Hotel Deca is great place to stay at. The hotel is very unique and cozy place to stay!! Great and friendly staff that would go an extra mile to make you feel at home. I don't travel to Seattle often but when I do I will definitely staying at this hotel!

The Hotel Deca should be called Hotel Decay. The photos of the hotel are great. The hotel does not live up to the photos. It was fine for a 3 star hotel, but it certainly needs some updating. It is a hotel that is serious need of some updating.

We stayed at Hotel Deca Dec. 5-7, my experience was luke warm. When I made my reservation I called in and talked with someone at the hotel and was forwarded to a reservation desk, where "Carlie" proceeded to try and quote me a rate that was higher for a city level king room on floors 2-6 $40 more per night... I been coming to this hotel at least once every two months. In the last two months I have definitely noticed difference, change for better. Service is better than ever, very nice staff. Still need some improvement in the restaurant but other than that, this will continue to be hotel I choose as home away from home!

I stayed at the Deca Hotel on Dec 2nd. The hotel was nice; modern design, lots of places to relax. I was assisted by an awesome employee by the name of Bailey who, after I mentioned I was in town looking for Communication jobs, not only mentioned a job she knew about at a local college but later provided me... Nice customer service. Our room was upgraded from a lower floor to an upper floor. Weird upgrade since levels were never a qualifying factor for an "upgrade" at other hotels. Room size was ok but our beds were on the same wall as the restroom entrance. I hate that- it's like smelling the restroom every time someone uses it. Then,... More

This is definitely a boutique hotel---older building that has been renovated. Rooms are on the smaller side, including bathroom. Walls are also thin, so I could hear the neighbors talking; fortunately, neighbors went to bed at a reasonable hour. Despite these issues, room was clean, there was free Wifi, and the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Gym... More

The Hotel Deca is a beautiful place to stay, with convenient access to Seattle's University District. The staff is helpful and professional. The room was beautiful, quiet and comfortable, with a very nice view, which made our stay quite pleasant. We would definitely stay at the Hotel Deca again in the future!

I was a sad victim of lost luggage on my arrival from Akron, Ohio.(United Airlines big fail!)The front desk staff joined the search with phone action and sympathy for the two days it took to locate it. Finally delivering my bag to my room after midnight the second day. My Thanksgiving week with my daughter was saved by a helpful... More

Looking for good value on Travelocity, we ended up staying at the Deca while visiting family in Seattle. While old, it was a bit nicer than other boutique hotels that we have stayed in other cities. The staff made our stay special, they were friendly and gracious even though they were working over the Thanksgiving holiday.
