I would expect my bed to be hard at a lower scale hotel not Marriott. I'm not sure what's going on with Marriott and Hilton maybe it's just here on the West Coast. They over charge you for everything and make you sleep in beds that's harder than a rock. The neighborhood is just that a HOOD! I kept getting... More

Wow, I'm a little taken aback by this review, but I hope you'll give me a chance to explain. First off, we purchased new mattresses for all the beds within the year, so yours should have been perfectly comfortable. From your description of the room, this honestly doesn't sound like us at all -- I wish you'd spoken up in... More

The location is ideal if you are visiting without a car. We took a ferry in, and then took the #66 bus which dropped us off right across the street. Their shuttle to 3 places, Westlake Center, Seattle Center (Space Needle) and the Convention Center, leaves the hotel every hour on the hour. Be sure to make a reservation to... More

This is such a helpful review -- I can only imagine how much other travelers will appreciate knowing how the shuttle and bus system can get you to our place. Thank you so much for taking the time to share with everyone here. Hope we'll have a chance to see you again! Stay in touch. Happy holidays, Frank F., General... More

close to downtown , walking distance to everything. clean rooms , bed normal - all amenities are the typical, basic springhill suite parking is only valet and cost $22 a day. gym and pool very minimal a good place if all you need is clean basic room.

Best part was the friendly staff at the front desk and during breakfast. Breakfast was very good with great selection of hot/cold food and part of the room charge. At the border of the trendy/touristy district, but there is an hourly shuttle that will take you to Westview Center and Seattle Center which has the touristy places, ie Pike Place... More

It's great to hear the staff made you feel right at home while you were in town! From the looks of your list, it sounds like you were able to see all the big sights, too. Hope to hear from you the next time you're headed to Seattle! Take care. All the best, Frank F., General Manager More

First of all the breakfast is wonderful. The Wi-Fi works great. Suites are large, and includes a fridge and microwave. Coffee, tea and water are always available. Pleasant stuff. Valley parking is $25 per night. Not bad considering other hotels charge more. Parking is expensive but taxis are cheap. 10 min walk to the cheesecake factory :). The area seems... More

So it's a typical spring hill. Nothing special, but be careful if you try and walk anywhere once the sun goes down. The homeless population that surrounds the property have no problem striking up conversation as you hurriedly walk by. Not really worth the price of you're trying to be centrally located to the cool parts of Seattle, but it... More

It's a shame to hear you felt our neighborhood was less than ideal, Zach -- we take pride in our location and this part of our city. That said, I can understand how you might have felt uncomfortable, and I'm sorry if that put a damper on your time exploring Seattle. We don't receive many complaints like this, but I'll... More

Great downtown location - can walk to most places of interest (if not raining) Additionally, the shuttle bus is available to help your get around. The hotel is a bit older but is kept up well. The hot breakfast is a standard Spring Hill Suites fare (i.e. adequate but nothing to write a review about)

I stayed one week in this beautiful facility while attending a leadership course at the hotel. The suite on the 9th floor over looking the Space Needle was stunning! All encounters with the front desk team were positive and I think the conference room was well prepared for our session each day. There was one male server that worked the... More

We stayed at the Springhill Suites for a weekend trip to Seattle to see the city and go to a Seahawks' game. The hotel was very clean, spacious and had some great perks - great free breakfast option, coffee/drinks available throughout the hotel, nice lobby. The staff were also very accommodating and helpful. The front desk attendant suggested we hire... More

Recently stayed here while traveling on business. Decent location just off the freeway with minimal highway noise. Convenient to many areas of Seattle. Rooms are spacey and lobby is nice. Service was as desired so if looking for a quality stay in a quality location this is a good option.
