Although the room overall was a bit small for the price, it definitely met our needs for the weekend as we really didn't spend all that much time in our room. It was definitely clean and staff was great (shower was a little low though....LOL!)

This Hilton may have seen better days - many many years ago. From the zombie-like employees at the front desk to the pay-for-internet service...there are better hotel alternatives in Seattle. The location is the best feature and the rooms are clean and Hilton-like however stepping into the bathtub shower creates a this-is-not-fun roller coaster ride - be careful!

I thought the location was great. It is about a 5-10 minute walk from the University Street stop on the Lite Rail. This hotel is nicely located to shopping, restaurants,and attractions. A little odd to take an elevator to 2nd floor lobby but felt safe! Hotel is clean and friendly especially Chuck the doorman who was helpful with his knowledge of the area. You don't mind the lack of amenities because there is so much to do in Seattle. Good pick!

Rooms are decent, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful from the servers, bartenders, concierge, and bellmen. We really liked the executive lounge in the evening and the breakfast buffet was pretty good as well. Good location, esp to get to the Link rail for the airport.

Stayed here with my family for one night to go to a Mariner's game. The concierge was extremely helpful in helping us navigate public transit to the stadium. This hotel is in need of an update. The rooms are small and the amenities are worn. In many ways it felt like a Japanese business hotel without the cool modern facilities. The staff were very helpful and the location is hard to beat if you need to be in the center of the city.
