First of all, it was a lovely hotel and staff were wonderful and friendly. However, I booked the hotel under the assumption that we could go out on some sort of balcony to enjoy the view but there is no balcony for only hotel guests to enjoy. There is no pool, which after staying without one made us realize how... More

In June we stayed at the Edgewater to celebrate our 8th Anniversary. We were greeted and checked in by Monica N. who was extremely fantastic! She went out of her way to make us feel welcome! She took the time to show us the room that we booked and a room that we could upgrade to, which of course, we... More

After 24 days in Alaska and Victoria, we took the Victoria Clipper to Pier 69 and walked the easy block with our luggage to the Edgewater at Pier 67. The room, although small, was clean and nicely appointed. The service from the registration desk to the bellmen was phenomenal. Their attention made for a comfortable stay in Seattle before flying... If you are visiting Seattle for the first time, the waterfront is a fun area to explore. Cruise ship travelers tend to stay near the waterfront at the Edgewater or the Marriott Waterfront property. We were just visiting town for a night, and found the area around the Edgewater to be pretty lively on a Friday night in mid August... More

I was put in a room where the hotel received and prepped laundry service! I was woken up at 4:30 in am and when I called front desk so they can ask service people to move or be more quiet, I was told nothing can be done. Why would a guest be accommodated in that part of the hotel ?... More

My husband and I stayed at The Edgewater in September 2013 and had a lovely experience. They upgraded our waterfront king to a premium on check-in, and the room was everything you would expect from a 4 or 5-star hotel: comfy bed, white linens, walk-in shower, claw foot tub, breath-taking view. Staff was professional, friendly and customer-service oriented. Based on... More

This hotel has so much charm and character, I didn't want to leave! Highly recommend the waterfront rooms with a fireplace, especially in fall or winter. We loved having our door open listening to the water and the gas fireplace created the perfect amount of warmth. Great bar off the lobby and beautifully decorated throughout. Luxurious bathrooms with the claw... More

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with a restaurant that boasts a panoramic view of the water and mountains. Great location close to the waterfront, Space Needle, and trendy Belltown. The rooms are small and the service poor for the price though.

While we're glad to have been able to share our site and unrivaled views and to hear that these exceeded the mark, we're sorry to have fallen short in terms of service. This is atypical to hear of our team, and we certainly hope that you'll reach out to our management one to further share your thoughts. We'd love to... More

A superb hotel in an excellent location, where food, service and ambience were second to none. Nothing was too much trouble, even if you wanted bar food 5 mins before closing. The hotel's bar and restaurant was buzzing with atmosphere, especially at Happy Hour! Would definitely recommend this hotel.
