It was ok. Nice and helpful staff, especially the cleaning crew. I was barely in my room, but when I was, I could hear every conversation and happenings going on in the room next to mine. It was a family and I felt like I was intruding because I could hear all of their conversations. That's how thin the walls... More

The room was ok; however, the walls are paper thin. We could hear our neighbours talking and even opening a plastic bag. This was ever annoying. The water system was very loud. The pipes could be heard through the walls. The hotel offers a free shuttle to downtown on a first come basis. They also offer $10 rides to Amtrak... More

If you are coming to seattle this is a great place to stay,it is centrally located and is very easy to get to. I had no problems with my stay except for the mornings left, there was no hot water! Otherwise everything s good, the room is a tad small but clean and had everything you needed in it. The... More

This is a nice hotel in a convenient location. In a walking distance from the downtown and space needle. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They charge $15 per parking per night. But I figured after the first night that one block away there is free street parking overnight.

My wife and I stayed here for a little get getaway. We researched hotels that would give us the most bang for our buck for price and location. This place is a 5 minute walk to the Space Needle. From here you can catch the monorail to downtown. The rooms are really small, but were not unpleasant. The staff were... More

While well located this hotel is not quite up there with other 3 star properties. Staff response to three maintenance problems were excecuted promptly which is good. However, the bath rooms need updating, the tiles were black with mould in the corners.

This place was more like a hostel. Reception, in the evening, was full of friends of whomever was working on the front desk. A message that had been left for us wasn't given, despite my asking if we had any messages. The room was small. We could hear the noise from the hall and the adjacent rooms. If you value... More

As we drove up realizing there was free parking it only got better from there. Jennifer at the desk was helpful because we got there too early to check in. We asked if we could leave the car and walk the couple of blocks to the Space Needle. She said no problem and that she would call us when our... More

Great downtown location, good price. Rooms were much nicer than I expected, beds were very comfortable, nice sheets. Room had a refrigerator, which was nice. The free breakfast in the morning was much more than I expected. We could see the space needle and EMP from our room. All in all, I will stay here again next time I'm needing... More
