I stayed at the Quality Inn Suites while waiting to board a cruise ship. I found the front counter staff pleasant, the free shuttle downtown great, the breakfast excellent but the room was small with a view of the hotel over the road. Great if you like walking and seemed to be quite a safe area. Short walk to the... More

You get what you pay for and I find the Quality Inn to generally be consistent in what they offer. The free breakfast was great. The pack and play for the baby was good. The room itself while dark and facing the side of the Travelodge next door was fine because we stayed there for the location. The location was... More

My family and I visited Seattle over the weekend for a wedding. We lucked out and got a room that framed the iconic Space Needle perfectly (weather cooperated, too!). All encounters with hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. We often witnessed hotel staff cleaning almost every time we left our room (wiping down doors, cleaning windows, dusting, vacuuming, etc...). We... More

Great location. Literally steps to Seattle centre with amazing attractions and good food. The neighbourhood is full of brand new condos and quaint eateries. Beyond the location, the hotel itself was adequate. The older building means the hotel has a cold and odd look (think neon green swirl carpets, dark wood paneling ceilings and cement walls). Amenities were adequate. Breakfast... More

Being primarily a traveler to third world countries and a former resident of Seattle now living on the Central Coast of California, I have to say I liked this hotel. It had plenty of amenities at a reasonable price, and a free shuttle to your local destination. Knowing Seattle as I do,I have to say that the location is terrific... More

OK, and decent service. They are building a lot in this area but walking alone after 8pm was still a bit scary (and I'm a city dweller so I get it). Just a bit too quiet outside in areas, though nicely located blocks from Chilhuly garden, monorail to downtown (or easy 1 mi walk), etc. The rooms are dated. My... More

This hotel was not worth the money, the shuttle service is scarce and the staff is not very friendly (with exception one man at the front desk). I booked a King Suite and upon arrival our room was located right next to the ice machine, so we asked to be moved. This is the only hotel that I have ever... More

Friendly staff. Decent free breakfast. Affordable rates. Walking distance to nearly all the awesome parts of Seattle: the Experience Music Project, Space Needle, City Centre, markets, original Starbuck's house. Close to public transport. Rooms are spacious for a big city hotel: good central heating (saved me during the middle of winter!). Great for families.

Everything was ok as other guests mentioned except the noise. The air conditioner was noisy no matter what speed the fan was on and if you turned it off you had to listen to the plumbing noise from other rooms. We arrived late as we traveled from Australia and stayed for 2 nights before our cruise. We were very tied... More

The front office staff were friendly and very helpful. It's very close to space needle. The room is a little small but good enough for one night. But will come back to stay there again for the location
