The rooms are very comfortable with high speed internet. The bathroom is also very luxurious. The breakfast on offer is very poor for the hotel type. The best being the small coffee shop with a great guy behind the counter. You can buy coffee and pastries for a good price. The hotel cost is quite high

This is a nice hotel. Excellent location…right downtown. Green…lights need the key in switch to turn on, reminders about reusing towels. You can walk to train to the airport. Great showers. Nice bar downstairs.

I stayed here for a conference at then convention center so the location was perfect. Walking distance to the convention center, restaurants and stores. The bus station is also couple blocks away which takes you outside the downtown area. Hotel staff was helpful in answering all my questions. Room was comfortable and not too small.

This was the first of our hotel stays on our trip down the Pacific Coast Highway. The parking was a little hard to find and if you miss the entrance, you have to circle a couple of blocks to get back to the parking entrance. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is incredible nice. We were lucky enough to... More

Flew up to Seattle for a reunion with friends and the Hyatt at Olive 8 was the perfect "base camp" for us. Check in was fast and friendly, and they arranged for us all to have rooms on the same floor (so convenient!). I opted for a "corner king" room and it was wonderful: Tons of space with walls of... Myself and a few friends went down for a weekend trip to see the Seahawks game, and we chose to stay here. The hotel is in an excellent location. It is a very clean hotel, and the rooms are a great size, and very clean. The concierge gave us some great advice on where to eat and where to head... More

I stayed here for 2 nights when I ran a half marathon in Tacoma. Although it would have made better sense to stay in Tacoma, I opted for Seattle and this hotel...and I'm glad I did. The location was wonderful. Shopping and places to eat were within walking distance. The room was great, except for the non-closing shower. The space... More

We stayed here for our 2 year anniversary on 10/11/14. The hotel is contemporary and real l y clean. I told the front desk agent Janet Burley really made us feel welcome and the concierge gave us great advice. We were in a room on the 14th floor so the city view was amazing. I'm looking forward to come here... More

We stayed there while attending Comic-Con in March. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Seattle. We were able to walk to everything including Pikes Place and the convention center. The hotel is gorgeous, it seems to have been recently remodeled. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Only negative is that you need to pay for wifi.... More

This is a hotel that lives it's environmentally friendly values. Everything was designed to support sustainability without compromising comfort or cleanliness. The location was great, very walkable to all the local sights and business meetings. A nice, but unconventional, option for business travel.
