Stayed 5 nights at this hotel in July for a conference. The hotel staff was exceptional at the front desk. The room was spacious and offered a fridge, flat screen TV, large desk, small table and wing back chair. The beds were comfortable and clean with all white linens. Overall the hotel was a good stay, but I thought the... More

I've recommended the Olive8 to friends and family for years and I just recently stated there again. It's still kept very clean and the modern rooms continue to impress (lot's of windows, nice furniture, generous bathroom and comfy bed. I find you can just about ask the staff any question and they'll chase down an answer. Considering the many hotel... More

Selected after reading up on a lot of Seattle hotels. Did not disappoint. This is a new build which to us was important in an earthquake prone area. Also has an excellent location near the Westlake transportation and shopping hub. Our 3 days could not have been better. Room clean and well fitted out with bedding, pillows, linen all of... More

Its convenient location to many popular attractions and restaurants makes this hotel a good choice for both business and leisure travelers. It's room rates is competitive with surrounding hotels, and it has all the amenities that you would expect from a Hyatt. The staff is friendly and very professional.

I stayed at the Hyatt at Olive 8 for one night to attend a concert at the Paramount Theater, which is just around the corner so, for me, the location was excellent. I was greeted in a warm and friendly way by the parking valet, who took my car and parked it. It was there, though, that the service kind... More

This is a really nice hotel, but wow is it expensive! (That's the reason I'm docking a star) We stayed here for two nights at the tail end of our Vancouver BC-Seattle vacation. We chose it primarily for the location -- it's within walking distance of Pike Place Market, the main shopping district, and it's also close to many public... More

I wanted to love the Hyatt At Olive 8. I really really did. But they made it difficult to do so. I was here for Mozcon2014, so it was fairly full. Pros: - Staff was always very polite, welcoming and warm. - Fairly clean, nothing leading me to believe it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. Well maintained inside and out. -... More

My wife and I took an Alaskan cruise that ended on Jul 4th. We determined that we didn't wish to fly home during the holiday madness. Since the cruise ended in Seattle, we decided to stay 2 days and see Seattle (which can't be done in 2 days). The location was excellent, within reasonable walking distance of more attractions than... More

This was our first stop on our way to Hawaii. The hotel is a few blocks away from Westlake station where we got off the Light rail from SEA TAC airport. A very warm welcome when we arrived. Staff aware this was the start of our honeymoon (after we left a comment on Hotels.com when booking the hotel) and we... More
