The Camlin had good, great & ok points. Beautiful city Seattle, must get a 2 bedroom on the top floor as this has air con; if that's what you like. Waking distance to everything. Pike Street markets, local foods & jams. The hotel staff were very nice and very picturesque. The tour and local people were very welcoming. So much... More

Stayed here last September (kind of a late review) as timeshare owners. I was a little nervous to stay, with this hotel being right in the city and no on-site parking. However, as soon as we pulled up the staff was so helpful, friendly and accomodating. We were able to check into our room early and the process was easy... More

Stayed here last year (sorry for late review) as timeshare owners. Thoroughly enjoyed the week. Had a one bedroom apartment 6th floor. Great spacious, clean apartment with queen pull down murphy bed for our Canadian friends to use when they came by. Not too far from most things, as you have to be prepared to always walk everywhere in all... More

Upon arrival there was no one at the check in desk. The lobby was full of people for some time-share promotional event. There were two small children banging on the piano with their parents screaming at them. There was no place to sit down as kids were running about and bouncing on the furniture. I noted the plastic flowers on... More

Dear Friends, Thank you for your recent visit to The Camlin in Seattle. I am terribly sorry to hear that your experience was less than satisfactory. Unfortunately with the summer in full swing, our clientele shifts to families with children who come to enjoy the Seattle attractions when the weather is reasonable. I completely understand you circumstance and I only... More

Stayed here on a very hot weekend. There is no air conditioning in the rooms and I almost died. They do supply some fans and they have ceiling fans. What really bothered me was they had a sliding door so you could let air in but there was no screen! So flies and other bugs were free to fly in.... More

Dear Friends, Thank you for your visit to the Camlin in Seattle. I am very sorry that your stay was impacted by our unusually high temperatures while you were here. Unfortunately with the typical mild climate in Seattle, air conditioning was not installed. We are looking for portable options to cool the rooms so hopefully we will have them in... More

We are Wyndham owners and wanted to stay in Seattle before we left on a cruise. Wasn't sure about this place, with it being downtown and all. But we were pleasantly surprised. It is a beautiful, restored (mostly) hotel with lots of history. The staff were pleasant and easy to work with. The concierge desk gave good suggestions for places... More

I have worked hard developing the information and I love to hear feedback on the presentation. Please let me know if I can be of service to you in the... More

The biggest plus for this hotel is its location kiddy corner from the Paramount Theater, two blocks from the Convention Center and a few blocks from downtown Seattle. Staff is friendly and their is a fitness center on site. The down side are the rooms. Many have been recently updated but the one I had was drab and uninviting. In... More

Dear Friends, Thank you for your recent visit to the Camlin in Seattle. I was pleased to hear that our location was suitable for your needs and you were able to access local attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable except there was no A/C. So the room could get warm during the day but cooled off at night. Quite a bit of street noise but I guess you should expect that living in a city. Had to wear ear plugs.

Dear Friends, Thank you for your visit to the Camlin in Seattle and for the kind comments about the service you received. We certainly have seen some unusual high temperatures this summer and it is difficult to provide comfortable rooms without air conditioning. I hope it did not affect your stay too much. Overall nice property. Staff is very friendly, some genuine others not so much. Hotel is located between Pine and Olive on 9th street. We were able to walk most everywhere downtown and felt safe doing so. Check-in went pretty smooth short line, quick service. Bell hop was helpful, although he had the unfortunate job of letting us know there is... More

I'm really torn on this review. I love staying here. The Worldmark staff is always amazing. That being said, this is one of the few Worldmark properties where you get really hassled by the sales department the minute you arrive. We live in Seattle and stay here about once a year because of the great location. We stayed here last... More

Dear Jami, Thank you for your recent visit to the Camlin in Seattle.
