The four seasons in Seattle is one of the best hotels in the city. The location is in the heart of downtown Seattle by pike place market and walking distance form the pier. You really get to experience what its like to live as a "Seattlelite." Not only is the location perfect but the service is excellent. I did not... More

Imagine; you have just got off a long haul overnight flight. You are jet lagged and your luggage seems so heavy. You get to the doors of the Four Seasons and the doormen greet you with huge smiles, whip your luggage away and get you to Reception. You are again greeted by friendly smiles and a real welcome. Can this... More

We last stayed at the Four Seasons Seattle five years ago, shortly after it opened. It was good then, now it is really good. The property is luxurious and modern and the rooms are a good size for a city hotel. The mirrors in the bathrooms have TV built into them - the first time I had come across this... More

Wonderful hotel. Location is excellent. Pool area small but has an incredible view. Views from room overlooking the Sound are beautiful. Best part of the stay was the extraordinary staff. Was traveling with my 11 year old and they made him feel like the most special visitor ever. Loved this place, would go back in a heartbeat.

This hotel far surpassed my expectations - the location, the food but most of all the customer service. We were expecting an upgrade (as promised by our travel service) but the hotel was sold out on our day of check-in . . . the front desk staff did manage to give us an ocean view room on our last two... I love the Four Seasons, it's brand, and everything it stands for. But I felt this Four Seasons would be a drummed down version of what I typically feel of their hotel. I am a seasoned traveler, Platinum member for life with Marriott Hotels and a Diamond traveler with Hilton. First the positives: - Great location, in downtown Seattle. Across... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment about your stay. I appreciate your kind remarks about the service, location, food quality and the gym. I am sorry that the Seattle Steam Plant impeded your view of beautiful Elliot Bay. You certainly should not have had the delayed experience in ART restaurant- I sincerely apologize. I do hope... It is a top notch hotel that I have been visiting annually for the past 4 years. I have two things to mention from my previous review to even make this hotel more spectacular: 1. They need to install DOOR QUIETERS/STOPPERS on the guest room doors or at least on the MAID QUARTER'S DOORS. The reason? Every morning at 8AM,... More

Thank you so much for staying with us every year. I am so sorry you were disturbed by our employees in the morning. Thank you so much for brining it to our attention. You should be able to relax in your guest room and certainly not be inconvenienced- I apologize. In regard to the conversation with our Lounge employee, I... More

This place is expensive as all get out, but the staff live up to it. As an old restaurant guy, I appreciate the work and commitment that goes into this work. From the breakfast crew at the Art Restaurant off the lobby, to the concierge(s) and the valet folks this is a great crew.

One of the best hotels we stayed in. The amenities, service, food and everything else are top natch at this hotel. They certainly live up to their reputation. We got upgraded to the bay view suite at check in, and it was amazing. Spacious bathroom, modern decorations, great bed and very good (but expensive) sugar cookies (order them from the... More

The Four Seasons is centrally located in downtown Seattle. within a block of Pike Place Market, attractions and many restaurants. In my mind, this is the best-located hotel in Seattle. We were close enough to the action at the Market but in a quiet location near the waterfront. Easy walk to the ferries, aquarium, other attractions, shopping, the monorail station,... More
