The hotel is located in a great location a few blocks from several attractions such as the Space Needle, Seattle Aquarium and a great shopping district. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated and the view of Elliot Bay is spectacular. Area recommendations Just visiting places around Seattle (city) would be nice. Do visit Alki... More

As I arrived a friendly valet offered to help me with bags, check in was fast and staff was friendly. Hotel is cool bc it feels different. Its like a little getaway in the city. I got a waterfront room and I was right above the water. We had seagulls fly right by our window and ducks swimming by. Room... More

After a friend recommended this place to us for the best view in Seattle we went ahead and booked the room. The location is conveniently located near downtown and areas of interest. Of course this also includes being next to train tracks. That if your room is not facing the water will most likely hear the noise. Upon first arrival... More

We were taking a cruise, and eliminated the stress and hustle of getting to the cruise terminal by staying at the edgewater! We simply walked next door, literally! No kidding, you can walk from the hotel to the terminal! The hotel has a look and feel of an "inn" or lodge which added to the pleasure of our trip. Service... More

This place was interesting. In general it seems like a pretty nice hotel, and maybe our room was just not great, but overall it felt very old and dated. The lobby, lounge area, bar, and restaurant look incredible (directly on the water with beautiful sunset views), but we didn't spend much time there, as we had other things to do... More

We chose this waterfront hotel for the location and the larger rooms can hold a family of five. Being the only hotel on the water, it was enjoyable falling asleep to the sounds of water lapping. The hotel rooms all have working fireplaces, really! Welcoming you is a black teddy bear on your bed. The bathrooms were modern, slate tiles... More

Look are for a good rate on the rooms. There are deals (unpublished) available. Due to the low price I paid, I am not going to mention the cons of the hotel. This hotel is a landmark for Seattle. Enjoy the feeling of staying in the same hotel that the Beatles stayed in (famous fishing picture out of the room... More

Good location, shuttle service can bring you downtown. Beautiful view and lobby. Good restaurant. A little expensive for room quality (a little plain) but probably worth it for the location. Fireplace for in room heat. More

We stayed here to celebrate my birthday recently. The grounds, bar and lobby of the hotel are very nice, with a lodge feel to them. The rooms are not quite as nice, but still okay. We stayed in a room with a parking lot/city view and it seemed like the bathroom had been recently re-done. It was a very modern... More

A belated Happy Birthday and thank you for your posting. Many people find walking to the local attractions is not a problem but we also have a complimentary shuttle to down town that runs on the hour. Hope you see you back in the near future. More
