I got in to Seattle in the middle of the night just because I could not get the flight times I wanted. The front desk person was great. He totally greeted me and I asked if I could just hang out in the lobby and he said sure! I did eventually fall asleep and he graciously a few hours later... More

The staff could not have been better. From the manager, Kevin Scott, to the housekeepers, service was stellar. Yes, the rooms and elevators are small, but what do you expect in a vintage building? The rooms are beautifully decorated and oh so comfortable. The linens are top quality and I am going to have to find out where I can... More

The staff could not have been nicer and the location was great. They deserve a good rating based on this alone. But I am not young and the style of this place is indie and dark...very much like a W hotel for comparison. Rooms pleasant but small. Refridge too full of mini bar stuff to use and given that I... My husband and I just laughed when we opened the door and saw our room. We have stayed in boutique hotels in big cities all over the US and Europe and have never, ever stayed in a room this size. This isn't efficient; this is screw-the-customer small. I could only iron when my husband was in the bathroom. There wasn't... More

Great hotel, really nice staff, very clean, perfect location, and within walking distance. Would stay again. Room was very nice size, bathroom is small, but who needs a large one on vacation. We took a taxi from airport since we had luggage for a cruise.

The hotel is trendy and nicely decorated (modern minimalist style); the location is great, we were able to walk to Pike's Place Market in just 10 minutes. The hotel has valet parking but it is cheaper to park at the self-service parking lot across the street (about $28/night). Staff was very friendly. The room is a little small but comfortable... More

Max is a trendy boutique hotel in a great location with one massive drawback - incredibly noisy rooms. There is literally no sound insulation on the street side rooms so expect to be woken at about 5 by loud traffic or earlier if anything happens outside. The beds are comfortable though.

We had an overnight stay before embarking on a cruise so had limited time to visit so the location of the hotel was fab. We arrived late at night as flight was delayed. Luckily we caught the last Lightrail ride from Seatac airport @ 23.05hrs @ cost of $2.75 each. This was well sign posted in the airport 10-15 min... More

This hotel is so fun! They serve you beer in the lobby daily plus they gave us bottles of beer since we were on our honeymoon. The room was small but they utilized the space well. The bed was comfy and all of the employees working there were fantastic. The location makes this place that much more worth it. We... More
