I very much enjoy staying in this hotel. The staff is veery nice, the rooms and ammenities are great and the hotel is convenient for late night eating in a great location downtown. I was surprised parking cost extra, but it's secured in a locked garage.

It's interesting how one desk clerk can taint an experience. We arrived late to the hotel and when I asked for a quiet room the person told me that those rooms go to people who arrive earlier and gave us a room on the first floor. What a nice clean and friendly hotel. The service from the front desk to the ladies at the kitchen were great. We had several things that we needed assitance with and everyone was ready to help. Would stay here again!

Overall the experience at this Hampton meet my expectations for this chain. The staff was wonderful, the rooms great and the area good. If you drive something bigger than a luxury car be aware of the limited parking.
