I stayed here for a business trip and it was excellent - a little presumptuous but great nonetheless. Fruit water in the sparse lobby, have to have your card to use the elevator and the rooms were quite wonderful. I was a little annoyed with the bathroom because there wasn't really any space to put things out to get ready.... More

You couldn't wish for a better location than the one Hotel Max has in Seattle. We were able to walk just about everywhere in the greater downtown area. Our room was small but very comfortable. The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful. Several individuals including Melissa (mentioned by others), went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel... More

Unfortunately, I only stayed here for one night, but it was a great hotel! The staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and the "noise" was not an issue. I was concerned after reading other reviews. If you are in Seattle and looking for a great room, make sure to add this hotel to... More

We booked 2 rooms for 8 girls for our weekend getaway. The location is convenient, easily accessible, and close to most popular attractions. It's off the "main" road near shopping and Pikes Place Market but close enough (just one block over) where you can still walk to it all in about 5 minutes. Our rooms were just the right size... More

Good beds, clean room, good service and not to expensive. In walking distance og Pike Place market and most other spots in downtown. We were 4 friends stayin in a 2 queen sized bedroom and had no space problems. The hotel has a street art kinda feel and the gym is clean and stocked with water and energybars.

Just came back from Seattle. I picked this hotel based on other TripAdvisor reviews. I was solo and had a queen room. Others might think it was small, but I found it to be perfect. The staff was wonderful. I prefer to find smaller boutique hotels rather than large chains for a more unique experience, and this was certainly was... More

Exceptional service, very clean, great location central to everything, superb customer service, awesome free beer hour. I would most certainly stay again. Restrooms are small but functional. We were accommodated immediately upon arrival and greeted each and every time we arrived/left. Hotel staff were friendly and curteous.

We stayed at the Hotel Max for three nights during our visit to Seattle. This hotel has a very trendy, European feel and the hallways, doors, and rooms are nicely decorated. The front desk staff was very helpful with questions, providing us with extra pillows, etc. The location of the hotel is excellent, only a few blocks away from Westlake... More

Only one word to describe Hotel Max – quirky. We stayed only for one night and didn’t try the restaurant or have breakfast at the hotel so this review is limited to the check-in and check-out experience together with a description of the room and general ambience of the facility. Check-in was delayed by two hours which was an irritant... More

We booked directly through the hotel (with a twitter discount) and requested a room on the Sub Pop floor, and Hotel Max delivered. We were welcomed into our room with a handwritten note, sunglasses, souvenir bottle opener, and free 45s (including Nirvana, much to our teen's delight). Rooms are tight, as in many cities, but clean, comfortable, and stylish. Happy... More
