We stayed here en route to picking up a cruise. Lovely hotel in great location for visiting nearby attractions. Staff were exceedingly helpful and attached restaurant was both good value and quality. Friends in room 205 had to move due to plumbing noise but no issues. Would stay here anytime.

This was a clean hotel in an excellent location in downtown Seattle. It was within walking distance of the monorail and bus/train, as well as fantastic shopping...Nordstrom was right around the corner. There are a lot of restaurants nearby too, including the Cheesecake Factory. The room was clean, but lacked in any real wow-factor, especially for $340 per night; there... More

This hotel is a find for Seattle visitors. it is in in the heart of downtown and thus walkable to a variety of restaurants and venues, including theaters, convention center and waterfront ( walking shoes REQUIRED ). the rooms are extremely comfortable and quiet. Not really a good view from the fifth floor, and had I known I would have... More

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights prior to our flight home after a trip to Washington and Oregon. We were on the 9th floor and although we didn't have a view I had asked for a quiet room therefore we weren't facing the street. Room and bed comfortable. Large bottles of pump dispensing shower gel which I don't use... More

hotel is a bit run down, and are missing a good gym. However the location is good, right downtown and the service on the hotel was good, the hotels Resturant was good and can be recommended even if not staying on the hotel.

Perfect choice for us. Upscale clean room, very quiet, clean bathroom, good water pressure. Only two blocks from the train station and the monorail to Seattle Center. Very close to shopping and a lot of good restaurants. The staff was helpful when we asked, but never bothered us. Cleaning staff did a great job and we never saw them! Everything... More

Good location in downtown. Helpful, efficient staff. Rooms are good, bathrooms showing their age. Bath towels very scratchy. Disliked having pump dispenser soap, shampoo and conditioner. Bath amenities are spartan. Biggest issue we had were the horrible smells coming from the hotel's restaurant (Dragonfish Cafe). The odor of the restaurants kitchen exhaust was quite noticeable both inside the corridors, elevators... More

In an area where hotels are way over priced and over rated, this hotel is a breath of fresh air. It has an old time charm to it but has been updated where it counts. Close enough to the action of downtown Seattle to be able to walk (or a $4-5 fare) yet far enough away to feel safe. They... More

I was pleasantly surprised to find a charming hotel midst high rise downtown. It lives up to its name. Courteous staff, central location in the downtown, various eating option in the vicinity makes it a worthy choice. We stayed in the Executive King Room. Rooms - Spacious, great comfortable bed. Bathroom - Always kept clean & was spacious { bath... More

I stayed two nights and I just loved every second of it! It was easy to find, I took the Link Light Rail from the airport to the downtown Westlake Station, then walked literally a block up Pine Street to the hotel. I was impressed with the luxe look and feel of the hotel, and the sweet, helpful staff, in... More
