I have stayed in budget hotels and hostels all over the world: Kenya, throughout the US, Europe, South America. I don't consider myself a picky person. My company put me up in this hotel - I stayed all of 5 minutes before leaving. The mattress was stained- so terribly stained you could see it through the sheets. The carpet was... More

Worst hotel ever! I was told by my travel agent that this is a four star hotel but it most certainly is not. The lobby is cheap, old and ragged. There is no lounge or restaurant to relax in after having traveled. The advertised "breakfast" was stale bagels or some sugar laden muffin. The hotel is located in the middle... More

The hotel is close to the mall and not expensive. Good value for the money the rooms are clean, the breakfast is a full meal and the staff are very friendly. We will definitely stay again when we take this type of trip.

Good price, friendly staff. The room is clean and equipped with wifi, TV, and access to food at night. It's located near the Space Needle and downtown Seattle, so it's convenient for tourists. My only complain is that it's hard to get into because there is construction work next to it.

We've stayed here a couple times and it's been pretty alright in both experiences. Pet friendly, central location, and free parking at a reasonable price are pretty much the reasons we come back. Friendly staff.

I would like to start of with the fact that I paid $239 per night (my reservation was f2 night in Sept 2014) so I was expecting a place that was at least 3 star...NOPE, not even a 1 star. This was the nastiest and most disgusting hotel I've ever been. I was mortified when got to my room. The... More

Construct around the hotel was terrible. The smoke alarm beeped all night even though I complained, the batteries never got changed. The plug in the bathroom didn't work. Even with complaints, nothing was done to better the experience we had.

I would never stay again or recommend ANYONE stay there. Pool was half full with dirty black water in it. The rooms are not worth 10.00 a night and we ended up paying 460.00 for two nights! They charge guests to park in their parking lot, there are no screens on the windows and the windows are about to fall... More
