Nice clean hotel, a little noisy with street sound, staff is attentive and friendly, near many shops and bars and restaurants. I will not be back however due to too many dogs, I enjoy my common areas and furniture without the pleasure of having a dogs butt on it prior to me and yes barking dogs, please don't say they... We recently spent a night at the Belltown Inn on a Seahawks game weekend. While it seems every hotel in town raised their rates, the Belltown Inn's rates were very reasonable. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint is the ambulances going past the hotel to a nearby hospital all hours of the... More

This is by far the best place to stay on a budget in Seattle. Very affordable, close to downtown, the International District and Capital Hill to name a few. Rooms are spacious and clean, there's a dog park right across the street and bus stops to get you anywhere in Seattle within a five minute walk. The decor is a... More

A phenomenal value for the location. My earliest memories of this hotel of are riding the bus past it daily a decade ago: kinda fleabag and a creepy park across the street. SO MUCH BETTER NOW! The park is a happenin' dog park, the *street* out front is practically a park, and the property is clean, updated, and comfortable. (Our... More

Great value, great location, comfy bed, very clean rooms and a friendly staff. The parking is decently priced for hotel guests (20 bucks a day!) We would def stay there again... Other reviews said the rooms were really hot.... we didn't have that experience. But I think the hotel got the message... there was a fan ready and available right... More

It's a cute little place to stay, staff is friendly and the rooms are clean with nice beds - but be prepared to pay hourly rates for street parking. They don't have any dedicated hotel parking. It's free on the street after eight pm - but good luck finding a spot nearby after about seven. Drove around a radius of... More

The hotel is in a great area and very close to most attractions. Tons of restaurants, close to to the ocean, buses, Macy's and Pike Street Market. The staff are very helpful and friendly and especially Ryan, great guy ! Place looks like it has been recently painted and upgraded and is very clean. Rates were great and will definitely... More

The staff at Belltown Inn was very friendly and able to give us a lot of information of nearby attractions and more local things to do. The rooms were clean and neat with complementary coffee, soft drinks, water and popcorn. The bathroom was clean and neat. Overall great value of money especially with its location in Seattle. Our room was... More

I have chosen this hotel for a business group visit and I never regretted my choice - the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and ready to help with any request you might possibly have. Their patience definitely deserves a lot of compliments and adds to the value of the hotel. The rooms are small but clean and have everything... More

I stayed at the Belltown Inn last week and it was marvelous. It is a small hotel with small rooms that have loads of character and ooze cleanliness. Rooms come with HD TV, micro, fridge, paper in the lobby, business center in the library and very pleasant, helpful staff. Located between 2nd and 3rd Sts, it is a haven for... More
