Booked a suite for 4 people for 3 night stay. Hotel room was clean but dated. Only had enough towels for three people. Had to phone front desk to get bedding/towels for the pull out couch. There was no in-room safe. We were going to use front desk safe but security for it is questionable. We had coffee in the... More

My husband and I, recently visited Seattle, and stays at the Nexus hotel. The room was very comfortable, and clean. The house cleaning staff was wonderful, and accommodating. Some of the employees at the front desk seemed a little preoccupied. We were wishing we would've stayed a little closer to Seattle. The drive into downtown was at least a half... More

We stayed here for two nights on our way home to California from Victoria so we could show our kids some of the sights of Seattle. The location of this place isn't the greatest, as far as being close to things, but it was fine for us. We had a double queen room and it was big and comfortable. It... More

We thought we were getting a whole kitchen but our king suite did not have a stove in its kitchenette. I was able to walk to a Target and buy the rice cooker we needed. The bed was comfortable, the toilet did not flush well although on the top floor. The breakfast was sort of skimpy, no meat or salsa... More

We booked this for a convention stay in July. I agree with other reviewers that parking is limited, but I never really had that hard of time finding parking. The breakfast was okay. Hot meal of french toast or waffles, eggs, sausage or bacon, potatoes, and the normal breakfast fair. It was a great location to get to many things... More

After dropping off a group of Boy Scouts at Camp Parsons we selected the Hotel Nexus for our first night in the Seattle area. The Hotel was a great selection. The building has gone through a complete renovation and everything looked very good. The staff was great and provided support when needed. Though the property was not in the downtown,... More

A group of six of us stayed two nights at the Nexus prior to going on an Alaskan cruise. It was much further from downtown Seattle then what I had been lead to believe, and the shuttle offerings were not as frequent as we would have liked. The hotel's staff was friendly. However, Brian from the front desk stated he... More

Service was not so good. Poor parking because of an overbooked party. Nice streamlined modern look but needs some help with the staff. Very loud night time receptionist that was more interested in her phone call than the guests.

Way too expensive for a Motel 6 level of service. Poor customer service. I had asked for no feather pillows in the room. The" trainee" clerk woman told me there were none. Wrong! The bolsters have down stuffing. We were told nothing by the trainee check in gal other than the location of the room and the hours for the... More

This old motel is just that! An old motel. Bed was comfortable, room noisy, carpet and drapes tattered. Bedspread nice and that's about it. At breakfast there was no fruit or yogurt, I asked and she said no they had run out Another guest actually offered me his (unopened). If you are OK with Motel 6 level you'll love this... More
