We stayed here one night our room had no ac it was hot and stuffy...they did have a fan but that did not help much... Then all night there was bus noise( might depend on which room u have) ...which might not be bad if the windows would be shut but it was too hot to have them closed...I would... More

The hotel is in a great location for walking to most downtown attractions, even the ballparks. However, the dingy carpet, horrendous elevator situation, lack of AC (causing our room to have an open window facing a street that is loud and busy with people yelling/fighting ALL NIGHT 3 nights), and impossible parking (you have to fend for yourself with street... We stayed one night only, Aug 23rd (a Saturday), arriving late in the evening. First off, the positives: the hotel seemed nice and the room and bathroom was very clean. The staff was friendly, and the free bottled water was an unexpected and appreciated surprise. On the down side, there is no AC, which can be bad if it's hot... More

Never in a million years would I think to look to see if a newish hotel had air conditioning. Therefore we were very surprised to find the hotel was not especially since it was 90+ degrees outside. Our only small window looked out onto a small courtyard which provided no air flow. Plus, since everyone had their windows open for... More

NO A/C!!! It was a shame that this hotel had no air conditioning because it really ruined our time at this hotel. The staff was really great and had a lot of local knowledge. By far the staff is what keeps this place going. The rooms were well kept and maintained. Unfortunately we stayed in August and you HAVE to... More

My wife and I snuck away for a mid week escape and found the Belltown Inn almost perfect for our visit to Seattle. It is an easy walk to the Space Needle, EMP, Pikes Place etc.... The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is excellent. The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning - although its probably... More

The good: The location was pretty convenient, walking distance from downtown and from the space needle area. Staff was very kind and helpful. Not so good: No Aircon, on 5th floor was like a sauna in August, day & night. Water pressure apalling. Single elevator pretty was pretty slow. Internet was slow and disconnecting a lot. Price was pretty expensive.... More

My husband and I went down to Seattle for a Seahawks game and when searching for hotels in the area I was quite surprised at how expensive it was to stay in Seattle! The Belltown Inn came up in my searches with one of the better prices, and with good reviews. It was easy to find and to access, although... More

Nothing special about the hotel. 3.5/5 overall because they let us check in at 10am. It was rather small and the bed wasn't as comfy as I expected it to be. You're basically paying for location. There is no free wifi, parking or breakfast.

Fantastic location and great affordability is what drew me in, and then I was surprised and pleased to find that I love this place! It was so clean! The staff are delightful and helpful. The furnishings are more beautifully appointed than I expected. Unlike many hotels, I found working at the desk to be very comfortable and lighting was good.... More
