We stayed the first night and the last night of our Honeymoon in this hotel. The first time was pretty nice and we felt very welcomed, however, the second time was just misrable. The receptionist was rude, the bedding was not clean, a dirty face cloth lay on the side of the bath tube and when I complained, I did... more

As stated in previous reviews, the hotel is located by a huge shopping mall. Across the street is a Target, Olive Garden. Hotel shuttle bus was quick to pick up and drop off. Even if its just across the street to the mall. Shuttle will also drop you off at a bus stop to get you downtown. Bus fare $1.75.... more

This hotel is located in a great location, you are within walking distance to a very large shopping center called the Westfield Southcenter -copy the following: http://westfield.com/southcenter/ just about anything you could want in a large shopping center and there are also lots of places to eat within walking distance- including a Outback steakhouse that shares the same parking lot.... more

I booked this hotel on priceline when I bid $50 and I was very pleased. We had a two room, 1 bathroom suite. The beds were full size and not queen but they were very comfortable. Nice thick bath towels. Clean. Didn't eat at restuarant in hotel but it looked nice. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Great location. Close... more

Stayed 1 night prior to an early morning flight out of Sea-Tac. I have stayed at many Doubletree's over the years & am generally pleased with them. This one, however, does have a nit-picks I need to mention. First off, the windows in the bedrooms, at least in my room, could do w/some sound-proofing. The hotel is right off a... more

The hotel was a bit spendy, but worthe the price! The rooms were large, clean and set-up perfectly. The breakfast bar downstairs was outstanding, the staff were very helpful and the catering staff for our event at the hotel filled our every need. The parking is free and it's located in the greatest spot. There is a movie theater, tons... more

Great location and hotel room, but big problems with their billing process. My sister and I split the bill about $300.00 a piece. I asked the desk clerk about midway through our 4 night stay if we could do this. She said yes and then changed her mind after swiping my card and told me that we would have to... more

When we arrived we parked our car in front of the hotel to unload our luggage. I went inside to get a luggage cart, and saw two bellboys very busy talking to each other. They didn’t offer any assistance until we were inside. And then we refused of course. At check-in we didn’t get an upgrade for being Diamond HHonors... more

Airport shuttles available but chose to rent car. Sits behind Outback Steakhouse. Unobtrusive to the eye from street. Wide covered entryway when raining. On entering the first thing you see is a computer screen facing you at the counter with large scrolling print letting you know it is for your boarding pass printing. Very impressed with that. The icons were... more
