Whoa couldn't believe how little you get for being a platinum elite member~nothing! No upgrades, no snacks, really small gym and a pool that was so chlorinated it burned my nose smelling it! Definitely not in a good neighborhood either. Big disappointment. The staff however were very friendly and kind!

This was my first time to Seattle. I came here for work. This hotel was in a GREAT location, as well has very good service. Some of the hotels that I go to, you have to pay for WIFI. Here as long as you are a guest, you get FREE Wifi in your room. The front desk was very helpful... More

A+ hospitality! Not only did I get my entourage of pillows when I checked in prior to a cruise, I was also able to store my luggage after my cruise, even though I wasn't staying another night. Friendly front desk staff and curb side concierge. Great downtown location near lots of shopping and restaurants. Well appointed rooms with comfortable beds.

This was my first trip to Seattle, and to start off, the proximity to CenturyLink Field was appreciated, as we could walk to the stadium without having to worry about parking and driving after the game. The room I had on the 14th floor was excellent - looking out two sides of the city and the harbor, I awoke each... More

This is a great hotel to stay at for any visit to Seattle. Located in Pioneer Square, the old historic district of Seattle, there is a lot to see and do. Great coffee shops, lots of restaurants and bars, tours of the city….and just a short walk to Downtown shopping and the wonderful Pike Place Market. You don't need a... More

This Courtyard is in a historic building in the heart of downtown Seattle. The building has been nicely renovated and I've always had very pleasant front-desk experiences. I'd highly recommend for families and business travelers. You can't go wrong with this Courtyard or the Waterfront Marriott if you are booking a trip to Seattle.

We spent this past weekend at the hotel and found the service to be excellent, the room was well appointed, clean and did not smell of cleaning fluids. The service staff was very friendly and helpful, all of which made our experience at the property very pleasant for my wife, children and I. It's generally typical of most marriott properties... This is a well run, receptive , clean facility. Easy access off of I-5 and 2nd street. Staff is very friendly and does their best to accommodate travelers needs. Numerous excellent restaurants abound in the area. No cars required as it is a true walking city. This facility is a bit limited restaurant wise as most Courtyards are but many... More

Our family stayed here for our visit to Seattle. It was a nice and central location and we were able to walk to everything, although it seemed a bit sketchy after dark. I would recommend this hotel to families and business travelers alike. The staff was very helpful.

We arrived an hour before check in and were told they had no room ready for us which was unfortunate however they were able to tag our belongings and store them for us until a room was ready while we toured around the area by foot. We were traveling with our 6 yr old son for the Blue Jays/Mariners game... More
