We chose this hotel for our out of town guests to stay at the weekend of our wedding. My husband and I also stayed there on our wedding night. They were very helpful and accommodating. The location was great for those visiting Seattle as it was right in Pioneer square but also close to the freeway. The rooms are well... More

Stayed a week at this hotel for business. Police sirens were so loud I could not talk on phone. I could hear every bus day and night. Hotel made check in a nightmare by accidentally cancelling my trip. Hotel had zero internet access. Then I the middle of stay lost TV access. This place is old, lousy and over priced.... More

Meeting with a client across the street. Lots of places to eat in walking distance. Arrived late and happy the Bistro was still open. Breakfast was good as well. The room is smaller than I expected, but still comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Some street noise, but that's expected when staying downtown. I will be back.

I could NOT imagine a better hotel in downtown Seattle for a wedding event! This is primarily due to the awesome staff, coordinated by Augusta ("Auggie") Symonds. Everything was perfect! My daughter and I met with Auggie in advance, and she followed through with communication to staff about our needs, including a Hospitality Suite, floral care, guest bags, really anything... More

took AMTRAK to Seattle. What a great experience. Hotel is about 6 blocks from train station but very walkable. It is clean inside, clean room, very comfortable bed. Room a little small but we were only there for one night so it wasn't a big deal to us. We were within walking distance to Pike Street Market, downtown, waterfront, ferries,... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard Seattle. The staff was so friendly and professional. We arrived early due to our flight schedule, and they were able to accommodate us and get us checked in early. The room was clean, and nicely decorated. We had a great view of the bay. I really appreciated the extra security with the... More

To get there... $3pp on the Link from SeaTac. Get off at Pioneer Square. 3rd/James St exit is the best. Hand a right and another right....it is up at the corner. Yes, that easy. Seattle is a town where a rental car is not needed but plenty of parking garages if so desired. Hotel is perfect. King bed and sofa... More

My sister and I took the Amtrak train from Portland to Seattle. The Courtyard is an easy four block walk from the train station in Seattle. We were able to check in early and the room was very comfortable. We stayed on the 8th floor and although we didn't have much of a view, we also didn't have much noise... More

Very nice hotel, and great staff. We set up a room block without any trouble, and every one of our employees didn't have anything negative to say. It is located downtown, so you do get the occasional sounds of sirens, but that is unavoidable.

We stayed here after riding the Amtrack in from Canada,so we arrived late at night. Our short time there did not allow an exploration of the property. On arrival, check-in was busy, yet we were taken care of promptly. The clerk did his job but was not particularly friendly. Our room was very small for the price. I know Seattle is... More
