Love the place! The room was spacious and affordable. Also very clean. We were on a cross country roadtrip and got into town a lot earlier then expected. I called to see the earliest we could check in and the lady on the phone was very accommodating and had the room ready for us. The service was exceptional. The neighborhood... More

This hotel is in the University district. You need to take a bus into the city centre, but there are a few to choose from and they are frequent. We were very happy with our suite- a separate decent sized bedroom, decent closet, ( lots of hangers), queen size bed. The kitchen had full fridge, stove & microwave. We had... More

This is such a find in an expensive city... there are choices, and this is a brilliant one in the U District, but close to the roads to do anything you might have planned for Seattle. This used to be an apartment, converted to a motel and so large. We ended up with two bedrooms, full kitchen, deck to have... More

We travelled to Seattle without a prior hotel booked. We had tried to book before leaving home but either the hotel was too pricey or there were no rooms available. We decided to book with this Motel as the recent reviews were rated very good. Under building parking unsecured. Hallways narrow, low lighting and the smell of staleness permeated the... More

we were looking for something low budget in a good area. this was definitely it. just blocks from the Ave, this motel had all the amenities needed for a great stay. it wasn't fancy but i liked the sense of nostalgia and realism the place had to offer. i felt like we were staying at a friend's place. and the... This is a great place to stay in campus town near the University of Washington, Seattle. As stated, these rooms are suites, with a separate bedroom, another bed in the living room area, plus a full kitchen and breakfast nook. There is free adequate parking underneath the building. While the outside of the facility may not look posh modern, the... More

Located in the University District, the University Inn was our choice for a visit to the UW with my grandson as he considers attending there. Rooms were $150 per night, but the convenience of being able to walk to the campus only a few blocks away was worth the extra cost, avoiding additional parking charges and the hassles of driving... We stayed here for 12 nights in September 2014. Location is very good and it is a nice and clean apartment hotel. There is Safeway and Walgreens nearby . The owners are nice and friendly. We felt at home in this place. Also, there are bus stops nearby for going to downtown and Northgate mall. We will definitely stay here... More

If you have the time to work out all the "kinks" in this property for an exended stay, it could work. Certainly the owner wanted with all his heart to make right by the problems that ensued. I could not get hot water to run a bath. This inspired three visits each time despite the fact that my fatigue had... More

If you want to sample Seattle apartment living, this property offers you the best option to experience it. The property is a converted apartment building and the owners live on sight. Not fancy, but clean with nearby restaurants, Walgreens and easy access public transpiration. There are many homeless people in the area who solicit donations if you walk anywhere. If... More
