, Location was great, there is construction all around they didn't work at night. Started around 7am which is the time we get up anyway. The girl at the front desk Mary was lovely and answered any questions I had. I knew the ? continental breakkie was not much from the reviews on TA. But the Five Points Cafe is... More

Hotel directly in the middle of the largest construction zone in the city. When we called for help locating the hotel, the staff did not/could not speak good english and was absolutely NOT helpful with directions in a city HE LIVES WITHIN! We drove around in circles for 48 minutes looking for a way into the hotel. Upon arrival, the... More

We chose this hotel because they claimed to be pet friendly, and we had a little 5 lb dog coming with us. However besides it being way overpriced for one night, they charged $20 for parking, which by the way we had no choice due to construction on all sides of hotel that they failed to tell us about. So... More

Yes it was close to everything we wanted to do. When we booked the hotel it said they had a pool, which upon checking in they said it hadn't been functional in years. We booked a queen but walking into our room and found a "full size" it was more like a twin. Luckily they were able to switch us... More

Besides the horrible conditions and ridiculously over priced room, we were greeted by the manager as we were leaving the room at checkout time telling us to "get the____ out and that he wouldn't ____ my wife because she was too ugly!" Customer service at its finest! Our list of complaints are too long to relate. This place should be... More

Except the location nothing else was good about this hotel. Very untidy, dirty, run down and not at all worth the price. Don't get carried away by the continental breakfast, bagels and muffins?? Even the attitude of the owner was bad, called for a problem in the bathroom and even before looking at it he starts defending and gives a... More

Sure, I read the reviews that people wrote before we booked a room.....but I thought, some people just expect too much. I was wrong, I admit it, it definately IS as bad as people say. Oh of course this place will always have a lot of guests because it is so close to Seattle Center (about 2-1/2 blocks). The SPH... More

Wasn't expecting the disrepair of this hotel.. Bathroom had broken and mix match tiles, looked like they replace some of the flooring with what ever they had laying around. Pool & Spa was full of Algae, Totally unusable in the middle of July. Wifi would not work. We definitely will not stay there again or recommend to anyone! All this... More

This hotel has an exceptional location if you want to be close to the City Center and all the activities there. Our son had an event at the Key Arena. We stayed at the Seattle Pacific Hotel so he could walk to the four day event. Is this place the Ritz? No, but it was clean, safe and quiet. The... More
