Stayed here for a conference. Hotel was very nice overall. Room was good size, view of the space needle. Everything very clean. The gym and pool facilities very nice as well. Close to lots of restaurants, shopping, the monorail and of course many Starbucks shops. Only thing that took me by surprise was the building sways with the wind which... More

Just spent 4 nights here for a conference. The biggest issue for me was that the wifi in the room was terrible. It just simply didn't work. You had to go down to the lobby to use the wifi but if you're anything like me you're going to want to do your work in your own room. My room was... More

The location of this hotel is great, an easy walk to Pike Market, the monorail and many great downtown restaurants. We were celebrating my husbands 50th birthday and I wanted to try to make it special (since he was there on business) so I contacted the staff at the Westin a few weeks ahead of time. They were accommodating with... More

Overall I had a very good experience at the Westin - big room, reasonable rate (for a large city), nice views, good quality overall. However, their concierge/taxi service needs some serious reeducation. I waited over 20 minutes for a cab (and should've just caught one on the street outside). A large hotel like this should have 1 or 2 cabs... More

Stayed for a four day conference. The hotel has great views, but we didn't get one in our room. The location is excellent, and the staff are very nice...though they seemed a bit under-staffed at times given the several minute wait we had at both check-in and -out. They don't really have a room service menu, but they can get... More

Quick checkin and knowledgeable and friendly concierge. Clean rooms. Very close to many restaurants and Pike Place market. There is a bit of street noise and other guest noise in the room but not too bothersome. The room we had (king bed) was very big and price was affordable.

The Westin Seattle is ideally located convenient to many attractions. The staff were efficient and friendly. Our room was clean and very comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone visiting. The only suggestion I would have for improvement is that I found the pillows in our room seemed quite well used. It may be time they were replaced.

We were in Seattle for a conference. We mixed part business with pleasure. This venue was superb. We have stayed at Westin properties before. We appreciate the level of service and our expectations regarding cleanliness were met. The venue is close to everything in the city. We walked everywhere. Close to Pike Market, restaurants and churches. We visited in October... More

I arrived on a Sunday and left on Friday for a conference at the Washington State Convention Center. The hotel staff was efficient and a pleasant. I had a room with King and city view. The room was clean with plenty of space - same for bath room. One thing I noticed is the elevators were very fast and I... More

We stayed here whilst on a visit to Canada and America. The hotel is in a good, central location. It is fairly close to the markets and very close to the light rail and good shops and restaurants. It is in a safe part of the city. We had a fantastic view from our room and the beds were very... More
