Extremely overpriced for the quality. This place makes the Travel Lodge look like the Hilton. Small rooms, tiny bathroom, some newer paint, but overall in poor shape. The single, folded washcloth was dirty and the towels gave my daughter hives. Even the elevator emergency stop was broken. The "free breakfast" consists of some small muffins and a glass of orange... We took a road trip from San Francisco to Settle and booked it last minute cos all the hotels were fully booked due to a football game. The front reception was rude and un-welcoming. Our room was on the 7th floor. Paint was peeling off the door to our room. There is a hole on the window. The room smell... More

I landed at this hotel on my business trip to Seattle. This one was the only one available due to the major conference going on at the time.Unfortunately due to the construction work going on around this hotel - the access (to a non-local like me) was a bit of a puzzle. The staff at the reception are nice and... More

My friend and I go down to Seattle alot for girls trip or football games. This trip was a last minute one, and I got tickets to Seahawks last minute as well. It was preseason and it was a busy weekend in Seattle so most of the hotels were all booked up or ridiculously expensive. This hotel was the only... More

Horrible. Ugly. Dirty. It´s kinda near Space Needle but in a bad area. And it was terrible expensive for its quality. The pool is heartbreaking. Dirty. Cheap. Wanted to cry. Don´t book this hotel!!! I´m serious.

We stayed at this hotel to be near downtown Seattle and booked it last minute. This was one of our less expensive options and after seeing our rooms I think an extra $60/night would have been the best money I ever spent to get a room in a much nicer hotel. While our room had a view of the space... More

the rooms were okay but the service was negligible, the breakfast pathetic and the direction given to reach the hotel were vague at best. there were no complimentary shuttle service. But the good part of this hotel was its strategic location near space needle. that drew us to the hotel, but we regretted our stay

Not fit for human occupancy. No internet, even though they advertise 2 connections. Bagels, mini muffins, apples, and OJ for breakfast? They ask you to place used plastic knives in a receptacle so they can be used again!! I was on the top floor, and the room (especially the bed) shook every time a truck or bus passed by. Employees... We paid $169 for a room that was posted on the inside of the room door as being $129, were charged additional fees for parking ($10/day), and paid a pet fee for our dogs ($30/night - not a huge surprise). The next day, after walking our dogs, we reentered the hotel only to be weirdly harassed by the desk clerk... More
