Really excellent hotel. Stated for 7 days on business. The rooms are nicely decorated and the hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff on reception were really helpful. Lovely gym with lots of machines to choose from. The restaurant is good and the cafe served great coffee. Perfect location for visiting Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. Easy enough to... More

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Seattle. The location couldn't have been more convenient, you're right in the heart of downtown near restaurants and shopping. There's a light rail station two short blocks from the Hyatt which we took to and from SeaTac airport and a Seahawks game. Super convenient and super cheap, no rental car necessary. It's... More

I am usually a fan of Hyatt hotels. This one was just "so-so." It felt like a cross between a Hyatt and a Marriott Courtyard. It seems to have efficient systems to accommodate business travel, but no warmth or character -- lacking in generous hospitality. Positives: Very well located. Fairly new and clean. Courteous staff. Spacious room. Negatives: Polite, but... More

I was pretty happy to find the location of this hotel/meeting. A four day meeting can get tiresome and even the nicest of hotels can feel like a stalag (Ok, no bashing please. I am not really comparing a hotel stay to a prisoner of war camp - it is only amplified speech). Olive 8 was a good stay, not... More

I only stayed for one night at the Hyatt at Olive 8. I was in Seattle for work. Room service was excellent and prompt. The room was spacious, I got a great night's sleep, and there was Starbucks coffee in the room. More importantly, the WiFi was very fast and the desk was a spacious work area. I would definitely... This hotel is clean, and close to great restaurants and shopping. You do not need a car. We rented one at the airport and only used it once on our final day in Seattle. The hotel staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful, especially Kevin. Surprised at the very large number of homeless people in Seattle, and the commonness of... More

Loved this hotel. Clean, modern, comfortable. Could not ask for more in a place to stay. It was an easy walk to multiple hot spots including a bunch of shopping options. I was also impressed with the staff, normally I don't have any opinion on that but this hotel was exceptionally friendly.

The Hyatt at Olive 8 occupies the lower 17 floors of a 39-story building. The upper floors are high-end condos. The amenities - which are incredible - are shared with the condo residents. They include an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, a full-service spa, and an amazing fitness center (with great sexy lighting) and a classroom area for yoga, bootcamp, etc. The... More

We stayed at this hotel in Seattle for two nights in November, we traveled to Seattle for a concert at key arena and a food tour near pike place. The hotel is beautiful, service is great and they have a Pool and spa. The three of us (there was an extra charge for the third guest) stayed in a room... More

Came to Seattle during restaurant week. My spouse and I were celebrating our 6th year wedding anniversary. I called in advance to ask for a high floor a room with an view and an early check-in. I arrived about 12 noon and all my requests were granted. I also was given a 2 pm check out. Excellent service by the... More
