The hotel was a few blocks walk from the Space Needle and Chilhuly Garden and Glass Museum and many downtown Seattle restaurants and night spots. Also, close to shopping, including food if needed. Had all the usual amenities, except no fridge. We were on a 2-week driving vacation so food and fridge were important. The decor was very good and... More

This hotel isn't fancy but what are you expect from the Four Points By Sheraton. The rooms are clean and nice. Good location of the hotel. All is new and is maintained nice. Also good prices. Make sure to go to the cafe on the corner or Roy St. It's amazing!

During my many years of visiting Seattle I've stayed at a number of hotels including the Fairmont, 1000, Sheraton Downtown, Edgewater, Marriot Waterfront, Silver Cloud, Lake Union and Residence Inn Lake Union--and this Four Points Sheraton was quite a positive surprise. The hotel is located at the end of a block where some construction is going on--but I was ever... More

This hotel is highly overpriced considering it is in an industrial area across from a large auto and truck repair shop. Roads are closed due to construction all around the hotel so don't rely on gps to get there. There is a huge lot next to the hotel with heavy equipment and construction signs. We were told by hotel staff... More

Our stay at the Sheraton Four Points was great. The entire staff was personable, friendly and most informative on different places in Seattle to visit. When we first arrived, Shelby was very kind and helpful. We asked many questions about where to go, what to do, and how to get there. She was very patient and great. She was helpful... More

This hotel is a former Comfort Inn pretending to be a Sheraton and it really shows. I actually asked the gal at the front desk what hotel it used to be, and she told me it had been a Comfort Inn. When paying Sheraton prices ($300+ per night) I resent having a Comfort Inn experience. The area is an industrial... More

I stayed at this this hotel for work. The location is perfect. It's located a block from a fantastic coffee shop, Citizen (a jewel) and it's a close walk to the Space Needle. The rooms were clean, but small. I have to say one thing about this hotel and it should speak more highly than the actual review. I left... More

My husband & I went to Seattle for our Anniversary and stayed here for 1 night. Although we weren't in the hotel room a whole lot, it was a very nice stay! One of the staff members, Aaryn, had a very fun sense of humor and was very accomodating :) The location is nice because it is super close to... More

I frequently travel to Seattle and try to pick hotels in the inexpensive range. I've tried Hyatt Place, Springhill Suites and Hotel 5. All of them are better than the Four Points (and I'm a Platinum Starwood member). The most annoying is the Internet. They have this strange system that lists about 10 networks to choose from (e.g. FourPoints 2-1,... More

It probably helped that the weather was beautiful in Seattle during my entire visit, but I really enjoyed my stay! SPG platinum members will find few extra perks here, but the room was quiet and functional. The downstairs bar and restaurant wasn't crowded, service was good, food was what I needed. Front desk staff were terrific. The proximity to Seattle... More
