This hotel is situated in the University area of Seattle, it is also in some lovely grounds of its own, with a pond , lots of tees and plenty of grass, the rooms are small but comfortable, there was free wifi, a coffee machine, a small bathroom, and free parking, breakfast was included, and was a nice stroll across the... We were in town for very important and life-changing appointments at Seattle Children's Hospital. Staying at this beautiful and serene resort helped balance the stress of the trip with the peace surrounding us.

This was our second stay, and the first time we were quite pleased. For our needs this hotel in a neighborhood where we once lived was very convenient, and the facility is a little seedy but comfortable. This time we were not so pleased, however, as the thermostat in the room did not function properly, and the room temperature, on... More

Great place if you're visiting Seattle. Acres of trees, quiet and well-maintained. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff was on top of everything. And the windows open to trees and a peaceful setting.

A great place to stay, you'll be transported to an urban oasis when you enter the property. Excellent Service. The rooms are need a refresh but the environment makes up for any 70's feel. So close to UWMC, U Village, etc. a nice place to stay.

This was a quiet park like setting so close to the Seattle's Children Hospital where I could walk to as needed. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was second to none. Great place to stay. Staff very kind.

It's a nice place, pretty setting, esp the breakfast house in front of a fountain. Friendly staff, comfortable bed. We stayed there for 5 nights to attend my daughter's graduation ceremony. Location close to UW, suitable for family stay. Free guest laundry is very convenient. The down point is that the guest house needs to be upgraded or modernized.

This is situated in a nice established neighborhood. I felt safe walking around in the evening, and I was withing walking of distance of the University of Washington, restaurants, and shopping. The facility is set on about 18 acres with a beautiful pond. I got very close to a bald eagle sitting on the edge of the pond... pretty amazing.

We stayed here during UW graduation and were pleased to find a quiet haven amid the bustle of the U District. The staff were amazing! They let my daughter drop off her things before check-in since we were meeting her later. They kindly stored not just a suitcase or two, but several items she had from moving out of her... More

Talaris made it so easy to plan this event. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and responded quickly if we needed anything. The facility is not new, but is kept up well and clean. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The food for the event was fabulous! Would definitely use again!
