We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in July. Just getting caught up on the reviews of our vacation stays. This place is a gem! We loved it. This hotel is 10 minutes from the family we were visiting, and was exactly what we wanted. Clean, Clean, Clean, beautifully made up comfortable beds, little chocolates in the room, very... More

I have stayed at the Georgetown Inn quite a few times over the last few years. I have looked for better deals in Seattle and for me this is the best. They offer a good basic breakfast and don't charge for parking which can often run over $30 per night at other hotels. The rooms are always very clean and... More

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. It was even mostly quiet considering the city location. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast is convenient and delicious. Even with no car, there are several great places to eat in a short walk's time.

We recently spent 2 nights here for the first time. The owner and desk attendants were very helpful in accommodating our family's needs on short notice during a very busy weekend for the hotel. The rooms were simple, nice traditional bedding with white comforters, a real alarm clock, refrigerator, TV and very clean. The rooms even had traditional metal keys... More

Tip #1: Do not stay here if you want to access downtown and don't have car. My only complaint, granted it's a big one, about this hotel is the location. The hotel's website sells the Georgetown area as an up and coming arts district. In reality, it's a sketchy area, particularly at night, with a limited area of tourist stuff... More

Ouch! Hope you felt better after that...I have two words for you..."Google Maps"...We are 4 miles from downtown Seattle...The bus is fine to & from the airport... We just feel that for the money you save staying here it's best to cough up another $25 for a cab...BTW, which bus did you take downtown? I want in on that…Sounds like... More

Pros: Clean, comfortable, very friendly staff, 24-hour STUMPTOWN coffee, Georgetown, price, witnessed new carpet being installed, free wi-fi. Cons: It's not a problem for me, but I couldn't see someone like my mother staying in this neighbourhood. No TCM on the TV. The owner gave me an earthenware mug, emblazoned with the hotel's logo. I like it.

I am a veteran who was in Seattle for medical appointment. This hotel treats all people very good. Some of the other VA hotels are dumps in Seattle. This place is very clean. It has good beds. You can smell dope outside as there is a dope store next to it. We just kept our windows closed and it was... More

Hello and thank you for the kind words. While we are not a "VA Hotel" we are very proud of our relationship with the local VA hospital. It is always and honor and a privilege to be of service to our veterans. Thank you for staying and thank you for your service! More

This is a very old hotel in a marginal part of town. The hotel is not in great shape but is clean and the hotel staff are first rate and could be working as concierges in a big Seattle hotel. They all seem to be well trained. The hotel still uses a key for access to your room! I haven't... More

Thanks for the nice review... The Chateau Marmont and Ace hotels still use good old fashioned keys too... If it's good enough for my house it's good enough for my hotel...BTW, did you really give the Louvre, Arc De Triomphe, Eiffel Tower and the Mendenhall Glacier only 4 stars? I think it’s funny that these things have been there for... More

I just got back from a couple of nights in Seattle, and I'm so glad I stayed at the Georgetown Inn. I usually stay in an affordable Seatac hotel when visiting family in Seattle. This hotel was just as reasonably priced, and much closer to where my family lives in Seattle. The room was clean, the location convenient, and the... More

Great stay with everything attended to that we requested. Bright cheerful room with a feeling of home away from home while dealing with family issues. Pub style fun nearby when you just needed to unwind. Close enough to Pike's Market to bring home fresh salmon. We had a rental car and could get anywhere quickly via I-5. In our 4... More

Thank you for the kind words...I hope your family is well... My Mother passed after an all too brief battle with cancer recently... I say "battle" but it wasn't a fair fight. She was 82 years old and did nothing to deserve that! She lived in San Diego and I was fortunate to be able to go down there often... More
