Concierge staff was very helpful with daily plans, arranging restaurant reservations and daily excursions including a day trip to Mt. Rainier. Guest room was spacious and well appointed, plenty of room for a family of four. We would have appreciated some additional seating in the room for comfort.

My spa experience was just as wonderful as everything else about this hotel. The staff was friendly and the treatments were some of the best I've had. I had an 80 minute relaxing massage from Navdeep and it was exceptionally good. The atmosphere was tranquil, he is obviously well-trained and very professional. My men's facial afterward was equally satisfying and... More

Thank you so much for kind comments about the hotel and the spa. I will happily share your experience with Navdeep. He will be thrilled that you enjoyed your treatment so much. I hope to welcome you back to both the hotel and the spa in the very near future. Warm regards, Ilse More

Outstanding Hotel-in the heart of downtown Seattle. Staff, Service, Hotel Room were excellent. Right near Pike Place Market and all the great restaurants, with beautiful Bay views. Can't wait to come back!

Classy room design with amazing bed and bathroom. Unprecedented and welcoming staff. I would stay again in a heartbeat if I had the chance. You are in the perfect spot for exploring, with magnificent views.

This is my second stay at the Four Seasons and I was trying to decide between this and another property downtown because my husband and I would be traveling with our teenage son and I knew that the FS Double rooms have only true double beds in them. Having a King at home, it's not a super comfortable night sharing... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a detailed review of your stay. I so appreciate your kind comments about check in and the house car driver. I sincerely apologize for the service failures your experienced. Your request for an additional rollaway and items in your room are simple ones and I am extremely sorry that... More

This is a really beautiful hotel - the rooms are new, bright, comfy and spacious, and the staff is very attentive. The spa is absolutely amazing - I would definitely plan to spend a couple of hours there. The gym is also really great with brand new equipment, refreshments and daily papers. I stayed here for just one night and... More

I do miss the grand old Olympic, but I am a Four Seasons Junkie, so here I am. I appreciate the properties support of local artist's and commend them on their purchases. I wish more hotels would do this. Great location and staff.

We were treated like royalty from every member of the hotel's friendly & helpful staff. They even provided four days of beautiful, sunny weather. The location is perfect for walking to the art museum (next door) or the fish market (a few easy blocks). Excellent restaurants (recommended by the hotel's concierge) all within an easy walk.

Save for not knowing about the restaurant renovations until after room reservations were made (there's no reason why the web site can't flag that...), this is always my favorite hotel in Seattle. Staff (especially doormen and bell staff) always recognize their frequent guests, and property is perfectly located.

Complimentary coffee and tea available both in the lobby and pool and exercise room. Noise insulation were excellent. TV monitor in vanity mirror, Steps away from Pike Street and Public Market. Hotel has a complementary car service to Seattle's Space Needle area. Driver even offered a bottle water if we needed.
