A BIG THANK YOU to Katie in the Sales Dept for fantastic service. Katie was extremely helpful, fast (even with a 3-hour time difference), friendly and efficient. I didn't stay at the hotel but organized a group of staff and clients from across the country. I work with lots hotels each year and this ranks as one of the best... More

Ok... you are in Seattle already.. so why make the hotel interior also dark and gloomy? Purple and the lights were so dark I couldn't see my feet. Also... there were too many hookers at the bar and they didn't seem to care. Room was large and clean no complaints there but nothing special either.

We travel with two small children and tend to book a room with two queen beds. The room we had this weekend had the SMALLEST beds in the history of a room with two beds. We ended up moving the children to the couch/window seat and each one of the adults took one of the beds. Just be aware--you cannot... More

Stayed at the W for business. The lobby was dark and the music was irritating. And I'm not saying that because I am lame… everyone checking in seemed irritated by the music as well. And look, you know what you are going to get when you are staying at a W… but this felt more depressing than welcoming. It's very... More

average room, expected more from the W brand. I have only stayed at one W property but I was spoiled with that apparently as this did not live up to the standards of a typical W. This was a little older dated property but nonetheless very clean. Would recommend unless you want to shell out the big bucks and try... More

This was my first stay at a W, and I was expecting something a little more current, high-tech, and edgy. It was basically a regular old hotel with slightly more modern furniture and a few (maybe two) edgy touches. So, it was fine overall, but nothing that I'm rushing back to. Complaints: -Lighting is WAY too dim everywhere, especially the... More

What kind of hotel has NO coffee pot in the room, but DOES provide a "Pleasure Kit" ($10) along with the snacks, just in case you "get lucky"? If this sounds appealing, then go for it, but frankly, the W has worked itself into a very limited target audience, as far as we could tell. We arrived on a Saturday... More

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your recent experience. We do understand that the style of our brand is perhaps not to everyone's liking. So we apologize that the overall style and ambience of the hotel was not what you expected. While we do not have coffee makers in the guest rooms we do offer complimentary coffee in our... More

Stayed at this hotel for business. Terrific location in Downtown Seattle, about a 5-10 minute walk to Pike Place/Fish Market. Although the service and lobby bar were terrific, we walked in to the hotel on a Thursday evening to check-in with a DJ playing very loud music and a near-70s strange disco-noir background. Very trying-to-be-a-strange-Austin-Powers-pad, for lack of better description.... More

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are happy to hear that the location suited your needs and that you enjoyed the service. We appreciate your input on the ambience of the Living Room. We do feature DJs Wednesdays through Saturdays and the vibe is certainly much more energetic on those days, something the W Brand in general is known... More

My husband thought I was crazy for thinking we were at a hotel. If you enter from 4th ave it looks like a lounge. We had to ask how to get to the front desk. It a bit if a strange place. A guy who got in the elevator with us looked lost and confused and asked us is this... More
