Really not sure what to think of this one. I know of several upscale hotels in Asia in tall buildings where the hotel lobby starts, not on the first floor, but high up. This isn't one of them. Instead, the hotel is above a tall parking garage. Really ruins the ambiance of what could have been a nice hotel. Location... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for six nights last December to celebrate my birthday/new years eve and we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located to most of Seattle's "sights"; Pike Place Market, Westlake Center (to take the monorail to Seattle Center), Pioneer Square and the waterfront are all walking distance. We arrived on a Sunday... More

The room door was hung crooked and wouldn't shut without being kicked close. The deadbolt was malfunctioning - took me 20 minutes to lock the door before going to sleep. Requested lock fixed first thing the next morning but it was not fixed when I came back but the door was rehung so that it stayed wide open always. I... More

We spent one night . It was OK. I am a Hilton Honors member and got a really good rate. Hilton has gone down Hill since being sold to the Blackstone hedge fund. It's now a public company but the damage has been done. The location is good and the people are nice. Parking is very expensive. Don't pick up... More

Oh, and the staff are friendly and helpful, too! Just stayed here for a weekend of Jazz at Alley Cats, and the location couldn't have been better. And if you want to head out to the Space Needle, and Chihuly, the monorail is close by. This hotel does a remarkable job of processing masses of people, many of whom are... More

This is a typical Hilton Hotel. It is located downtown and within walking distance to everything. Parking is outrageously expensive but typical for downtown. Key cards CONSTANTLY had to be rekeyed--and we were told this upon check in. They told the truth. it was aggravating. The hotel is clean, has a safe and we had a small view of the... More

This hotel is in a good location for walking around downtown Seattle. We went to Pike Place Market and a few other places nearby and it is also close to the Link station so we used that to get from the airport. Friendly service and a comfortable bed. Overall I like this hotel very much, but the design of the... More

Good location close to downtown.... Taxi ride 10min and $10 (including tip). We got a high floor (26) which gave us great views of the water and skyline. Executive lounge had a good buffet breakfast and appetizers and drinks in the evening (5-7pm). Connection to airport is either by light rail (45 min plus 3 block walk, $3 pp) or... More

The hotel is good enough and "performed" as expected. However, they have a pre year 2000 attitude to free Internet. It is only free if you sign up for their Hhonors program. In 2015 this is like charging extra for AC, water and electricity, should be included in the room rate. On this trip we've stayed 21 nights in hotels... More
