While the staff were VERY friendly and cheerful and helpful, the WiFi would not work. One employee said, "We've been after management to get a new server." Then, the wake up call did not work, forcing us to take an expensive cab ride to SeaTac, instead of a Light Rail. When I confronted the staff, I was told, "Gee, sorry.... More

Everything about this hotel is reasonable but not great. The room is spacious enough but could be better; the breakfast is edible but would be far less boring if a variety of fruit were served instead of bananas and apples every single day; the location is convenient but grotty (homeless people hanging around, scruffy area). The front desk staff were... More

We arrived on July 3rd for our Alaska Cruise on the 5th. Our plane was late about an hour, and we had not eaten. The front desk checked us in and ever gave us an upgrade room. We were on the 5th floor and the window faced the Spce Needle. it ws just beautiful looking out after dark, somewhere about... More

Me and my fiancé came down to downtown Seattle for a couple days, this hotel was clean, walking distance to everything downtown, and we loved all the amenities! Pool, hot breakfast, comfy king bed and awesome fluffy pillows!! Also thank god for the AC, cause it was HOT!! The only negative thing we found was all the hidden fees in our... More

This was a great find in Seattle. The price is reasonable, the room was recently updated, well appointed, and immaculately clean. We had a great night's sleep. The front desk staff was very helpful with directions as well as calling cabs and the porter Dominic was a gem. I recommend staying here and will definitely stay again.

Centrally located..short walk to space needle...about a mile easy walk to pikes place market, short ride to cruise terminal...staff was very friendly and helpful...good breakfast options. Rooms are fine, everything was clean and comfortable...needs some maintenance and facelift in bathrooms and small details...appreciate the staff friendliness..tbey deal with a ton of cruise passengers!!

We stayed two nights and the room was pretty comfortable. The staff was actually quite helpful. They serve a decent breakfast. It is close to the Needle and a few other attractions. I'd recommend it especially if you are trying to keep the budget in check.

This was my 4th time staying here and despite one small hiccup, the hotel was up to its usual high standard. The slight hiccup occurred when we used the microwave in the room only to have all of the power in the room shut down. We called the front desk and spoke to a man and waited. After half an... More

My family and I stayed here on August 2-4, 2014. We stayed here for two nights after returning from our Alaskan cruise. Before our cruise we stayed at the Best Western Loyal Inn, but they didn't have rooms available when we returned from our cruise. We liked the area and chose to stay here, because it was close to the... More

Stayed here for 3 nights last week and could not fault the rooms and breakfast. The area was not great .. felt like we were in the middle of a building site, but it was very convenient for the Space Needle and other forms of transport. The first day we were there the reception staff happily called a taxi for... More
