We weren't informed that there was no AC until we arrived and had already paid for the room. The front desk tried to reassure us that the rooms cool down at night. That was a complete lie. It was hot as hell! On top of that the parking was a distance across the street and the towels were dirty. All... More

Spent 3 nights In this fantastic place. We visited the beginning of May, so the fact that the rooms don't have A/C wasn't a problem. Once arriving in Seattle we took the light rail train to Westlake where we were able to walk to our hotel. Checking in was quick and easy.We Walked everywhere from our Hotel. We walked about... Let's start with The Good: Friendly staff, Wi-Fi, convenient location, bike rentals, umbrella rentals, tote bag rentals, kitchenette in room. I think that's it. Oh, there are computers in the lobby. The Bad: NO AIR CONDITIONING. This made my stay horrible. Apparently, we went when the weather is "unusual." Whatever, it still sucked even with both of the fans on.... More

Very nice hotel central to downtoen Seattle. Clean 3* place. Has everything you would want except dining. However there is a breakfast place next door to go to. The rooms are big and clean, but they do not have air conditioning. Not needed as each room has two fans and it didn't get overly hot while we were there. They... More

While the hotel staff is friendly and the location is near everything, I am BEYOND disappointed that the hotel as well as Expedia were not transparent about there not being air conditioning. I suffer from allergies and insomnia and need air conditioning to in order to sleep. While the website lists the amount of amenities is does have, it does... More

Stayed in the Belltown inn for three days before joining a cruise. Staff were very friendly and knowledgable about local amenities. Close to all attractions. Room clean with small kitchen and fridge, good for keeping beer cool. Loads of restaurants and bars close by, check out Buckleys and Belltown Pub, both good for food and drinks. Would have been a... We stayed one night while passing through from Vancouver to catch a flight. We arrived at the Westlake station and walked to the hotel. We checked out bikes and rode into the city center and had lunch. We rode the bike path along the water, which was beautiful! The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable, with a... I am only giving this an average review because the staff was great. Had a ground level room with a window facing an alley. Very noisy, no AC and even though there were bars on the windows, we were not comfortable sleeping with the window open at night. I did not receive a parking pass and was left to find... More

I loved the warmest welcome ever ! Very central and conve ient to reach anywhere to Seattle. The room are perfect (though no AC) and nice touches with free drinks and popcorn. Avoid rooms by the road, a bit loud !

Small, clean rooms - no AC. Friendly staff. I was very satisfied - would have been a 4 or even a 5. And then I got a call few hours after I left saying "you didn't leave your parking pass - please come back and return it to us, or we'll charge you.". We're talking about a plasticized bit of...
