Rounding the corner to this hotel I didn't see bodies but I expected to see chalk outlines where they had been. Set charmingly between two building sites and a freeway on-ramp this hotel offers views of the Travelodge on one side and the Holiday Inn on the other (both of which you wish you had booked in) The reception area... I reserved their most inexpensive room, a single queen. I expected small, but this has very little space and even less place to put things, such as toiletries (No counter in bathroom). Bathroom had little hairs on the toilet seat and in the bathtub. I used to work in a motel and know that should be. They are also kind... More

The hotel was perfect for my trip to Seattle. It's location, in the shadows of the Space Needle, along with the cleanliness of the property, lobby, and rooms, and a great staff full of smiles, made this a great hotel. We were just a couple minutes walk from Seattle Center, and a few minutes more to downtown or Pike Place... More

Not the safest area, dirty very worn rooms. Ant problem. Noisy. Just an awful place to stay. Staff were mostly very rude. I had to change rooms 5 times, due to various issues. Air con unit was jammed into the wall with a bit of unfinished wood. Tv had bad reception, and few channels. One room STANK. Horrible hotel, not... More

I stayed here Friday night before the Rock N Roll Marathon. I chose this location for the close proximity to the start/finish line & it worked fantastic for that. I usually stay at the Hampton Inn on 5th, which is great, however; their prices were in the high $200's which is more than I wanted to spend. QI was offering... More

Amtrak vacations booked this room for us as part of our Empire Builder vacation. Tis is an old hotel; dark, musty spelling. The front desk people were pleasant enough, not overly friendly. We were told at the Space Needle gift shop we could get stamps at our hotel's front desk. Not here. Asked if they could break a large bill... More

Stopping overnight between BC and Portland I was expecting it to be a horrible stay. Pleasantly surprised! The beds were really comfy and the service was great. Only issue was we could hear the person above us walking around.

Although we checked in late and the location is great it was old and dindgy. The staff was friendly, we ended up with the penthouse. The floors/walls are dark in colour and the lighting is poor so it's quite dark which probably doesn't help with that "feeling" I like the rooms bright and white so I can see how clean... More

Although it's in a great location, the hotel is old or at least not updated. We had a late check-in and our kids were thrilled to hear all that was left was the penthouse! The wall-paper is dark, as is the flooring and cupboards, very poor lighting, terribly musty smelling. Staff was friendly, and breakfast was ok. The beds were... More

From the first pickup at the airport, my family was treated like gold. We took advantage of the complimentary shuttle service over our five day stay and two of our three shuttle drivers were friendly and charming. Justin even hauled us all the way to Lakeview Cemetery to visit the graves of Bruce and Brandon Lee. He should be highly... More
