The hotel itself is very average. Bathroom is small and needs updating, beds are typical HI beds, but the room is clean overall. The remote control didn't work, but as soon as my husband called twice, they replaced it with a working remote. Yes, we did hear the footsteps above us for the 3 nights we stayed, but that's somewhat... More

We booked a room advertised as a special for bringing kids for cruises, which we were doing. It appears they took a regular sized room, added a wall and bunk beds. Everything was tight for space and to our surprise the bunk beds were only for kids 6 and under. Since our grandkids are 10 &13 this did not work... More

I stayed here only for one night when I was in Seattle last time. It's at a good location near the city centre. Room size is good. They do offer free wifi and free tea coffee facilities in the room. If you see the price, it's worth the value

The rooms in this hotel are clean and spacious. The staff is helpful and courteous. It is also in a convenient location, although it was somewhat tricky to get to if you are unfamiliar with the area. There are good restaurants nearby. The only two complaints I have is it was quite noisy at night if you are in a... More

Over priced, surrounded by road and building construction, difficult to pull into the entrance in our rental car (not enough front temp. parking), inconvenient garage for parking, parking fee of $15 night, luke-warm reception at front desk, uncomfortable run-in with someone who suddenly appeared near the public HI ground floor bathrooms (who apparently was a HI employee) accusing me of stealing... Stayed here overnight before cruise. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were average and in need of updating. Hotel restaurant was pricey and mediocre. Walking distance to Space Needle and lots of restaurants. Probably should have spent a few dollars more to upgrade accommodations a bit.

My sister and I stayed at this Holiday Inn for the 3rd year in a row because 1) this hotel has the best staff, 2) the hotel is in a perfect location--its centralized to the public market, the waterfront, the city bus system and (most important) the cruise ship ports, and 3) the hotel provides convenient and reasonably priced ground... We recently stayed at this property and had a very nice stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was super friendly and the room we had was very nice. We were upgraded to a suite for free which made things even better. The hotel has a little restaurant attached to it and the breakfast was good and the prices were... More
