We have stayed here many times and really like the location. We walk to our favorite restaurant and many others easily. We also walk to Pike Market, although it's not the same neighborhood. There has been a recent renovation here, and I'm not too excited about it. I feel it took away the old, elegant charm. Although it is new... More

This hotel does not live for it's name. The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet but that's it! The beds are in need of an upgrade and so are the pillows, did not had a good night of sleep at all. Bathroom is very small and not well vented. Check-in is on the 6th floor, parking is TERRIBLE and the... More

For a business guest, just a bit disappointing this week. First the good news. Rooms clean, spacious and quiet. Beds comfortable. All items in room perfect. The first impressions are important, and this Hilton is just not too great. The small, 6th floor "lobby" is basically what you'd expect registering for a weekend trade show. A couple of non-descript desks,... More

Dear Doug, Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review of the Hilton Seattle.I'm truly sorry that you had such a disappointing experience during your week long stay with us. The impression the staff, lobby and restaurant gave you I would never want to have happen to any of our guests. If you would be so... More

This was our first time staying in downtown Seattle and coming to the Seattle Gift Market. It offers great access to the market via the underground concourse (you barely have to go outside to access the Washington State Convention Center.) The staff at this hotel were all friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was clean and we paid a little... More

We were in town for the NFC Championship this past weekend and sadly I have to say we had a disappointing experience even though the hotel itself was "nice". We enjoyed the location and rooms but that was about it. We were greeted by staff to get our hotel room keys around 6 PM and waited in line for about... More

This is a hotel atop a parking deck - the lobby is on the 13th floor. My major concern is a safety issue: you can get on the elevator at street level in an unattended mini-lobby. The signs in the elevator said you need a room keycard to go up to floors with guest rooms, but we never inserted our... More

Dear Mel G, Thank you for your review, at the Hilton the safety of our guests is one of our top priorities. Unfortunately we did have an issue with our elevators not accepting key card access. This issue has since been resolved and now our elevators require a guest key card to access guest room floors. I am sorry if... More

We stayed for 3 nights before a cruise. The room was comfortable, nothing fancy. We had stayed there some years back and the room they gave us then was much bigger and nicer. The desk clerk said they upgraded us to ocean view. Well, this hotel is too far away to see much. We saw a slice between high rises.... More

Great location, friendly staff, and great accomodations. Location is downtown a short walk from the Link train station, convention center, and all the shops and restaurants downtown. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms have great views, are comfortable, quiet, and dark once all curtains are closed. Bed was super comfortable and good weight covers kept me comfortably... More

Originally booked one night (came for an interview) and was happy at the excuse to book a second night (for a second interview). I took the Link from the airport. James at the front desk made this stay an awesome experience. He answered any and all questions and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Clean and modern hotel with great amenities in proximity to almost everything you could need or want.
