This was our second stay here and the longer we stayed here, the more I dislike the hotel. First half of our stay was booked through convention rate and it was great, perfect location and many people you can meet. And the rate, of course. After that we extended our stay and started to realize that this is not perfect... More

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The location was great for shopping and eating. It was a short walk to the monorail where you can get to the space needle and other attractions as well as a short walk to the public market and the waterfront. The only thing I didn't like was there was no free wifi in the... Seattle is so easy to get around with public transportation that being close to the Link, Trolley and Monorail make this hotel a great choice if you need to move around the city. I took the Link from the airport into the city it dropped me off on 5th this hotel is on 6th, a very doable block away. The... More

Stay in this hotel because it's walking distance to Convention Center, the Fish Market, the Aquarium (well, that's a bit far). The service was good and there are so many restaurants around the hotel, so it is an ideal hotel for people who wants to explore downtown Seattle. Note that the overnight parking is expensive, so take the Light Link... More

In the interest of being balanced, there are some definite pros, while the negatives considerably outweigh the positives and I will never stay here again, here are the good points I experienced: As Platinum was upgraded to a nice suite, a bit dated, but spacious, wet bar, bigger than average mini bar type fridge. Ordered room service (wasn't planning on... More

This was my second time at this hotel in Seattle and I wish it'd gone better. The location is very central and the staff are nice. But here's my ordeal: Got ready for bed at 10.30pm, found (ah!!) red stains on the lining (I really dont want to know what it was, it was red, that's all I needed to... More

Hotel is at a great location and offers good overall service with club lounge and updated gym. However, SPG really needs to think about the basics of modern day travelers. There are no electric switches near the bed? Even the lamps have no plugs in them?

I was put up at the Seattle Sheraton for an entire week, the week before last. The conference I was attending paid for the room and got the cheapest room possible. They made the reservation through a service so I was unable to add my Starwood number (and the hotel had no idea of my status). Regardless, when they learned... More

Visited this hotel in winter 2013 for one night. The hotel is large and is showing its age. That being said the service from staff was awesome. The location really can't be beat for downtown Seattle. The bed was so comfortable. It might have been the best sleep I've had all year. The lack of free wifi in the room... More

Yes, you read right. I believe somebody else highlighted this. You use a phone card so you do not have to pay the hotel fees, or roaming charges on the cell, and than you get hit with $2+ for every call. Seriously? It is not 1980... people.... At least if they would stipulate that somewhere in their brochures and such... More

botmi - thank you for choosing to stay with us and appreciate the feedback with your review. We do have a phone card that sits next to the phone that explains the various phone charges. It sounds as if this might have been missing and apologize for that miss. I would like to refund your phone charges as a gesture... More
