is a little further from the heartbeat of Seattle but it's location is pretty cool with Lake Union across the street. The staff here have been super and... More
