Booked a room here, for an exorbitant price, through an online travel service. The room didn't exist and when we got to the motel to check in, the clerk (mini-market clerk, who checks in the motel customers) was waiting with a printout for us telling us that the place was overbooked and they did not have a room for us,... Myself and my partner booked to stay at AWA Seattle hostel on a hostel website. We arrived in Seattle after a 24 hour journey with only one bag (thanks United!) and it was very late. Therefore, finding it difficult to find this place wasn't exactly what we needed. The reason it was difficult? It's not actually called AWA Seattle Hostel!... More

The location of the B&B is excellent if you are visiting Washington University. Please note that this B&B has one common bathroom per flor. This would not be a problem if the hotel was clean; however the pillows stink and the rooms can benefit from a deep cleaning. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. They assisted us with... I wrote this email to the Manager of the College Inn on June 1st, and never heard back. Somehow, I'm not surprised: Dear sir or madam, I am writing to let you know of my disappointment with the services and amenities at the College Inn Hotel. To name but five: 1. The fan in my room was not working. 2.... More

What I liked about the Inn is that the room looked old-style, feels like an old Irish tavern which was pretty cool. I wish the bathroom is inside the room but I am okay with its common bathroom since it was clean. if you ever want to take a shower in the morning, the bathroom is freezing cold. Since the... More

We were at the U of Washington for a conference and this hotel fit both our desire to be within walking distance and within our budget. No clutter, just simple, comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was good but there were also nerby places to eat that were fun and good quality. We would definitely stay here again.

The building is about 100 years old. That's not the issue issue is here everything seems old. Room was clean enough although I found indecent odor in the bed. They have shared bathroom and toilet, which are very clean. In bathroom the shower was not working properly. Location is nice inside WSU. Diverse places to eat, lots of choices. Unless... More

This hotel had a common bathroom and no parking. Street parking was the only the option. They served breakfast in the 4th floor and there was almost no option in the breakfast. The fan in the room was also not working. Being said that it was clean.

I was staying this hotel for one night and the staff was quite nice to me. However there was only one staff working there I couldn't check in as normal, had to wait for the staff for a while. And, if you whould stay this place and have a car, you are gonna have to park at... More

The College Inn is a good deal for those who aren't looking for some romantic hotel where it's modern and cozy. It really just serves it's purpose- giving you a place to stay outside of downtown Seattle, for a reasonable price. Yes, you share a bathroom, and yes it's clean. The rooms themselves make you feel like you've stepped into... More
