We just returned from a fabulous family reunion weekend at Courtyard Seattle/Pioneer Square, and a large part of the reunion success has to be the facility and staff. In searching for a hotel we had a number of criteria, including pool, gym, lounge/restaurant, and upgraded bed linens and Courtyard Seattle had it all, plus a perfect location for walking to... We stayed at the Courtyard Seattle Pioneer Square this past weekend. The hotel is very nice inside, the room was spacious enough for the 3 of us, and the location was great. The building this Courtyard is in is the Alaska Building, and it's over 100 years old. There is a marble staircase, crown molding, and some other charming details... More

We spent this past weekend at this wonderful hotel! It was two moms, two teenage daughters and a five year old. We were able to comfortably fit in a king suite. The pull out sofa is more comfortable than most as is the roll away bed option. The staff are nothing but friendly and helpful, no matter the question. Suggestions... More

This Courtyard is not like the typical Courtyard. It is in a grand old building with great character. The hotel is still modern with high ceilings and well designed rooms. Walking distance to downtown and close to the train. Don't get a car, you wont need it. The only downside is the garbage trucks can be heard in the morning... More

Thank you for your review of your recent stay with us. As you mentioned, we are a unique Courtyard since we are located in the Alaskan Building - built in 1904. And if visiting the downtown area of Seattle, a car is not needed. We hope to see you again on your next visit to Seattle! More

This was our first stop on our west coast traveling honeymoon. The staff was quite helpful and polite. Because of them we went and tried the SeaStar restaurant and that was a wonderful experience. The bartenders were all attentive and a joy to be around. The rooms were luxurious and the balconies were fun to have.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were cleaning and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is ideally located. We had breakfast in the bistro in the morning, I wasn't very impressed with the food. I would definitely stay there again.

Just spent 3 nights here on business and couldn't have been more pleased. The location (Pioneer Square) is excellent for both doing business in the city and for leisure. Lots of shopping, cafes and restaurants nearby, plus Amtrak, the light rail and the waterfront.

Stayed at this hotel for a business conference. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Nice property. I stayed in a king, facing the street, which was a little noisy during the night, as some sirens woke me up. That might be something to consider. The room had a small fridge, loveseat, desk, nice finishes in the bathroom. This hotel... More

My organization had its annual winter banquet at this hotel last month. The room is beautiful. It is on the 14th floor of a recently renovated classic building in downtown Seattle with great views of the City and Sound. It would be great for an event of 20 people or 100 (maybe more). The food was delicious, the staff was... More

We went there with a group of friends to join a bike event for a weekend. It's close to Pike Market & provides Valet parking. It's not easy to find a spot in the area for the weekend, so we decide to spend $36 something for the Valet. I had no problem in carrying my bike up my room. Room... More
