Right outside of our window was busy Seattle. We came in August and there was no AC so we had to open our windows and bring Seattle in with us. I didn't care so much as I am from the area and know how Seattle can get. My husband did not like the two bum fights that occurred outside of... More

Located on the corner of 3rd and Bell, The Belltown Inn is a welcoming place a few blocks from downtown Seattle and right on the major bus line. It is within easy strolling to places that you may want to visit or hop on the bus. If you don’t want to take the bus or taxi ask for one of... More

This isn't a fancy hotel, but with so much stuff to do within walking distance, you will only be here to sleep. It's a bit noisy if you leave your window open at night, but that's the price you pay for being in the middle of a happening district. At least windows are high quality and block out all the... The Belltown Inn is located on 3rd Ave. & Bell. The hotel itself has an old charm to it. It does not have A/C and because it was a warm night, we open the sliding glass door to let the breeze in. Luckily we were on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately, we heard every car, bus, animal and person that made... More

Got a great price, great location. Downside was no secured parking. I had to park my car outside across the street! At night I could hear a loud fan, and the person walking upstairs. I had to leave my room in order to get Wifi....complained to the front desk and they took off my parking.

The hotel has perfect location for sightseeing, with all major points in a walking distance. There are also many restaurants around. The room was not very big, but comfortable for a short stay. There is no airco, which can be disturbing during a hot summer. There is quite some noise from the street. The hotel has a good atmosphere and... More

Have stayed @ this little Belltown Inn twice only, but each time the stay was enjoyable; front desk staff accommodating; room roomy and spotless; location central to anything you'd want..transit, atrtractions, cruise piers. In short, ideal, and when next in Seattle, it's the first place I'll call for accommodation.

I was VERY disappointed with this INN. The rooms were Very Small. The beds were Comfortable. Worst of all Seattle is going through Record High Temps and this Inn has NO Air Conditioning. Just a Very small Fan. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room cost $300/night.

I traveled with my wife and six year old child and stayed for only one night. There is much to like about this hotel. Belltown is a neighborhood with an abundance of choices for dining, drinking, or coffee all within easy walking distance (half mile or less). The hotel is well maintained and spacious. The Belltown Inn cost less than... More

We pre-paid for 4 nights at this hotel because of its convenient location and online listing of being 'recently remodeled'. When we arrived, the place showed evidence of a clean (although a bit spartan) remodel. Unfortunately what DIDN'T get mentioned in the online listing (at least then) was the rooms are SMALL and there is NO AIR CONDITIONING! (Just one... More
