I was greeted by Jerry upon arriving to the hotel. He is the the best of the best when it comes to concierge service! I felt welcomed and appreciated. I was swiftly checked into my room by the front desk staff who gave me 3 tokens for my children to use at the treasure chest, milk and cookie coupons and... More

Dated and dark in restaurant and lounge area. Hotel in need of upgrade, only one very slow lift. Clean large room. Housekeeping were nice and helpful. Plumbing was poor, engineer had to mend faulty loo 3 times in 2 days, still faulty when we checked out. Water running all night. Some of the staff were curt and generally had bad... More

This century-old hotel has a classic well-maintained look, with beautiful wood paneling throughout the lobby and lounge area. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Valet parking is available, as well as a public lot just across the street. Within 1-2 miles of most tourist sites, but the Seattle hills could be a challenge for some.

Outstanding stay! The hotel is old but well-maintained and stands quite conviently located to the nearby convention center. As you enter the lobby the dark wood panels and fireplace jump out at you and are so inviting that I spent a lot of time reading and catching up there drinking wine. I think it's a popular enough atmosphere that they... More

Classic old hotel, with friendly and attentive staff. Great location. This is not a new modern hotel, but one with warmth and personality. A delightful discovery. The only complaint is the slow wi-if.

This is the only property we stay at in Seattle. The customer service, from valet to housekeeping, is always fantastic. It’s easy to walk to downtown to see everything and shop or you can take the hotel shuttle if it’s available. FYI the return trip is all uphill. I highly recommend this property!

I stayed in this hotel in April 2014 and the experience was like I say, neither good nor bad. Is a century hotel so I can't wait a modern look. I got a suite room that was comfortable but the floors are thin so you hear the people in the above floor walking. The lobby and the bar restaurant looks... More

Travelling frequently for business I've found it easy to stay with large chain hotels. Imagine my delight finding the Sorrento Hotel by "Accident". Great location. Terrific accommodations and super friendly staff made my stay very memorable. I was given a corner room (upgraded because I booked with American Express!!), the room was spacious and elegantly appointed with a very European... More

I posted this review on Yelp, but also wanted to share my experience here. I am extremely disappointed with The Sorrento Hotel. My friend was married at The Sorrento Hotel in January of 2013. What should have been a lovely occasion was marred by multiple mistakes and inadequacies. That said, we reached out to the hotel to detail these infractions... More
