Nice, clean, comfortable. Very convenient to all downtown attractions. Lots of recent remodeling. Staff was all very friendly. If traveling by car or renting a car and parking here....be prepared....$41/night. Ouch! I realize it is Seattle, the anti-car city, but some of us do rely on that old fashioned mode of transportation. Otherwise, all was very nice, made for a... More

I spent one night at Hilton Seattle on July 1, 2014. This was the most unpleasant Hilton Hotel I stayed. I booked an Executive Floor Room with parking package for $349 including tax. It was overpriced and not worth it. The room A/C was so noisy and kept us awake all night. Then the he ice machine right outside our... More

Spent one night at the Hilton in downtown Seattle. We had a nice Executive level room with a ok views. Didn't spend much time in the room. Really enjoyed the executive lounge. It was great for a quick bite in the evening and morning. The only negative I have about the room is the noise from the AC. Very loud.... More

I'll do this review as 2 lists. Pros and cons. Pros: *Close to everything. You can walk everywhere. *The bed was awesome. *Great view of the area from a beautiful bay window. Cons: *Not once was I offered help with my bags on arrival or departure. *The parking garage was sketchy and very confusing. No signs to tell you where... More

We stayed here the night before we departed for a cruise. The price appeared competitive. The room was nicely appointed with a view of downtown. The hotel is within reasonable walking distance of Pike Place Market and the waterfront. The hotel is undergoing renovation, and so there is a temporary lobby which is incredibly tiny and thus was extremely congested.... More

If there is more than one person forget this hotel. The king size rooms have a bathroom that is not big enough for two. You can't get out of the shower without touching the toilet. I don't know how anyone could design a room like this. The desk is right when you walk in the door. If you are on... More

I chose to stay here on a recent business trip because it is literally right across the street from my office. I usually stay at the Sheraton or the Crowne Plaza but there were no rooms available. The executive floor was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. The dining area was undergoing some renovation but didn't seem to... More

Hotel under internal construction in lobby, restaurant, but NO adjustments, help with anything which normally would be offered to help guests. Air unit in room never stayed cool (upper floor room). Robot at front desk, no response to comment I had, no smile, mumbling at times. Bed was at least from an older Motel 6 somewheres with a glorified pad.

The hotel has been remodeled and the staff is the best in the world, they really understand CUSTOMER SERVICE. Always an awesome experience. The location is very nice, near shopping and great restaurants. This hotel also has a great lobby bar and restaurant that is very nice if you decide to dine in.
