Took a great deal of time searching for a good hotel in the Seattle downtown area. When we came upon the reviews for the Alexis Hotel, we where definitely excited to stay there. From check-in to check out, we loved our stay. We definitely enjoyed the Authors Suite. There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance, though check out... More

Good location, walking distance from the Waterfront area and easily accessible. Rooms are large, specially the ones stuffed with a kitchen area, so it is comfortable for a family trip. Staff was very attentive and willing to help in any way.

Alexis was rated high on several sites and for the price we were deciding between there and the Four Seasons. Both are about a block from each other and a street up from the water in Downtown Seattle. Alexis doesn't have a pool, we didn't miss that as much except for one day in Seattle where it would have been... More

I recently stayed at this hotel due to the great reviews I read on TA. The hotel is centrally located to all the tourist destinations. The decor is modern, the hotel is very well maintained, clean and the rooms are spacious.. What sets this hotel above the others is the super friendly staff, especially Victoria, Kat H., Doug, Jen and... More

Why thank you! We appreciate when guests take the time to write reviews for us. And it looks like between the hotel and the restaurant, we had a few team members that stood out to you. How wonderful! Thank you for letting us know who they were; they will be very pleased to read this! I’m sorry to hear about... More

The location of the hotel is ideal for visiting Seattle, close to the Pike Market, one of the main attraction of the city and walking distance from the center where high class shopping can be found. It is also close to the ferries going to British Colombia : Victoria and Vancouver. Seafood is the main restaurants' themes and in most... More

This is a comfortable, quiet hotel very convenient to Pike's Market, the ferry landings, and other tourist stops. It was an easy four block walk to Pike's Market and two blocks to the waterfront. My room was very quiet -- there was no noise from adjacent rooms or from adjacent floors (I was on the second floor). The room had... More

Thank you MenloMichael for sharing your stay with us! I’m happy to hear that you had a comfortable stay with us. You described our amenities perfectly! I know our parking is on the higher end of downtown hotels, but we do offer parking discounts when booking certain rates. It’s always something worth looking into! We like to make sure our... More

Not sure why the rate was so high when we stayed here (close to $400/night for a basic room) but I believe it usually costs less. The staff is attentive and the hotel is in a good location - close to the art museum, Pike's Place, etc. The hotel is very close to an affordable train that takes you to... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Summer time can be a very busy season for Seattle, and unfortunately we have to keep up with the demand of the city. Usually ever summer we have higher rates due to the high demand of hotels in the downtown area. I am happy to see that our... More

Upon learning I would be attending a conference in Seattle, I decided to visit over the weekend before the conference and wanted to stay at a top-notch hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle. After doing some research I decided on the Alexis Hotel. Rated very highly on TripAdvisor, I had very high expectations for my stay. Unfortunately, as is... More
