I'm not sure what impressed me most about The Paramount: the excellent service or the perfectly appointed rooms. The hotel was just across from the convention center, where I was attending a conference. Staying at the Paramount transformed what would've been a boring conference experience into a romantic getaway. The front desk staff had initially been unhelpful to us, but... More

This is a really nice, clean hotel with a great location in downtown Seattle. It is very close to many things. All the staff were very nice and helpful. My only complaint was that the valet parking was $32 per day.

The staff here was excellent and gave us attention before our stay to ensure a perfect evening. The bed was lovely and the proximity to the shop was perfect for a rainy winter night. I will highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay again.

The location is downtown Seattle. It is walking distance to many sites and shopping. The room was clean, comfortable and roomy. The best part of the hotel is the staff. They knew who we were for the whole 6 days we stayed. From the front desk to the concierge, they could not have been more helpful or nicer. This hotel... More

This hotel is located only a few blocks from Pikes Place Market and it is right in the midst of Seattle's downtown Nordstrom & Tiffany's. Our room was nice and was quiet even though it faced the street. The bathroom was incredibly small and they offer shampoo & soap products dispensed from bottles anchored on the bath wall. This was... Standard room, was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee served in reception in the morning and water in the afternoon. We used the valet parking with no issue. Pike market, space needle etc a 20 min walk

As a former Sheraton devotee( have had my fill of their inhospitality, downright rudeness, and ridiculous prices) I've been trying to find a place downtown with a good location, clean, quiet and comfortable. I think I found it here. Great location and comfortable. Friendliest staff around. Doesn't have as many amenities as a resort style hotel but doesnt cost as much... More

Stayed one night for business. Front desk staff were very helpful, room was comfortable and well appointed, and room service was speedy, tasty and cheap. (Seriously, when was the last time you ordered a full room service breakfast for less than $30?) Would definitely stay here again and will definitely recommend it to friends. Location seemed great, but I was... More

The hotel is perfectly located at walking distance to Pike place, Westlake station and lots of shopping malls. You can take the monorail to go to Space Needle or just walk a little bit. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. We arrived early on the check-in day and our room was not ready, but they called us as... More

There is a reason. Seth the manager is without doubt one of the kindest people you will encounter. He demonstrates the highest customer service standards and his staff mirror those standards. Tom the head concierge, knows Seattle like the back of his hands and is willing to share that knowledge and tips to give you a fun Seattle experience. My... More
