Before we left on an Alaskan Cruise, our group decided to visit Seattle for a couple of days. We stayed at the Quality Inn Suites in Seattle and although the reviews had been marginal in favor of this facilty, we were very pleased to stay here. Our reception gal, Jessica, was over the top in assisting us with recommending a... More

We had a two night stay and seriously thought of changing hotels after our first 15 minutes. The location was good walking distance for sightseeing. Parking was terrible, and the garage was not clearly identified (plus they want $15/night for parking on the property). The room was incredibly cramped, even for two people. The bathroom door opened at an odd... More

One of the worst hotel stays ever....and WAY over-priced ($250 a night, are you kidding me) and compared to the quality....I would never stay here again. Internet--horrible, horrible, horrible...unacceptable! Water Pressure--non existent The hotel is old, dirty, and smells. The breakfast was below average, the room is small, the bathroom is tiny.... The air conditioner rattled Unacceptable standards for business... More

Planned a last minute Girls Weekend in Seattle and wanted to go all out BUT every single hotel we wanted was $400 plus! Yikes! We still had to think about paying for our food, drinks, cabs, etc so we realized that we were only going to sleep and change clothes at the hotel (oh, and take a shower too). Based... More

The hotel is dated and typical of these standard hotels. I find the hotels in Seattle are a bit pricey for their accommodations. However, this one is just a couple of blocks from the Space Needle and the very happening Seattle Center. The staff and workers are very friendly and open for questions. They have a shuttle which will take... More

This hotel was overpriced, dirty, noisy and under construction during our stay. Beware that the pool and spa, which was a main point for our getaway is closed... And this is in tiny subtext when booking online. AC units in room are terribly loud, and a miracle it worked. Stay somewhere else.

I think this is the first negative review I've ever written but it must be said. I selected this hotel for a two night business stay in Seattle as it was the only one in the city area on the days I required that met the price criteria I have to adhere to. The hotel is a stones throw from... More

Rounding the corner to this hotel I didn't see bodies but I expected to see chalk outlines where they had been. Set charmingly between two building sites and a freeway on-ramp this hotel offers views of the Travelodge on one side and the Holiday Inn on the other (both of which you wish you had booked in) The reception area... I reserved their most inexpensive room, a single queen. I expected small, but this has very little space and even less place to put things, such as toiletries (No counter in bathroom). Bathroom had little hairs on the toilet seat and in the bathtub. I used to work in a motel and know that should be. They are also kind... More

The hotel was perfect for my trip to Seattle. It's location, in the shadows of the Space Needle, along with the cleanliness of the property, lobby, and rooms, and a great staff full of smiles, made this a great hotel. We were just a couple minutes walk from Seattle Center, and a few minutes more to downtown or Pike Place... More
